About Cartoonia:
We are an industrious, imperial nation filled with cartoon and anime characters, cities, and places. We are an Imperial Democracy with a large military. Founded in 1954 as we parted from America, we have rose to world power status with our child labor laws that kids work, but restricts what they can do. In exchange, they are allowed to vote and do adult things... with restrictions. Our government is ran by both kids and adults. We have alchemy and magic to.

We created all this freedom, because in the past we were oppressed by an evil tyrant and many of us died in those horrible years of his regime, before we revolted. “We have the strongest Cartoon military force on earth. We compose of many weapons ranging from Pre-WW1 to Post WW2 tech. Our General our top notch on this side of the Pacific and we have compulsory military service for Toons living in the cities which means we have well trained troops to fight long and aggressive wars. We not only have the standard weapons of mass destruction, we also have fantasy weapons like our state alchemists and the etherion satellite cannon as well as magicians and such. And when you mean loot fallen opponents, do you mean take over their territories, or just loot their weapons. In any case we do both”.

We were just noting that our many independent raid gangs will see you as an easy mark. Your comment about only having 50 years' worth of progress sort of cements you as a primitive nation, too.

What are etherion cannons?

Also, what makes you think that satellites that are orbiting your planet can have any effect on our planets? It's not like we'd let you bring any satellites (of any kind) around here and give you a chance to set them up over OUR worlds.

“The Tower of Heaven, also known as the R-System would have been used to cast a forbidden spell that can bring the dead back to life. A cult of magic worshippers started to construct it years ago. It requires multiple human sacrifices, so the cult kidnapped villagers in the smaller towns of Cartoonia, mostly children, and forced them to build the tower as thier slaves...”

“The only reason I know this is because I was one of them...”

“Anyone who tried to resist the cult and escape, would mysteriously disappear. We never had any peace of mind. We lived in constant fear. But we bonded and made friends despite this. I met most of my firends there. We might not be here to tell this story if ot wasn’t for the intervention of the Cartoon Forces, those many years ago”.

“Yes, what happened those many years ago was a tragedy. I was only the Gran-Admiral of the Navy at the time, truly a tragedy.
