Paranoia of a nuclear war has gripped the nation since the 50s. At first it was the USSR who we feared but after the fall of the Soviet Union in 1991 China, North Korea and Iran are our newest fears.
In the case of a nuclear war and one was heading our way all the people in urban areas are to go into the many bunkers within the DRD. Those living within the jungle villages and towns are to stay put as the nukes are believed to hit highly urbanized areas only. In fact, we encourage people who live near the many rainforest we have to go deep into them as they might be much safer.

Methods of execution

The most common execution is by firing squad. This method of execution is used for the more heinous crimes, such as: serial murder, serial/mass rape, genocide, high-level war crimes, terrorism, assassination of the Lord-Archon, etc.

The lesser crimes that can be punished with the capital punishment use the gallows.

Oooh, surveys! I'll have to keep updating this post in order to catch all of the ones I haven't already answered in their original threads. For now:

What music does your leader generally listen to? Epic movie music
Does your leader play an instrument? Yes
If he/she does play an instrument, then which one? Like most Decepticons, Megatron prefers to make music using his voice chips. This includes all of the sounds usually produced by external instruments.

When it comes to those external instruments, he can play any of them that don't rely on breath to make sounds (carbueration doesn't work on a lung-like system, and we don't expel air through our mouths, either), but he favors the manual sound box. This is a Cybertronian string instrument that can be picked like a guitar or bowed/plucked like a violin. It has a rectangular metal body with rounded corners, and it is typically amplified like an electric guitar - the "manual" part refers to the fact that it has to be picked, plucked, or bowed to make noise. Normally it uses 8 metal strings, but there are versions with 6 or 10, as well. Megatron uses a standard 8-string Box.
If he/she does play an instrument, is your leader particularly skilled at it? That depends on HOW he is playing it.

1 - Using a counterfeiting program: This program, which runs internally, lets him replicate the exact moves of a professional-grade player. The output sounds precisely like the original.

2 - Using an Advanced Educational Data Pack (AEDP) in the Playing of the Manual Sound Box - AEDPs cover what would be learned in the equivalent schools elsewhere, so when he's playing based on one of these, he has full technical knowledge of the instrument on deck. The output is flawless from a technical standpoint, but lacks emotion. This method produces the most machine-like results. He actually uses this method as practice for the third method.

3 - Using his own personal skill set - From a technical standpoint, he is "pretty good" using this method, which works much like the one humans use when they play instruments. It is not mechanized or automated in any way, but instead, relies on direct data pulls to accomplish the sounds he intends to make. Notably, this method is the only one that lets his own sapience and emotions come through the music. A marked aggressiveness can be heard in the songs, especially when he is playing an Epic piece.

Anything noteworthy related to your leader and music: Thanks to the counterfeiting method and the AEDP method, Megatron can actually produce perfect sounds on any instrument he is physically capable of playing. (When foreign-origin instruments are involved, the instruments are scaled up for ease of use.) However, the same is true of every other Decepticon, so no one thinks anything of that.

There are rumors that Megatron's manual sound box is made of the recycled metal of his enemies, but these are of dubious reliability. It is generally believed that if this was actually the case, Megatron would have said so on the record at some point.
