Moral Dilemmas
Will an average citizen kill one person to save five?
Probably.
- If no, will they do it if they were making someone else kill them?
Will they sacrifice themselves to save 2 others?
Depends on the person and obviously the situation, but probably.
If they had to kill one of two people, and one is begging to be killed to save the other, which will they kill?
The person begging to be killed, because they are requesting it.
If an endangered animal was about to kill a citizen, would they kill the animal?
Depends on the animal, but probably.
- If no, what if a person of hgh authority was getting attacked?
- if yes, what if the animal was an endling?
Endling? Well, if it was truly the last of its kind, and the individual in question was conscious of that fact, they would likely try to find another way to separate the two rather than kill. If it truly is impossible... they would likely kill the endangered animal.
If a person who saved 2 lives before was trying to kill someone, would they allow it?
This is so abstract that answering it is pointless. Who and why did they save the other two people? What is the motive for killing the person they're about to? All of this would factor into a decision.
- If yes, what if they only saved one persons?
- If no, how many people would they have to save beforehand to get allowance?

Yes.
Is your nation primarily inhabited by humanoids?
Yes.

Are there any sentient nonhumans present in your nation?
Some AI.

No, unless you consider inorganic humanoid robots.
Are there any sentient AI present in your nation?
Yes.
Roughly how common are the various sentient species of your nation in % of total population?

If not, what are the differences in rights?
Some AI that are not completely sentient (technology on par with things like chatbots and the like) have no rights.

Yes.
If not, what are the differences in rights?
As said above.

Is the grading scale the same throughout your nation? Yes
If so, what is the grading scale in schools throughout your nation? For primary school (Unejskóljen), there is only one test taken at the end of Year 8 (Jeren Ojte), the Exit Test (Újtekzam). It is split into multiple sections, the performance of a child is calculated from an average from all the sections and added up to get a grade. Total marks: 50
Grades:
A= 50/50
B= 40/50
C=30/50
D=20/50
E=10/50
NA (Némapliikáz)= 0/50: Student retakes the test

For secondary school, there is the NSSE (Natjóunel Stúj Skóljen Ekzsam). Each student keeps their subjects from Year 8. The only changes are that a student has to choose a Science in J4, ether Biology, Physics or Chemistry. Stats can be dropped in J2. All mandatory subjects follow the same grades (Eskaai, English, Maths, B/C/P, Social Studies (Combined into one at this point; from History, RS and Geography), PSHE and First-aid) Total for individual obligatory exams are the same: 200):
A+*= 150-200
A+= 100-149
A*= 80-99
B= 60-79
C= 40-59
D= 30-49
E= 20-39
NAT= 19 and under (Némiin Aplikáze voré Tszkejrojné/Not Applicable for Grading)

The chosen courses are based on marks for Coursework (Iozsniike), previous grades in tests and Practical Work (Óhnaszéstoúte'en). Each of the marks are added together to get the final grade, with a total of 1000. The only disadvantage is that these 3 factors are graded by the teacher of the individual NSSE course, so favoritism may be used.
To get the final NSSE grade, the scores from all of the NSSE courses (Optional and mandatory) are added together. In this case, there is no total which means that the higher score a student gets equals a better university. However, the individual scores are also important as employers will see them, so if a student didn't get the required grade then that means that the job may be unattainable.

If not, then what are the different grading scales used in your nation?

What clock does YN use by default?
A. 12 hour clock
B. 24 hour clock
C. Both
D. Other (Please specify)
One "day" on the moon is 29.5 days on Earth. Every moon day is made up of twelve EM (Earth Months), 30 ED (Earth Days), 24 EH (Earth Hours), and 60 EM (Earth Minutes).

How does your nation tell time? Meaning, how do they denote a certain hour and a certain minute? Like 9:37 pm for example, if your nation even tells time in terms of seconds, minutes and hours.

Time is usually told in research stations and ships held by the IROLB and UN in general in Standard Galactic Time, which is Earth Mean Time spread out into months, days, hours, and minutes, and it is told by setting EMs before EDs, EDs before EHs, and EHs before EMins. Because one day on the moon is 29.5 Earth Days, the time is divided into 1 EM, 30 EDs, 24 EHs, and 60 EMins. For example, if it was 9:37 pm on February 14 on Earth, the time on the Moon would be 1:14:21.37 in one day.

ONG, never though that in order to build a nation, people must take such many things into account. I've read couple of thread and I was impressed how people take this seriously. On the other hand, his may influence their real lives. It's a motivation to move forward and to build 'perfect' nation. I wish modern politicians DO pay such attention to these issues as you guys. This definitely expended my life views.

Is the majority population indigenous to your nation? somewhat

Are they proud of their heritage? very much so, there is a special awareness week as well as a cultural festival dedicated to different tribal cultures

Has there been a history of their oppression or removal from their land? British colonisation has had a long history of oppression between the Aboriginal folk, mainly slavery, land occupation, and removal of their homes and children (often called 'stolen generations')

Have they ever conquered or colonized other nation's indigenous populations? No

Overall, how much does your people's indigenous heritage affect them, politics, and the nation in general?[/spoiler] The affects of oppression is still felt by many Indigenous folks today, though there have been government attempts to reconcile with them and acknowledge the oppression they face
all birds are friends
