Powerful Grand Emperor under Semi-Constitutional Monarchy: A constitution is in place that somewhat regulates the power of the Grand Emperor, but he essentially has control over the nation.

Grand Chancellor: Appointed Chancellor by Parliament and can be made Grand Chancellor by the Grand Emperor, the Grand Chancellor functions as a secondary Head of Government. Makes less important foreign visits, pushes papers for the G.E., deals with passing laws, and etc.
Bicameral Legislature:
-House of Nobles: Upper house made up of the rulers of the constituent kingdoms, grand duchies, duchies, counties, etc. that make up the Fostorian Empire. Advises the Grand Emperor (plus coronates new ones), and has a greater voice than average on matters regarding the status of new territories with the Empire. Serves as a landed check on Parliament gut has less power.
-House of Parliament: 1840 members, elected first-past-the-post in individual districts based on population. Passes most laws.

Independent court system, however, it is heavily controlled by a Grand Imperial Justice appointed by the Grand Emperor and a 50% vote in Parliament.

Fostoria is a federal state in which the federal subjects as mentioned before only have legal power over laws not decided upon by the Grand Imperial Government. There is no sort of "states' rights" rule in which they can refuse to accept national laws, however, they can file a formal protest and have their leader stir up conversation in the House of Nobles. These used to have their own non-exclusively police military forces, but they were integrated into the Grand Imperial Army last year.

The People's State of Wieseland is a fascist one-party totalitarian dictatorship. The head of state is the Supreme Leader, supported by the Chancellor as head of government, and a cabinet. There is also an unicameral parliament called the People's Chamber, consisting of 500 members. It is mostly a supporting body for the government to rely on.

Under the central government are 21 provinces. Each of these has their own provincial council of 50 members and is headed by a provincial governor appointed by the government and approved by the Supreme Leader. The governors themselves appoint three provincial secretaries to aid them.
Under the provinces there are several hundred municipalities. Each of these has a municipal council consisting of anywhere from 10 to 40 members depending on the size and population of the municipality, and is headed by a mayor appointed by the provincial governor. The mayors usually appoint two to five municipal secretaries to aid them.
Provinces and municipalities barely have any legislative powers. Municipalities only deal with municipal issues (such as road construction) while the provinces deal with provincial issues and mediates between different municipalities.
There are also two regions: the Königstadt Capital Region (Hauptstadtregion Königstadt) and the Braunfeld Metropolitan Area (Metropolregion Braunfeld), which are in essence municipalities placed under direct government control. Each has a regional council of 50 members headed by a tegional administrator, with the same function as a provincial governor. The regions function the same as both municipalities and provinces but the central government tends to involve themselves more directly with the development of these two regions.

Besides the government there is the Organisation for Cooperation with the Government (Organisation für die Zusammenarbeit mit der Regierung, OZR), which in essense is the pre-Putsch Wieselander Fascist Party, and acts as the sole national party in the country and as the recruitment pool for new politicians and administrators. There are no elections in the country.

BL's government is divided in two; the Illuminati and the Congress. The Illuminati is strictly 13 councilors who are extremely wealthy and influential people in BL. The Executive Dictator will always hold one seat there. The Congress is 500 (usually less) who are divided into different blocs. Blocs physically war and tend to bribe and kill their opponents. Illuminati endorsements for certain blocs will give a huge boost to them. The Illuminati approves laws made by the Congress. the Dictator has the final say in literally everything, however. He currently supports the Luxor Bloc, however the Illuminati has a whopping 4 members all supporting the Eagle Coalition, which is not currently at war with the Luxor Bloc.

[Pantopian Empire]

The current pantopian government is in a transitionary state. As of now, the state is a strange hybrid of Authoritarian socialism and parliamentary democracy. Political parties besides the Communist Party have only been allowed since 2016, but these new parties are gaining power and are reaching parity with the CP. Both sides are vying for control of the country. It is unclear at this point which side will prevail and implement their vision for the government.

The United Realms is a federal representative democracy and constitutional monarchy.

There are four branches of government: the Crown, President, Congreso Nacional, and judiciary system. The latter three are structured almost identical with the US government system, with executive, legislative, and judicial powers being delegated (along with the associated checks and balances) to the respective branches. And since the country is a federation of constituent realms, there is also a similar division of federal and realm powers that is observed in the US. The Crown, as stated in the Royal Charter, is granted executive, legislative, and judicial powers. The Crown, as represented by the monarch, approves all laws, executive orders, treaties, and declarations of war made or accepted by the legislature and President, as well as presidential nominations accepted by the Senate (the upper house of the Congreso Nacional); can propose legislation to the Congreso Nacional; and can grant pardons for any crimes.

Absolute Monarchy with Unicameral Legislature:

The Prince-elector is the absolute sovereign of the realm, ruling by decree and the approved laws of the Grand Council, and unhindered by any sort of constitution. He holds absolute Executive, Legislative and Judicial Powers in Wenzelia, but delegates part of his ability to make laws to the Grand Council, who legislates in his name. The Grand Council consists of the entire nobility in the realm, with each noble having a vote equivalent to the number of titles they possess. This way, a noble may have more than one vote, allowing older noble families with more titles to sometimes sway a key vote in their favour. The Prince-elector presides over each session of the Grand Council in his capacity as 'Lord President of the Grand Council', maintaining order within the chamber and approving or denying legislation. The Grand Council also serves as the highest possible court in the realm in all but the most extraordinary circumstances.

The nation is split into 13 Regions, as well as the Capital City of Prague (a city with the status of a Region). Each Region is managed by a Regional Governor, selected from the Grand Council and appointed to govern in the Prince-elector's name. Prague however, is under the direct rule of the Prince-elector. The Prince-elector also selects members of the Grand Council to act as Royal Secretaries of State for the different Ministries of the realm. Currently, there are 14 Ministries and Royal Secretaries of State.

Members of the courts are selected by the Prince-elector, on the advice on the Grand Council. The Prince-elector is the Commander-in-chief of the Royal Wenzelian Armed Forces, with the Six-Star Rank of Grand Marshal. Ultimately, the Prince-elector controls the Grand Council by having the power of elevating commoners to a noble rank, as well as the ability to strip nobles of all of their titles, wealth and properties.

The Federation of Martian Soviet Communes is a socialist republic, where the means of production are controlled by democratic governments (regional as often as national). Each Commune (a colony complex) elects delegates to the Congress of Soviets, which elects the Central Committee and the Premier, who serves as head of government.

The Commonwealth is a confederation of numerous states that share a common language and history (for the most part). The 4 most powerful members' leaders serve as the Tetrarchy, a council of leaders for life that all hold absolute power over the making of Common Law (essentially the equivalent of federal laws, they are shared across all members), but each Tetrarch holds veto over the others and a law cannot be added to the Common Law without unanimous agreement among the Tetrarchy.

Below the Tetrarchy is the Council of Representatives, a parliament-like group that discusses issues and recommends new laws to the Tetrarchy. No republic in the Commonwealth (excluding the City-State of Fa-Kø-Cä, since they are still technically a monarchy, despite the monarch being chose by lottery and being mostly ceremonial) can have their leader in the Tetrachy, so the CoR is as high as they can go.

Although it sees almost no action in recent times, internal wars between the member states are allowed, with many strict rules in place for carrying out these "brother wars". As such, all members keep and maintain their own military, though there is also an additional Common Army that is under direct control of the Tetrarchy for fighting foreign nations.

Each member of the Tetrarchy can declare one "Common Capital", which is a city-state within the Commonwealth that cannot be attacked by a member state, nor attack other members for the duration of that Tetrarch's reign. Additionally, some member states have a feudal/feudal-esque system still in place, and inter-member diplomatic marriages and matrimonial national unions are not unheard of.

The Republic of Mareba is a colonial dictatorship. Ultimately authority derives from the Ardanian Crown, which holds many territories across our world. The crown then delegates power to the Solmer Society, which aims to uplift lower races through the process of Aneanisation.

The Solmer Society's Committee for Mareban Affairs select a Leader for a single 15 year term. The Leader rules by decree, serving as both legislature and executive, although they are always accountable to the Committee and can be removed if they abuse their position in any way. The executive has full control over the Republic's bureaucracy, as well as the Army and Police who swear their oaths directly to the Leader as well as to the Emperor.

Below the Leader is a network of Communes, with the number of inhabitants ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 individuals. Each commune functions as an administrative, agricultural, industrial and commercial centre. Aside from a small number of resources which only exist in a few areas and so must be shared out, the Communes are self-sufficient. Each Commune is made up of a core of Anean (mostly Ardanians, although we have a few individuals of other origins) Administrators who organise, instruct and oversee the work of thousands of native Marebans.

The Panasian Congressional Republic is a Unitary, Parliamentary Dominant Party republic currently under a military Junta which came to power in 2006 upon the fear of another civil war.

The state itself is highly centralized in the capital Demislee, The Legislation is officially bicameral with the lower house being the Kongress di Staat and the upper house being the National Council. Prior to the Coup d'etat which ushered in Demetri Kapendov, the executive power was in the hands of the state minister, a post which was simply the Prime Minister of the nation. In a similar respect to the Republic of South Africa, the executive post was a fusion of both the Prime Minister and the President of the Republic. Since the Coup, both branches of government, the Kongress and the National Council were largely under the control of the Panasian Unity Front, a party created by the First Marshall in order to effectively unify the fractured Panasian government and bring Panas under the control of an effective autocracy.

On paper, as outlined by the (suspended) constitution, Mastralos is a semi-presidential republic. More specifically, it is a president-parliamentary system, where the Prime Minister and Cabinet are dually accountable to the President and the Parliament. The Prime Minister and Cabinet serve at the pleasure of the President and with the confidence of parliament.

The Prime Minister must come from the majority party in La Congrezza, though cabinet members may come from any party. In cases where the President and Prime Minister come from different parties, the President takes on duties related to foreign affairs, international trade policy, and defense. The Prime Minister takes on duties related to domestic matters and security, taxation policy, and economic policy.

However, given the suspension on the constitution with the summer coup of 2016, Mastralos has operated more like a military junta. There are motions from to change this.
