How to start closer international relations with Free Transhumanists (also known as Khalyans, or Khalyan Civilization):
1. Choosing location of your embassy
Khalyan Civilization consists of 4 territorial subjects (3 planets and 1 moon) - For more information you can visit Factbook: Free Transhumanist Territory, Complete structure of the Khalyan Civilization, Institute of Diplomacy - Embassy Program etc.
Each of these territorial subjects has it's own capital city. You can freely choose one of these cities as the location for your embassy.
2. Reading the rules
If you are a non-regional state (that means you are not a member of any region where any of Free Transhumanist planet/colony resides) you need to fill an application and you should choose the organization that will ensure your protection and position in Free Transhumanist international politics. Organizations able to ensure a position of an embassy must be represented in the Free Transhumanist Industriate (lower chamber in Free Transhumanist political system). Every protection organization follows its interests in the first place, so that means if they are going to ensure your protection and influence in Free Transhumanist international policy making they are going to demand something in return. It will be mostly acess to your domestic market, various tax exemptions, investment or importing your nation's goods under their member corporation's name, or innovation and scientific cooperation. You can decide not to choose any of the presented organizations, but your influence and negotiating power will be therefore considerably lower.

- Guild of Trade and Services (Corporations and employees of service sector)
- Chamber of Production and Heavy Industry (Corporations and workers of industrial production)
- Chamber of Agriculture and Farmers (Farmers and farming industries)
- Consortium of Free Craft (Smaller retailers and craftsmen)
- Guild of Weapon Manufacturers (Weapon manufacturers and people employed in weapon manufacturing)
- National Initiative for Research and Development (Private researchers with close ties to Order of Khalyan Transhumanism)
- Chamber of Pharmaceutics and Medicine (Pharmaceutical corporations and employees)
