However, every 5 years, the government hosts a rigged election to further monitor the civilian populace and to keep an eye on everyone who doesn’t “vote” Ekhon Numik. Those who “run” against him mysteriously vanish afterward, though state propaganda hides these disappearances by denying the existence of said opponents.

Chairperson of Chairpersonium of Oldnaks is elected by Mostkurs Council in open vote,in which every Oldnak may candidate,and candidate which gets most votes wins ,in case of remis there is voting unless it generate someone with majority vote ,hoever if there are no one elected after 2080 rounds of voting,then oldest one wins ,and in case of equal age ,sortition happens . He serves until resignation,death or declaration of incapacity to serve position passed by 4/5 of entire Mostkurs Council.

In People's Republic of Zetastan the Head of State is the Comrade President of the People's Republic; he/she is elected every 5 years by the National Assembly (the zetastani Parliament) with a two-thirds majority vote.

Once the Kaiser dies or abdicates, the Crown Prince is expected to take over the Crown and the responsibilities of being the next Kaiser and Grand Commander of the Reichsarmee, the process will begin with the anointment of the Prince long before the death or abdication of the Kaiser, the anointment will officially give him with the powers, benefits and challenges of being the next Kaiser, then, the Crown Prince will be given the post of Reichfuhrer and will be assigned to a far-off states like the Philippine Commonwealth or Karslburg, where they would be given maximum autonomy to do what they want with their assigned state for 20-30 years before they would return back to Tuirsland and wait for their turn for the throne, once the Kaiser died, a whole new process will begin, starting with the Oath for the People and ending with the Coronation of the next Kaiser.

The Athearan-Neraveskan Council is Primarily owned by 4 Parties divided to 200 Seats with each 50 Seats for 1 Party to vote 1 of 4 Electives from each party. The people are allowed to see but for them to vote, They must be a member of that Party and they will get the chance to join the 400 Seat Council of other Members from other Parties. They get a vote every 25 Years. Unlike the 100 Seats the 400 Seats stay Permanent of 100 to 100.

There are 2 Councils. Lemme explain them:
-First there is the Main Council.
200 Seats (50 for each Party but changes overtime) with each half usually becoming a 1 Party 2 Systems situation. 4 Electives to become President from each Party. Anyone in any Social Rank can join as long as they are good at Debating , Policy Talks , Politics and Subjugation. Seat Numbers reset every 50 Years.

400 Seats for 100 Normal Members of each party divided by 100. Permanent numbers.

Basically a Parliamentary Election like the US, except its 4 Parties and there are 2 Councils.

If something were to happen to Yona right now, our next leader would be determined via succession crisis, most likely spiraling into a full-blown civil war between our many admirals. The Council itself decides who among them is worthy of being Consul by a vote. Deciding who has the most merit for the position. Parliament votes on who's in and out of the Council, Parliament is voted by the people in turn vote them into their positions based upon their own skills abilities and how they've preformed in government. Current Consul Yvonne Takikuro who has just been voted in was chosen by The Council.

Jozef was actually part of a pool of candidates designated for the role of the Ederik through the Spartan Program, a program formed by Big Mountain.

No surprise. Overwatch did not spend trillions just to make a handful of superhumans.
The prior Ederik, Vasili Stanovitz, proved to be inadequate (though he undoubtedly tried) to his role. During his reign, Tsarus endured a lacking in strategic performance (though this DID improve by the 1990s), extensive poverty, urban crime, and an epidemic of Adderall/stimulant drug addiction and steroid abuse among war veterans in the late 1990's and throughout the 2000's.
While these issues were resolved by the end of Ederik Stanovitz, Big Mountain was unwilling to allow any chance of having another impotent Ederik.

Jozef happened to be the most successful candidate.
The reason is that Big Mountain raised each candidate in unique ways (out of 11,000 candidates, there were 20 candidates per plan).
Jozef was provided his own house, his illiteracy was retained to a relatively late age, he was expected to break rules in order to succeed, and he was given a reasonable amount of autonomy throughout his life.

The Spartan Program was a success.
Jozef conducted many unorthodox and extra-legal operations in order to improve the national GPD of Tsarus, solving the stimulant drug and steroid abuse epidemic, expunging crime (with progressive, rehabilitative tactics rather than punitive ones) and reducing homelessness and joblessness, while also proving to be an effective, resilient, and organized leader.

Currently, there is not definite answer to how the Elyrion crown will be passed from me to my successor currently, and that troubles me. What also troubles me is what implementation of succession I should put in place.
But, enough of my problems. I will tell you what I'm planning currently.

I'm thinking of a combination of a hereditary and elective monarchical system, where the crown is assumed to pass between family member to family member, but the common person can campaign to become the next monarch as well. It will be the decision of the current monarch on who their heir will be, whether part of current royalty, or someone else.
This may seem like a bad system, but you have to understand that this is a rushed conclusion. I've got plenty of thinking to do about this subject, things will more likely than not change...

Our Delegates are chosen by members of the Coordinating Committee, and are usually members themselves, although anybody can be nominated. The process is not a democratic one: but for a Delegate to be instated, all members of the CC first must consent, and, of course, the prospect Delegate would need to accept, too.

As for nominations: it is considered perfectly acceptable for CC-member to nominate themselves for the position, but members often nominate somebody else who they deem suitable. Since nominations always come with an explanation, the process is also often used as an opportunity to simply give a couple of compliments on the record. Of course, objections come with explanations, too, which can and does cause the occasional bit of political drama.

In general: these kinds of elections are not just held for Delegates, but (in their own respective committees, communities, and work groups) for almost every official role, on any level, so there are a lót of them. They tend to result relatively quick decisions, though. Unless they do not, and instead go on for dáys. In the case of Delegates, this could lead to major issues, because no Delegate may serve longer than six months at a time, and if elections run past the end of their tenure, there simply is no Delegate.

The MSR of Saint Killebrew uses a popular election model, generally once every two years to elect the Presiding Provost (who is both head of state and head of government). The next election was to be held in January of 2021, but after a apocalyptic event claimed control of MSR-SK, the incumbent leader opted to call for a snap election (and stand aside) as close to the regular date as possible without losing the ability to, and someone else got elected. This resets the clock for the next election to December 2022 (barring another snap call).

There is also a legislature, but as the Presiding Provost has final say in enacting laws, this is the election Saint Killebrewians pay attention to. As in turnout is through the roof (90+%). Legislative elections trail Provost elections by some months, and have healthy turnout, just not as much (usually around 70-85%, but a few have seen less than 70%, usually thanks to a anticipated landslide dampening turnout).

Head of State:
The President is elected by a modified Electoral College. The voting method used in each territory is Ranked Choice. The slate of Electors amongst each state votes proportionally, based on their jurisdiction's vote totals.

If no candidate achieves an absolute majority of electors nationally, then each territory has the candidate with the least amount of votes withdrawn, and the people who chosen the eliminated candidate will have their vote transferred to their second choice indicated on their ballot. The Electoral college commences the automatic runoff until an absolute majority of Electors nationally goes to one candidate.

Head of Government:
The legislature can elect the Chancellor and cabinet with a plurality of support, but the President's consent is required. If the legislature can acquire an absolute majority of approval for an individual candidate, then the President cannot reject a nominee.

It depends on whether its the Supreme Leader (the Head of State) or the President (the Head of Government).

According to the Constitution, the Supreme Leader appoints his successor, whether it is a President or another political figure. It just can't be his children or anyone in his family. If the Supreme Leader fails to appoint a successor prior to his/her death, then the President takes over, with the Vice President achieving the position.

Meanwhile, the President is democratically elected into power in a three part election: the Primaries, Secondaries, and Finals. There are eight political parties in Crossoveria, and each party will send in a candidate who would run for President. It's a long, complicated process, but basically, for each new step, the number of candidates moving on is reduced in halves until a winner is declared.
