Respectively, this is the cover of a TS passport and the first page that describes the bearer. All other pages are either blank, for the purpose of stamps, or contain legal information and instructions on the passport. The last page is dedicated to fraud prevention, by being unique and inscribed with multiple features, patterns, and so on to prevent fraud. (The first page also has translucent images scattered across it to combat fraud.)

TS passports are held vertically and opened vertically, like a legal pad. The cover is made of leather and is bound. TS passports are about half the size of a real legal pad (with the same height/width proportional scale as a full-sized one).

Hong Kongers generally have two passports, a Hong Kong SAR passport and a BNOC passport eligible for British Nationals born in Hong Kong before 1st July 1997.

This is the standard passport for a male Nortan full subject. A female passport is the same except pronouns such as 'him/he' are replaced with 'her', and the entry for 'wife' is replaced with 'husband'. It has since 2010 been machine readable to comply with international regulations; however, it does not contain any biometric information. The passport is stiff and cloth-bound, with 52 pages for visas and stamps as well as a frontispiece, request page, machine readable page, information page and notes pages. Subjects must fill in the hand-written form, attach copies of photographs of their face, before submitting it to the King's Clerk's Department. The passport also contains provisions for including the bearer's wife and children, however this is nowadays rarely used given the decline in the acceptance of such family passports in foreign nations.

Minoa’s current passport cover is royal blue. The colour is not expected to change despite EU membership, because there are no directives that require passport covers to be burgundy.

The main design consists of a flock of 17 Blue Tits and 4 Little Owls flying clockwise around the Vergina Sun. Each Blue Tit represents a region or metropolitan county (including New Syria). Each Little Owl represents the overseas territory (Westcountry, Southall, Hong Kong and Macau).

Minoa has special permission to omit the country name from the passport cover for two reasons.

The first reason is that the Vergina Sun was adopted as short-hand for Minoa to help the illiterate (its use, as well as the name Macedonia, is heavily regulated under the Second Prespa Agreement, to prevent misuse by Greek or Macedonian nationalists).

The second reason is that there are six main languages in any part of the country (French, English, Bulgarian, Greek, Macedonian and Turkish).

Above the main design are the 12 stars of the European Union, which Minoa will join on 1 May 2075.

Below the main design is the word “Passeport” in the Joanna Sans Nova typeface, and the ePassport icon (i.e. ).

Passports are issued with 32 or 48 blank pages.
