On behalf of Her Imperial Majesty, Empress Yekaterina I of the Imperial Federation of Retiva, and Her Most Honourable Government, the Imperial Foreign Ministry wishes to express its interest in establishing an embassy in the Grand Duchy of Knessniet in order to expand the diplomatic network of the Imperial Federation across the world. The Imperial Federation wishes to be a friend, first and foremost, and will strive to improve economic, political and cultural relations between our two great nations.
