"Good evening, Sons of Asia. I'm Cherry Torres and tonight we have breaking news from the Capital. After much deliberation on the Congress of Soviets, dissatisfied students, citizens, and even tourists have taken up picket signs rallying against the unanimous decision to support and even commed the actions of the much-controversial, some may even say, 'rouge', State of Lakarta. Senior correspondent Ming Yanovna enlightens us on the issue.

Thank you, Cherry. I'm standing here in the executive press room, where the cries for peace and justice echo through the halls of government. The protests began earlier tonight after the Federal News Agency released the statement-order of PASAF mobilisation and armament, a mob slowly began to encircle the walls of Malacañang Palace. These marches, led by student-leaders from all over the National Capital Region, from Bagong Katagalugan University to the University of East Asia and the Pacific have amassed into a cesspool of public anger and dissatisfaction. Many are here to fight for radical ideals for World Peace, whilst some participate for the sheer unwanting of a potential war with both Federal Germany and the Russian Republic.

The masses have proclaimed to remain as they are until complete withdrawal begins. The People's Gendarmerie have put in little to no effort to contain the peaceful protests, with some policemen even vying to join the vigil. Until the Palace releases a formal response to the actions occurring right outside their doorstep, the state of peace for the world at large remains uncertain."
