How large is the racial majority (%)? By racial 'majority' we assume that you mean the dominant race in the nation, rather than necessarily the largest. In fact, Tchud is a nation where a small racial minority (around 15% of the total population) is dominant.
How are those of a different race viewed? Our system is not explicitly race based, although it's a fact that the Kaffele people who form our lower class are of a different race to our higher classes. Individuals of many different races are welcome here. The Whites (a catch-all term originally referring to the descendants of Atlantyan colonists but now to practically any immigrants who aren't Tchudi) are welcomed into our wider national community and well treated, with representatives in the Senate and many opportunities in our economy. The Kaffele are seen as lazy, ignorant scum; however non-Kaffele who have similar racial characteristics wouldn't be seen in the same way - once they have made it clear that they aren't Kaffele in any case.
How does race affect one's job? Tchudi? You'll be relatively wealthy. You probably own some kind of property and could have any kind of professional job. If you're at the lower end of the wealth spectrum relative to other Tchudi then you may be a soldier or policeman overseeing the work of the Kaffele. White? You're disproportionately represented in the organs of state - the bureaucracy, the military, the state media and the legal profession especially. Despite the fact that they make up less than 1% of the total population they also own the vast majority of the arable land in Tchud, although of course they don't do the labour on the farms. Kaffele? You're essentially a slave. The majority of Kaffele are owned by the state and leased out to private individuals (like landowners) for labour. Some very wealthy private individuals own their own Kaffele. You're likely to be working on a plantation owned by a White, or in a factory owned by a Tchudi. Perhaps you work in the eastern forests doing logging, or digging canals around the country. If you're particularly lucky you may be a house servant living in the slums around the major cities and travelling into town everyday to work in the houses of wealthy Tchudi or Whites.

Citizens of The Empire are judged based on other defining characteristics, such as personality, appearance etc. If one is wearing race/species-specific clothing, then they might be subject to cultural curiosity. Unfortunately, minorities may have to endure occasional racism, as it, no matter how bigoted it is, is still part of "free speech".

It doesn't as all racism and the like, while it isn't banned cannot influence one's decision and businesses, enterprises etc. found guilty of refusing one of their job just because of their race/species will be forcefully shuttered and given a 35,000 cr. fine.
