For the first time since 1995, the Government of Utadarstan is holding an election for all 59 current members of the Senate, plus an election for the seat of Ivan Gachev, who resigned in 2017. This is also the first Senate election since 1983 where multiple parties are allowed to run, though all except one are aligned with the government. Nations may pick two out of four parties to endorse in the election.
Utadarstan People's Party (Stalinist)
People's Liberation Party (Maoist)
Conservative Democratic Party (Christian)
Green Party of Utadarstan (Green)
The Utadarstani Ministry of Democracy will review the election results, and if the President accepts the results, he will allow the new Senate to take office.
