By the decree of our King, Sindlanil Allyrius, and after the approval of the Parliament, I have been instructed to provide a medium through which foreign nations can establish formal diplomatic relations.

We at the Allyrian Foreign Ministry have elected to do so through the use of embassies and by allowing foreign dignitaries to remain in our country for the purposes of diplomatic communications.

We also wish to inform you that any part of this form filled out incorrectly will result in the immediate termination of your embassy program and the internment of all staff. Otherwise, we look forward to a hopefully constructive and warm relationship.
