In Businesses, social media can be used for marketing brands, products and services to a wider area. However social media has also its negative effects and drawbacks such as negative effect on mental health because of false sense of connection, envy, isolation, exposing children to online predators and cyber bullying and also the spread of false or untrue stories or also known as "fake news" and also its privacy issues.

Social media should be part of the society yet should be used responsibly.
