This is given to authorize the person’s ID #, DOB, SSID, Height, Weight, and other extraneous factors. The ID chip scans the person’s height and weight once a month.
How are family names determined? (quantity, type): Usually at birth, as Caleon does not have a recognized last naming system, the child takes on the father’s first name as its surname until the ID is implanted, at which the surname is unofficially removed.

Regardless of the number of given names one has, only one will be regularly used in a person's everyday life, with the others being relegated to official documents. The Aikolandais Government has the authority to reject any given names chosen for a child, but this is only done in cases where parents are attempting to name their child something vulgar, obscene, or offensive.
