Animal Abuse In YN

Postby -Nationalist America- » Sat Jun 02, 2018 4:39 pm

Animal Abuse is a big issue in the world every hour at least one animal is abuse. Luckily there are laws that protect animals from human violence but what about your nation? Is Animal Abuse illegal in your nation or legal, What is the punishment for the abuser?, Does your nation have any organizations that protect animals from abuse?

Here in Nationalist America animal abuse is iilegal if the owner of the pet is abusing their animal they get a 20 year jail time and a 600$ Fine. The animal being abused would be given a new home under the super vision of PETA which is a organization that wishes to end all animal abuse.

Animals don't have "rights." Though we do raise cage free and free range animals for better breeding and taste in agriculture there's no laws protecting animals because animals are considered subservient of their owners.

Animal Abuse in the Empire is a serious crime the owner of the pet will have to pay a 200$ and will not be able to adopt another pet.

The animal will be taking to a adoption center and be given to another family.

We do have a organization that protects both wild life and domestic animals this organization is called 'Korean Animal Safety and Health Program (KAHP) which was founded by the Korean Senate in 1985 so far KAHP has protected over sixteen endangered species and over one million pets that have been abused.

Crimes against animals have the same punishments as equivalent crimes against humans. Yes, that means killing an animal could get you charged with murder.

The law really depends on which state, but most states prohibit causing deliberate and prolonged suffering to animals (particularly pets).

This isn't always the case though - other states (especially the north) have no such laws and have traditions that involve brutally hunting and bleeding certain animals to death.

Animal abuse is illegal in Hatterleigh. You cannot needlessly severely harm an animal. To do so results in prison time. Here in Hatterleigh, there are regulations to ensure proper animal treatment in Hatterleigh's farms and ranches. In fact, in many area's in Hatterleigh, the open range was never abolished. Areas in the two plain areas of Hatterleigh are full of cattle drives rushing through the fields, but that's a topic for another time.

Despite being integral to the Agricultural sector, animals have many rights, with laws against abuse, confinement and unnecessary hunting. A particularly important part of the Ressian Revolution was the Liberation of the Animals, where millions of animals were liberated from breeding farms, warehouses, and zoos, sparking major public interest in animals and their rights.

Animals facing extinction or endangerment to their species are taken into care, and live in relative captivity until a better home can be found for them. Zoos in their current state IRL don't really exist in Resja, with National Parks in our forested and mountain areas. These are open to state-sanctioned tours, and are very controlled and orderly.

Crimes for animal abuse of any kind are usually rehabilitation or public humiliation (such as wearing signs on their body outlining their crime, proving to be very effective in the mental side of the criminal's future actions), sometimes labour camps or just restriction from access to the victim animal.

Our nation defines animal abuse as "Causing an animal to feel, by action or inaction, undue pain, suffering, or distress." Killing animals for food or conducting necessary experimentation is not animal abuse. Animal abuse carries a sentence of community service and/or up to 3 months in a rehabilitation center.

Our nation defines animal cruelty as "Intentionally causing an animal to feel, by action or inaction, undue pain, suffering, or distress, when done so for pleasure, entertainment, or industry. Animal cruelty results in 6 months-2 years in a rehabilitation center.

EDIT:
Anyone convicted of animal abuse is barred from owning animals or working around them for 6-18 months, at the discretion of the judge. Anyone convicted of animal cruety has a similar ban, but for 1-10 years.

Animals don't have rights unless they are sapient, but torture of them is banned and in national parks they are legally protected. Sapient animals have the same rights as humans.

It is entirely legal to do anything to a biological that one wants.
Of course, like many legal things, there are some things to watch out for before actually going and doing them. These include:

- Make sure it isn't somebody's pet. Decepticons often choose "wild" animals as pets, so it isn't immediately obvious which ones fall into this status. Those stationed on Earth prefer elephants, whales, and other large creatures as companions, but sometimes, smaller ones are chosen, too. Be on the lookout for signs of domestication, training, or some kinds of care - and don't touch any creatures that show them - or else somebody may come flying over the hill at you with his blasters blazing.

- Be sure it isn't actually a Domestic Intelligence agent.
Keeping watch over a big, wild planet like Decepticon Earth requires a lot of agents. However, it doesn't make financial sense to field them in normal-sized Decepticon bodies, especially since most of the planet is now inhabited solely by wildlife. The wildness is also hard for a full-sized Decepticon body to navigate. The solution? Many DomIntel agents use tiny (in our view) animal-looking bodies. These blend in perfectly, are cheap to run, and easily handle the terrain. If you try to abuse one of them, you won't be prosecuted (since you didn't know it was an agent) - but you WILL get a face full of blaster fire or worse. Even mouse-form agents are armed well enough to make you let go in a hurry.

- You will be seen as glitched for bothering to torture mere low-sapience animals. This can have several consequences, some of which are negative. You may be dragged into Debugging for patching, or people may shy away from letting you into their gangs out of concern that you'll be unstrategically weird. However, you may also be recruited as a Foreign Intelligence black ops specialist, and sicced on biologicals of a more challenging nature! This is actually a pretty good gig for this type of a person. Any or all of these things may happen to you, depending on how useful you seem to ForIntel.

- Humans are animals. While they are never considered pets, bothering wild humans for reasons other than pest control or slave-capturing will get you seen as glitched. Pest-control operations should be done efficiently, and you'll be fired if you "lollygag around" torturing them as other ones in their group get away.

- Slaves are valuable assets of a company. Don't bother slaves unless you're their owner or overseer. Otherwise, the company's Asset Protection Force will quickly come and blast you.

Because Zhouranese culture believes that the environment and the animals must be respected and cherished, animal abuse is extremely frowned-upon and that an individual who engages in animal abuse is considered a "tormented soul". While animals do not have legal rights since they are non-sentient, culturally they are given the same amount of rights as a human and the environment.

If someone is caught abusing an animal that is 60+ years in jail or a 200,000$ fine. We do not tolerate any animal abuse under any circumstance. Once the animal abuser has been arrested, the government takes the pet to a new owner under the protection of ECAAA, or Evaropian Citizens Against Animal Abuse, where they cannot be harmed.

Animal abuse is punished by way of being sent to the gladiator arena for an amount of time depending on the severity of the abuse. If it is severe enough, they are sent to the Hunger Games Island where we record 100 criminals fighting to the death. The winner is let go. This is how we solve all crimes except petty crimes. If you hurt a wolf, which we see as gods, you will be killed publicly and your body mutilated. The only exception is if it is a terribly ill wolf ,and you work at a vet, and you have to put it down. Wolves are seen as gods in our nation, not animals.

In The Black Party, animal abuse isn't a crime. It is recognized, however, and works as a public shaming tool. The National Police is known for enforcing more then what the laws state, though what many know as "street justice", and it would be unfortunate for one to be proved an "animal abuser" on the streets of Neu-Berlin.

Abuse of creatures is not a common law crime. Man is considered to have dominion over all of Earth, as per Genesis 1:26. However, it is still the custom for agriculture to be done fairly humanely, with animals not intensively reared. Chicken, for example, is not a common food in Great Nortend, as they are kept for eggs rather than meat, and thus are left to run freely around the farmyard. There are laws mandating certain methods of slaughter of animals for sale as meat, including that the blood must be drained out of the carcase. There is a large body, however, of statute law that forbids various specific kinds of maltreatment. These include wantonly and viciously beating any horse, mule, donkey, ass, ox, sheep, cow, heifer, steer, mare, gelding or other cattle, neglecting the provision of nourishment or water to any such kept captive, and cruelly, wilfully and maliciously kill, maim, wound or disfigure any such creature. These laws are enforced by the constabulary.

The Government has always held the view that torturing or killing animals should be punished the same way as human murder. If you kill any domestic animal, you could face up to 22 years. You may recieve the death penalty.

In the Frozen Forest, Animal Abuse is considered a horrid crime. It will, under any and every circumstance be a felony. The Frozen Forestrian Law defines Animal Abuse as follows; "The single or concurrent event or events where a domesticated and or wild animal is harmed with the intention of causing it to suffer, by by which it suffers due to negligence or lack of care or resources. Hunting should be done with a clean kill, or the immediate dispatching of an injured animal if safely possible." Hunting is widespread across the country, but causing additional suffering is taboo culturally.

Regarding the abuse of animals in hunting or not by foreigners, tourists or temporary migrants, the laws stand. It is one of the most important facts that anyone entering the country must be aware of.

Animals don't have rights - people have the Gods-given right to exploit animals in any way that they wish. Aside from the obvious culinary uses for animals, we also use them extensively as labour, as sport and as collectibles. We employ a variety of animals to work in farms and industry, as well as pulling vehicles and as mounts for riders. Animal fighting and racing are both popular in the Etulian provincial arenas, and attract huge sums of money in gambling and entry fees directly to the royal coffers every week. The wealthiest citizens (the nobility and certain merchants, generals, lawmakers, philosophers, poets, gladiators, sportsmen, etc) often maintain private collections of rare and exotic animals in order to showcase their vast wealth.
