"The means always justify the ends. If I have to burn an entire universe to save my Empire I will burn a thousand gladly. Conflict has always been necessary to ensure the strength of an Empire, and improvement can only be attained by furthering strength. the nations leadership cant be voted on, but the government can be voted on, and since the father retired and noone else wanted to take the position it was handed over to me
