Dear Mr. Castro. We delighted by the application sent and it has been with great euphoria ACCEPTED. As I write this letter, we are making preparations to recive and welcome Lady Su-Ferndandez and her family to Mervay. As soon as landing they will be taken to The Palais de la Diplomatie close to The Royal Parliament where our Prime Minister and I will be present to accept the respective papers. Regarding the issue of the COVID-19 Pandemic, while the nation hasn't got any cases since last month, in the name public health for both parties, they will tested by the sanitary authorities and if testing negative, they will be taken to their new home without any problem but recommended to do the required quarentine for foreign visitors to our nation. All talks regarding the proposed topics will be adressed without trouble as soon as it is possible, but I'm advancing in telling that said proposals won't be rejected by our nation. We only have to work the details.

It is a wonderful thing to hear from such words regarding the future of our nations, it is of importance for a healthy relationship to always have a better understanding and a closer sense of friendship which is key in the international community when it comes to trust.

We will gladly welcome Sir du Moucel to our nation and we will make sure his stay is perfect and we will work on accomodating the embassy for the specifications asked. I will stay in contact regarding the draft agreement he will present to me and quite certainly Her Majesty and our Prime Minister when he presents the respective diplomatic papers.

It's been a while indeed, and thank you for your concern; thankfully things has been calm around here in Mervay and my husband is doing fine. I hope that is the case with The Free Lands and you as well.

It is understandable that even after having a close relationship between our nations, an request like this one wasn't considered by both parties. One I will make sure to rectify on my end as well. After all, beyond our close relationship through SEA, Mervay sees The Free Lands as an close nation and friend.
Regarding the application presented, it appears that the relationship between both countries is on good hands as it seems her experience is perfect for her work. I will personally endeavor to meet her the moment she arrives with her credentials with the presence of Her Majesty and the Prime Minister in order to discuss the respective agreements our nations could have beyond the current ones while aiding her on her settling. As for her daughter and her Grey Wolf, they will be of course welcome by obvious reasons; Ma'am Mairin and her daughter will be offered an extensive catalogue of stellar schools for her daughter to attend, be either public or private institutions.
