Political Parties and Government Factbook (Template)

I've been asked by a couple people for the template I used for my Political Parties Factbook, so I decided to post it here for future reference in case anyone else would be interest. Credit where credit is due, I didn't come up with it all by myself, and I took a great deal of inspiration from someone else a long time ago, but I can't remember who it was. If you feel like you came up with it first, you're probably right, so let me know and I'll give you credit.
