Since the new law making public education mandatory had passed it has been controversial. Protesters all over have held demonstrations everywhere even as the new schoolhouses were being built.

The protesters object to mandatory public education:

• Religious education is a full time job for students and should not be relegated to after school activities
• They will teach Darwinism in science class to make children doubt God
• They will not teach the biblical value of pi in math class as specified in 1 Kings 7:23
• Religious texts including the Torah, the Bible, and the Quran will be taught in comparative literature classes as if our faith is in any way equal to the myths of heathens
• They will teach children to do unspeakable things in mandatory sexual education classes, even though it should be up to the fathers whether children even hear about such things
• Teaching critical thinking will undermine the authority of the parents and religious leaders

Until now the protests have remained peaceful if ineffective. But as the implementation of the law draws closer, suddenly one of the public school buildings being built caught on fire and burned to the ground. Police are investigating but have not commented whether they suspect arson or accident. If this truly was a case of Arson, the offending community will face heavy retaliation including mass executions and enslavement.

It has been ruled that the fire was due to arson. The Lugal of the Leviathan, Generalissimo Manson Hussein has conferred with the high priests of Satanism and has decreed that the Powers of Hell demand maximum and merciless retaliation upon the community.

We wonder what in the universe those who object to the quoted things are doing living in a nation blatantly called Greater SATANIC Leviathan! They should have moved out long ago, and if that's banned, sneaked over the border and moved out long ago.

As for the other couple of complaints, they can suck it. However, we will note that critical thinking will also make it so that your Bureau of Propaganda (or equivalent body) will have to work harder. We think that this is a good trade-off, since nations full of stupid people are easy to invade (or to repel invasions from), and we don't want that. While we would normally support the harshest reprisals. We feel that the Satanist State is above that. As a Secular nation, the Covenant believes that the Greater Satanic Leviathan shall handle this issue in a humane manner. In fact, I don't believe it needs to be mentioned that the Covenant is a highly militarized nation, unafraid to threaten the sovereignty of other governments. We highly recommend the gentler measures. Were the Greater Satanic Leviathan to enslave the protestors, we will respond via an outlawing of Satanism with the penalty of death within the covenant. The death toll of Satanists within the covenant is calculated to be approximately 80,000 should we go through with this policy. If the Greater Satanic Leviathan continues to refuse to adhere to our demands they will become a potential target for regime change in the near future. These harsh measures will be enacted simply because we feel that the GSL's actions will tarnish the reputation of our secular government, as well as all other secular governments within the international community, considering the attitudes of more religious nations towards secular peoples. If one is to believe that our potential genocide of Satanists will tarnish our reputation even more, we disagree. Religious nations may end up thanking us and consider us a force of God. In following the Grand Duchy of Knessniet. We will freeze all assets of both the GSL and citizens of the covenant who follow the satanic faith.

In short, the Covenant feels that the actions of the Greater Satanic Leviathan will hinder the Covenant's efforts to establish important diplomatic relations with important nations on secular grounds, as secularism is often lumped in together with Satanism by third parties. Finally we demand this the GSL cease this vote immediately and obey the orders of the Covenant, if they wish to avoid a full mobilization of Covenant forces.
