LGB individuals have never been discriminated against in the histories of any Allyrian Kingdom for the reason that Karthspiri Christianity recognises love as between two souls with the soul not having any specific gender attached to it; a belief derived from us being created in the eyes of God but God lacking human personification.
This contributes to its cultural acceptance however, in terms of its legal acceptance the National Front, Allyria's current ruling party, cited the following idea "it is the duty of the nation to take care of its people. This duty does not take into consideration one's orientation; regardless of which they remain our people and thus will be treated as such."
In Allyria, same-sex couples are granted the same rights and responsibilities under the constitution (adoption, marriage, conscription and such) however, there is a clause in the constitution, in relation to religious freedom, that one should be allowed to refuse to perform a service if they feel it infringes upon their religious beliefs and this could potentially be used by one not wishing to perform or provide a service to a same-sex marriage.
LGB individuals aren't granted any specific protections outside of those specified in the constitution (there are no anti-hate speech laws however, you cannot refuse to hire someone due to a factor which doesn't inhibit their ability to work and is beyond their control).
Transgender individuals do receive some protections however, hormone therapy and gender reassignment surgery are not available on the nation's royal health service. All 'genders' and 'identities' after the T in the acronym aren't recognised by the government.

Klorgia has allowed freedom for sexuality for almost all of its history. The Revernas, a revolutionary regime that took control of the western half of the nation and a few blots before Klorgias modern creation, did discriminate during the last 20 years of its rule, and murdered hundreds before falling to what would eventually become the Klorgian government.

There are no such rights. Furthermore, it is an illegal capital crime for two men to commit indecent acts with each other.

Crylante has never had laws expressly forbidding same-sex relationships due to the rather laidback attitude of its dominant religion, Truathi. However, marriage was between a man and a woman until the 1980's, when the Third Amendment was passed, affirming legal equality between people regardless of sexual orientation and legalising same-sex marriage, due to a shift in attitudes about the role of family in society.

No such "LGBT rights" exist in Zarghestan. As a culturally enriched state, the act of two people of the same sex engaging in intercourse is explicitly forbidden in the constitution and punishable by death.

Historical: Innitially, male homosexuality was seen as illegal and punishable by burning at the stake. This would be 1500 CE, when this was kind of the norm. We changed that during the second Kingdom's timeline after the Imperial Diet was formed. One of the first acts was to decreminalize homosexuality, which passed in 1854. Since then, homosexuality both male and female was tolerated.
During the reign of King Bernard II, the Lesbian and Gay people were given equal rights regarding everything but marriage, and in the early period of King Herman's reign Bisexuality was also given equal rights.

Currently: During King-Emperor Johann's reign, the LGBT have full equal rights, in both marriage, adoption, sex-change, gender-recognition, and sex education.

LGBT people have never been discriminated against in Coco and Castello, largely due to the fact that the founder and first Prime Minister Cisco Castello (me) is big gay. To this effect, complete and total equality for homosexual, bisexual and transgender people is specifically outlined in the Declaration of Unity (constitution) and homophobic and transphobic hate crimes are punished somewhat more severely than in most other nations. There are very few arrests, however, and what little arrests are made are almost exclusively foreign-born, due to the comprehensive education on the subject leading to positive attitudes amongst the populace.

God condemns same-gender relationships. As such, LGB relationships are illegal and punishable by death. Gender-changing surgeries are legal though, and transgender individuals are regarded as a member of the gender they currently are.

Unlike many nations that fight homosexuality, TurtleShroom does not ignore the sexual misdeeds of heterosexual humans. As with straight couples, sodomy is illegal for all LGBT humans in TurtleShroom. The acts of sodomy, buggery, fornication, infidelity or adultery, certain fetishes (especially sadomasochism) and so on are all illegal in the country. Open LGBT individuals- if they hold a government position of any kind -are disqualified from office (as are, again, any fornicators or adulterers).

TurtleShroomian law does not prohibit LGBT humans from "coming out" or speaking of their sexual preference. It does prohibit the promotion and advertising of homosexuality in the presence of minors (this is under "corruption of a minor" charges), however.

Theologically, Christians in TurtleShroom holds that being attracted to members of the same sex is not a sin. That is because it is involuntary. What they argue is that acting on it (sodomy, buggery, etc.) is a sin and it is where the state can intervene.

While homosexuality was outlawed under the previous government (the topic of gender identity was also seen as non-existent), the current government (and new country) is quite progressive on LGBT rights, comparatively. Homosexual acts (etc) are legal for both men and women, having recently passed through legislature (May 2018), however public opinion has made it firmly clear that same-sex marriage is not coming any time soon.

The topic of gender identity is a new one for many Korastans, and being a largely catholic and orthodox country, change is slow. While certain elements of the government are keen to introduce laws pertaining to the legalisation of sex reassignment procedures and hormone therapy, others are vehemently opposed.

Tldr; If you're LGBT and come to Korasta, don't expect to be stoned, but don't expect to be received with open arms either.

It's not really a big deal in Radiatia as there's never been a great history of discrimination primarily due to the absence of religion.

Gay people have always been allowed to get married, so there's never been a big movement and most Radiatians are incredulous at the fact it's seen as a big deal in foreign countries.

Though homosexuality was never illegal, certain sexual acts and positions were banned (regardless of consent) under decency laws spanning the period of roughly 1845-1960.

In 1959, the Constitutional Court struck down swaths of decency laws after a legislative battle and legal question between the Conservative National Director Carlos Santiago and a Liberal-majority National Assembly. The National Assembly argued the state had no place in the bedroom following the suicide of popular music icon Javier "Javi" Delarosa after his buggery conviction and ensuing chemical castration.

Same-sex marriage has been recognized since 1968, when the Constitutional Court ruled that though marriage, defined as a union between two persons, may have originally been intended to cover heterosexual couples, the recent Bill Of Rights Constitutional Amendment forbade discrimination on the grounds of gender or sexual identity. By this amendment, the old interpretation of "two persons" violated the Constitution.

Today, LGBT persons and couples enjoy the same legal rights as heterosexual cisgendered persons.
