Brief Summary: 5/4 are a psychedelic pop group formed in Duotona's capital of St. Hubert in December of 2012. Consisting of 4 friends who met in college, they bonded over their similar music tastes, consisting of artists like Talking Heads and Radiohead, as well as the up and coming psychedelic project Tame Impala. Their sound is a mixture of the aforementioned artists, as they strive to make songs in very unconventional methods that still sound good, hence their name coming from the odd time signature 5/4. They would be signed to Interscope in 2013 after they heard demos of their work, and would release their debut self-titled record later that year. 5/4 have become known by having an entirely new sound for every album despite their consistency to release a new album typically every 2-3 years. They surprised everyone at the 2014 Grammy Awards, winning the awards for Best Alternative Album for the album as well as Best Music Video for the lead single Stasis.

Brief Summary: Aoife and the Vamps was formed in 2003 in New Galway, New Agraya. Before they got together, Aoife and Mollie were in a small punk group that would play the North Galway Pub on Fridays and Saturdays. They met Kateri at one of the shows and began rehearsing as a trio in Mollie's garage. Kateri introduced the two to Gothic Rock and New Wave, inspiring them to change their fast-paced hardcore styling to a slower, more dreary style. Kateri invited her friends Shar and Ed to fill in on Guitar and Bass, and the band soon found themselves playing multiple venues around New Galway. In 2004 they moved to the capital Angela, and became a resident band at a popular Goth Club. Within a month they exploded into fame after reaching the ears of our current Head of State and Party Leader 'Aisling Cearbhaill', who is notably a huge fan of Gothic Rock and Post-Punk. While in 2004 she was only an Upper-Party Member, she was able to give the band funding from The New Agrayan Council for Arts&Culture. Brief Summary: Formed in spite of the dictatorship of Duotona which began in the 70's, Bladecrossers were formed in the punk/metal underground scene, consisting of long time friends Theo and Vassilis (the latter an immigrant from Greece hiding from the government's crackdown on minorities) as well as drummer Gérard who they had began talking to when they met at an illegal concert. Their early work was heavily critical of the government, advocating for freedom to express themselves through their music, which brought their music into the public eye as it faced heavy censorship. This came to a head in 1987, as Gérard was poisoned to death in an attack which many link to the spy agency at the time. Choosing to continue with a new drummer, they would eventually be ignored outright by the government, who were slowly becoming more unstable during the 90's. Tragically, Theo would pass of a heart attack in 2000, causing Vasslis and drummer Maxwell to permanantly shut down the band in his honor. In 2015, however, the band would make a brief comeback with 2 more albums of reworked unreleased material with Theo in it to mark a decade since Duotona's liberation, plus an extra EP with a variety of guest guitarists. They would eventually retire again in 2020.

Brief Summary: The George was founded as a proto-blues band at a high school in 1943 and were the pioneers of rock and roll in 1950s Frostland. They were endorsed by the Frostish Socialist Ministry of Culture during the Kikko years, supporting the band in its genre pioneering, until Gaven became dictator in 1969 and condemned the band to death. After band member Arefdish was detained in the summer, the rest of the band escaped to the Nightshade Republic where they remained until democracy was restored in 1973. They led a rebirth of rock and roll in Frostland during the 1970s, and organized world tours to fund the country's reconciliation efforts. However, an ultraconservative government was elected in 1979 and harassed the band into exile in the Latin Equatorial Union, banishing the band until 1992 when a moderate government came into power. The band continued to hold concerts for the next three decades, with the five remaining members unexpectedly living until the pandemic. Due to the humanitarian crisis in Frostland, most of the band members have died, and only one continues to live at 93 years old. The band has not performed publicly since 2018, and their final album was released in 2016.

Brief Summary: Beachside Airport was the most popular band in the UCE during the 1970s. The members met at one of the many clubs on the Estaban City beachside, and after a night of drinking and conversation, they decided to form a band. They were originally going to make surf rock, even recording multiple demos within the genre, but none of them could really find a groove. In 1970 the band was at a complete loss on what to make, until one day the band decided to go surfing together, and once they had dried off and were just sitting on the beach Tama said that they should make "music for a sunny day on the beach". This, somehow, sparked the bands creativity once again, and by the end of 1970 they had released their first album "Volleyball". The album quickly gained popularity and the band was signed to the label Green Dot in 1971. The band went on to release multiple best selling records and is still well known today. They're known for their easygoing, "beachy" style, which pulls from many genres.

Brief Summary: Started by recent university graduate Sasha Heinz (UCar B.A.,music), SASKA released her first single "It Begins" in 2008 to minimal success on major market, but a small cult following among clubs in Carpellin; where she lived and went to school. She began playing her song, as well as m remixed songs in clubs where she was noticed by producer and professional Mixer Jason Hammer for BlipKey Records and signed a record deal of 1 album, with the option to sign for an additional 5 if the first was successful. Using a collection of songs, she released her first album titled "Homebound" in 2008 to sparkling reviews. Her next album was released in 2009 (Keys and Smoke) and third (Atlas) in early 2010. In 2009 Sasha met Sargeant Louix who introduced her John Rogers. The two quickly joined SASKA releasing their first joint album, "Key and Smoke" later that year. SASKA went on their first tour in late 2010 (The Start of It All Vacation), touring around Rhodevus, even playing a sold-out show in the Muée Galaria one of the largest clubs in Boundary Bay City.

They released six singles between 2010 and 2012, followed by two back-to-back albums in mid-2012 ("Yes" - March 2010, and "No" - November 2010). A new deal was in the works between the group and BlipKey Records when producer and mixer Jason Hammer left BlipKey Records. To replace him, the record label brought in producer Eric Laxx against the wishes of Sasha Heinz. This lead to a falling out with Sargeant Louix and the other two. The group split. Sargeant remained with BlipKey Records, while Sasha, John and SASKA left the label and signed with Gomann Group where they have remained since.

Due to a favourable contract, SASKA was allowed to release singles and records per their own personal timelines. Gomann Group brought in producer Roger Mikeals who the group grew very close to. The group released their most popular album "Roadtrip" in 2014. The Roadtrip Tour in late 2014 and early 2015 saw the group travel across the country and a few single-show appearances in a few neighbouring countries.

In 2016, SASKA released multiple singles at seemingly random times, but based on the time between songs, it was morse code for May 22, when the "Seen It Tour" was set to begin in 2017. The morse code message was written out with 30 songs including "Firebird", "Lay it Down", and "Staircase". The Seen It Tour brought back Sargeant Louix who had left BlipKey Records.

The group would continue releasing albums at a rate of one per year from 2017-2021. In 2021, they took a hiatus, and are set to return with the "Shockwave" tour in late 2022.

Brief Summary: Machine Failure is one of the more popular heavy metal acts in Thialrer today, and have been around since the time of the fascist Thialren Empire. The band have been a very politically active band, and their songs reflect a democratic socialist point of view. The band members participated in the 2020 Thialren Revolution that ended the fascist state, and almost all of their songs deal with political subjects. They were involved in the Thialren underground music scene, as well as the music scene of the then-independent Thalrenius, where they originated. Their first album, The Great Utopian Empire, released in 2008, was a concept album centred around the Thialren Empire and a group of revolutionaries who ultimately overthrow the empire. Their second album, Imperial Riot, was released in 2011 and led to their becoming famous throughout modern Thialrer.

Machine Failure's general musical style has variously been described as heavy metal, Nintendocore, chiptune, metalcore, electronic rock, electronicore, nu metal, and alternative metal. The band's website describes their music as "8-bit metalcore" and members of Machine Failure have publicly rejected the Nintendocore label, with frontman Elijah Akhmetuly saying "Nintendocore implies a connection to a corporation, and therefore corporate values, to corporations... while there are similarities in the musical styles of Nintendo games and our music, we're vehemently opposed to capitalism and everything it stands for." They are widely known for their mixing metalcore with chiptune music.

Brief Summary:
The guitarist known as Brash started off as any other normal teenager. He was into hip-hop and sports. By high school, Viktor Nylund was a top soccer prospect. Along with a few friends, he also started one of the world's latest slam/space rock bands. Back then the band was called Star Orcs. Their songs were more kitschy than anything. In 2012, the young band caught the attention of producer Chewy Daniels.

Chewy signed the crew, giving them their first contract advance. The group used this to buy equipment and wardrobe supplies. The group also went to work producing their first album. It would come along with a re-branding and new name, the Space Ogres.

Viktor, or Brash as he was known on stage, started the band with his friend known as Nightowl. Other prominent members included Impulse, a female vocalist. Charge and Brick were on Bass and Drums. The band has had its share of drama. The crew is known for living fast and partying hard.

Space Ogres is built behind the dueling guitars of Nightowl & Brash. The latter is more of the quiet type, known for more of a pensive, melodic style. His solos are heavy and carry a lot of emotion. Brash loves to party, but isn't as over the top as Nightowl. Brash also carries less of the track's vocals, which mostly fall to Impulse and Nightowl.

Formed in June 2019 by siblings Mari and Sunny Hidaka who decided to form a band, Kelsey Diaz was originally going to join however he instead pursued politics and became the Speaker of the National Assembly. Anyways they were picked up by Blue Shark Records in July 2019. On August 2019 released their debut album, Sora with the song Good Rest being a hit.

Afterwards Good Rest was made a single. Later in March of 2020, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the band decided to move away from physical records to uploading their music on Youtube, starting a channel. Their next album released was Home on April 2020, which became another hit due to the increase of popularity in Lofi hip-hop in 2020. After this period the band went on hiatus until July 2022 when it released Sunrise Land, which also was another hit.

Brief Summary: A rap collective formed out of four black teenagers from the native town of Montay'ya, Feedbak have been a staple of Duotona's hip-hop scene since their formation in 2009. Their uniqueness comes from the fact that instead of sampling conventional soul or R&B records from the 70's - 90's, they instead choose to go further back and cut up samples of 1920's and 30's jazz records, a time considered the "golden age" of Duotonan music. Their lyrics span over a range of tones, from tackling gang violence and substance abuse to making rap songs about literal nonsense that fans have still tried to decode. They're also know for their modest marketing campaigns, which member Gekko claims is to "stand out from all them posers doing crazy dumb s*** to get famous".
