Just as in the days of yore as told in The Epics, when the gods and the demons contested the Earth, and it was the holy warriors of our people who decided the outcome.

The AEM (Atomic Explosive Missile) is woriking and to be finished in one or two months. In case of zombie outbrake, we would evacuate to the restricted area located in the desert. The AEM will be then transported to the zone and set to explode when any zombie goes by. The destruction force should burn up almost all of the gigantic capital, and leave nuclear energy around all of Xikori's counterpart to "state" called Ño.

Actions are split in order of their implementation:

1. We would use the radio, TV, and internet to give instructions to civilians on survival, i.e. barricading inside secure rooms with food and bottled water; or even get to the nearest emergency shelter if it is safe to do so, as they are far more secure and have more food and water.


2. All affected areas would be quarantined by Division 10, and would shoot anyone breaking quarantine.


3. Search & destroy teams operated by Division 10 would find and kill zombies in quarantined areas, using armoured vehicles and helicopters for support.


4. If search & destroy teams fail, then cargo planes would drop a combination of nerve gases as well as napalm on affected areas. Any civilians in affected areas would most likely die as a result, but if the situation got to this stage then all the civilians in these areas would probably be dead from zombie attacks.


5. Should stage 4 fail, then Division 10 Special Forces would secure the hybrid nuclear fission-fusion power plants in affected areas, and program them for meltdown; the high radiation and blast should be enough to kill all life in affected areas.


6. Should stage 5 fail (it really shouldn't, but just in case it does) then a full scale evacuation would take place for all non-infected citizens in non-affected areas. They would be transported to outlying islands of La Habana, which have special survival facilities to guarantee La Habanian national survival. Citizens would be divided into groups and quarantined, just in case an infected has slipped through. After 6 months of quarantine the citizens can join together again.


7. Should stage 6 fail because the survival facilities have been compromised, then the survivors would board nuclear-powered survival ships (massive converted oil tankers), which have hydroponics bays for growing food, and water purification facilities. These survival ships would travel in groups of three, sailing the worlds oceans. They would approach the coasts of other nations, and use radios to try to contact any survivors. If there are no more survivors in the world, then they would sail the oceans trying to find an island that is unpopulated but has food and water, and then start a new society.


8. Should stage 7 fail, then La Habana is fucked.

You realize that against modern technology, any zombie outbreak that wasn't caused practically overnight by an airborne and extremely effective virus (like, 99.9% zombification rate) would immediately be rooted out and destroyed?

I mean, seriously, one fortified machine gunner can kill thousands of enemy soldiers. And even Civil War-era tech essentially made charges completely and utterly useless.

You know, back when rifles were still loaded round by round? (At least, on the Confederate side.)

So yeah. My nation would deal with a zombie threat in one of two ways. If the virus was airborne, lots and lots of neutron bombs immediately after confirmation, so that carriers couldn't escape. If the relatively large explosions weren't enough, the ridiculously enormous amounts of radiation would pretty much ensure that all life would die/cook. Then we'd send in some helicopters to mop things up. Heavily radiation-proofed helicopters.

In the event the virus was not airborne we'd just send in some troopers. Probably armed with some KFIs (near the bottom of the article) if the infection was bad enough.

 Directive Zombie apocalypse order stages
Stage 1. Civilians are instructed to form groups And should turn on their radio to AR defence channel and listen at 12 o clock for instructions broadcasts will be given every day on survival tactics and the current Zombie count. Civilians ARE NOT instructed to take up arms, seeing as this can cause civilian panic and possible fights. If civilians are not gathered up by the reserve soldiers within two weeks you are advised to proceed to the nearest Emergency shelter to proceed with stage 2 bringing one suitcase of items of personal belongings(not Food or water because the water there is probably cleaner and same with their food)
Stage 2. Upon arrival at the emergency shelters you are quarantined for 3 weeks in a bio hazard cell. Once your quarantine is complete you will have to board a truck and be taken to the nearest home guard base for further instruction. A week will be given for you to start making your way into the emergency shelters if you arrive late the shelter will be abandoned and probably infested with zombies. The AR radio defence channel by this time will be broadcasted on all frequencies If you haven't made it to the emergency shelters in time you will be ordered to take up arms and defend your house you will again be instructed by the AR defence channel at 12 o clock every day. Try to hold out till the home guard arrive at your area if they do not come within 3 weeks of the evacuation of the emergency e shelters to the home guard base, You should consider yourself dead.
Stage3. is executed upon the failure of stage 2. this is unlikely but should the zombie outbreak not be extinguished within 6 weeks should stage 3. be put into place Ar defence broadcasts shall cease because the army will be occupying all the channels. Upon arrival at the home guard base a two day re uniting program will be conducted. Once this is over you will be  ordered to board one of three things, a armoured transport vehicle,Blackhawk helicopter or Anatova 5000(massive transport plane). After this you will be transported to coastal cities. Awaiting for further instructions. Upon the evacuation  of the home guard bases army forces will be transported into the infected areas picking up survivors as they go trying to push the zombies back. The army forces are instructed to shoot first then look.all bodies recovered are to be incinerated. You will be supported by napalm rockets from ah-64 apache gunships.
Stage 4. In the unlikely event of the failure of stage 3, stage 4 shall commence. Another 3 day re uniting search will be conducted upon your arrival at the selected safe coastal cities. Once the search is finished, you will undergo a 1 day medical procedure to dertemine if you are infected. If you are infected you are taken to a pit and shot in the back of the head and buried with your personal suitcase, in a massive grave once the medical procedure has bee conducted the graves will be set alight. If you are not infected then you will began boarding any salvageable ships and make for the surrounding emergency islands. Seeing as AR is one big tropical island the people on infected island would follow the same sets of protocols. If uninfected the island would become a place for the refugees to stay. Upon arrival at the island you must return to normal life until further instructions are given.
Stage 5. Stage 5 is the final line of defence against the zombies. AR mainland should be evacuated within 10 weeks except for military personal and UPC's(unpicked up civilians). The outbreak will by now be at critical level. The army planes would be given payloads of napalm and gas. A 2 week bombing mission would be conducted on the country cities. Th aim of the napalm payload is to exterminate zombies. The gas payloads would be used to exterminate civilians to stop infection. Once the bombing mission is conducted the armed forces will proceed to evacuate the main island and to proceed to neighbouring countries or other countries patrolling fleets or Ar fleets or finally land on one off the surrounding islands. The islands will be under guard and any civilians arriving by boat or plane  will be quarantined for 6 months then will be allowed to region the population. After a year of staying on the islands the military will prepare a seaborne invasion force, the troops will be equipped for biological warfare the troops will begin searching for survivors and cleansing the main island of zombies. If the island is mostly cleaned of the zombies then the force will begin hunting   for zombies using a radar that detects brain pulses. Only until the main island is  completely secure will civilization be rebuilt on the mainland.
Stage 6. should the surrounding island be compromised the army will exterminate the population then themselves theb burning the bodies so that other nations can have a crack at the zombies.

Well since a zombie is already dead, killing it is impossible. But the military would evacuate the Imperial Family and a few members of the Imperial Senate. Also the military would start evacuating some of the civilians as they see fit. And the soldiears would at least try to keep the zombies back with AK47's and bombs.

No decapitation and damage to the brain is the only way to kill it.

Anyways, since we practically employ zombies ourselves, we would send them out to fight the living dead while our doktors capture some to experiment on. The Emperor's dealt with a zombie uprising before and he can safely tell you that all this 'shooting them in the head' stuff is nonsense. Zombies can be re-killed by just blowing enough of them away to force the energy holding them together to dissipitate.

He has also described the Zombie Survival Guide as "charming fiction, but the author has clearly never met a zombie in real life. They aren't like that at all."

Quarantine certain parts of the country and eliminate any zombified creatures/objects (zombie helicopters, zombie pencils etc.). A few years back we had a major problem with Zombified Moose and ever since then all of our armed forces and law enforcement have been trained with anti-zombie warfare as well as anti-hippie warfare.

I suspect we would view it as a valuable opportunity to practice our plans for repelling invasion, or we'd rapidly develop a zombie killing sport. Any average Kirhean has seen, or has racial memories of, creatures far worse than these "zombies." They simply are not that disturbing of a concept for us.

we call it the "Quarantine n Dust" strategy. We Quarantine the affected area then bomb it to Dust. If ineffective, we call the nukes.

Stage one: Mass media issues an advisory about the disease and former military personnel are recalled to duty. Those evacuating are screened for infection on arrival at their destination.

Stage two: Citizens are instructed to report of screening camps outside the cities to be checked for signs of infection and the uninfected are airlifted out of the city. The infected are held in isolation while a cure is being researched. A cordon is established around the city to contain the infection.

Stage three: If no cure is possible then the infected citizens in detention are humanly executed as soon as they turn into zombies as a threat to public safety. The army then moves into the city and clear out the zombies and search for survivors who were unable to evacuate.

Stage four: if the infection is too large to be dealt with by a ground assault then the city is sterilized with a neutron bomb.

Stage five: if the infected are resistant to radiation then an orbital bombardment is ordered to level the city with multiple 50 ton lumps of iron.

Stage six: If this fails we place our head between our legs and kiss our ass goodbye.

Already dealt with it before. Infantry Fight Vehicles (IFVs) generally wipe the floor with them, but if we have to, infantry and militia can typically rely on these sorts of methods...





After all, any half-competent military should be able to wipe out zombies. Hell, our zombies were harder to deal with simply because they actually were able to learn how to use firearms on par with humans.
