Dequarmi is a democratic parliamentary federal state located in the southwest part of the region of Force. It is led by the Chancellor-Minister, the current holder of office being Louis Hermainsch, and the bicameral Parliament, commanding a set of Ministries that are overall intergral parts of the government.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to reopen the embassy program that it had tried (and failed) to use to gain embassies with foreign nations. Read the conditions below to open a new embassy with the United Federal States of Dequarmi. Good luck, for us and for you!
EXTRATERRITORIALITY AND DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY
Extraterritoriality is an integral part of embassy building, in which workers in an embassy will be granted at least partial immunity to the subject nation's law. This may or may not be synonymous with diplomatic immunity, which has pretty much the same definition. This part states Dequarmi's conditions on both subjects with relation to embassies.
Extraterritoriality is granted to all certified embassy workers at a given embassy, but any violation of law while off-duty, or in other casual activities, will not be covered by extraterritoriality for the lawbreaker in question, in which they will be deported back to their homeland. Other than that, complete diplomatic immunity will be granted on all facets of the Dequarman Legislative System.
LOCATION OF EMBASSIES
As is customary, all embassies will be located within the capital of Dequarmi and the center of the federal government: the city of Ethricanov. Embassies will be located on 14 Selarnia Street, which is only a short distance away from the Federal House, the seat of the Chancellor-Minister as well as Parliament (due to the Chancellor-Minister also serving as the head of the upper house of Parliament).

Note that Dequarmi is not a warzone, so please do not bring any tanks or aircraft or warships, because that is not diplomacy but rather inviting conflict.
