While there are no laws within the ASR that target LGBT groups specifically, non-reproductive sexual activities re outlawed, being deemed decadent and counterrevolutionary.

Homosexual activity was legalized with the glorious first revolution of 1919, then revoked by the counterrevolutionary coup of 1971. Following the glorious second revolution, where New Freedom was guaranteed by law and the will of the people, homosexual activity was once again legalized. By popular opinion, the protections of same-sex couples were extended in 1981 to apply federally, revoking counterrevolutionary traditionalism in the Regions of #8, #9 and #14. As marriage as an institution is non-existent, this particular issue has never emerged.

In terms of gender identity, having such an such identity has been somewhat suppressed by the revolutionary state, as it is an indication of individualism. In practice, however, the revolutionary government was forced in most regions to recognize that particular groups still cling to gendered identifications, and this tendency was not as brutally suppressed as that of continued adherence to nationality, religion or ethnicity. Most regions before the civil war still publically recorded the gender of its comrade-citizens, even if the most adherent to Nefreedian Socialism shed themselves of such archaic constructs.

Gender rolls and what constitutes as homosexuality is not the same in Scanderan culture as everywhere else and homosexuality is generally seen as people that stands out from expected gender roles, for instance a man that is good at math and is involved with several women would be rightfully be called out as a faggot by a pair of lads in a chaste but loving same sex relationship. Similarly would a woman that is not sexually driven, bad at keeping track of money, and cannot keep a flower garden alive would also be considered quite homosexual irregardless of her preference about sexual partners. While a bit stigmatised is it perfectly legal and far from the worst way of draw societal wrath.

LGBT+ rights have been recognized and protected in Toraia for a long time.

The LGBT+ antidiscrimination legislation of Toraia currently protects the following orientations and gender identities:
+Gay/Lesbian
+Bisexual
+Pansexual
+Asexual
+Male-to-female transgender
+Female-to-male transgender
+Agender
+Bigender
+Genderfluid

There is a vague clause in the law that alludes to protecting other LGBT+ identities that have yet to reach widespread public attention. We know that the community is constantly evolving, and the legislation was written to reflect that.
The legislation also protects intersex individuals.

The statements of the nation of Kenayre succinctly sum up The Onigiri Enclave's views on LGBT rights (and the rights of all sentient/sapient life as well).

LGBT equality has been a standard part of The Onigiri Enclave since the nation was founded approximately 1353 years ago in 666 AD. All forms and categorization of gender identity are respected and treated equally in our nation.

As such, the punishment for discrimination and/or committing a hate crime to someone within the LGBT spectrum is to be crucified in a public square, have your ribs splayed open by a rib spreader, dingoes allowed to feast on your organs (with great haste & care in doing so to ensure they begin eating you while you're still alive [and hopefully conscious too]), your body then subsequently stuffed & mounted in a Hall of Shame in the capital of Wasabi Mysterium for all time, and your parents/spouse/next of kin fined 500 Turds, as hate crimes are one of the few things not covered by our nation's "Do-Over Exception" clause, as well as the fact we possess no laws limiting punishment on the grounds of cruelty or how unusual it is.
The Onigiri Enclave is a highly progressive scientific largely secularist nation welcoming to all (as so long as you aren't a bee or a jaywalker).

Homosexuality- and all of the others in the ‘LGBT’ grouping - is completely illegal in Sipura. Homosexuality is illegal under Islamic Sharia law, and punishable by flogging. De facto, there are no protections for LGBT citizens, and the government encourages the killing of people suspected of homosexuality by their families. Since early 2015, a violent crackdown on the LGBT community led to the abduction and detention of gay and bisexual men, who were beaten and tortured.

The People's Republic is considered heteronormative; LGBT+ activity is regarded as another form of bourgeois decadence antithetical to the ethos of the People's Republic.

In Finland, LGBT+ people are as human as anyone else. The new government plans on giving the LGBT+ people fully equal rights.
Finnish Daily News: 2 refugee men from Iraq arrested in the city of Oulu. They are suspected of raping a 14-year-old girl. The nationalist United People has demanded the government to make it easier to deport refugees who commit serious crimes. Out of the governing parties, the Social Democrats and the Republicans have showed their support for this proposition, while the socialist FPDL opposes it.

"LGB" rights are accepted and protected by the government, however, same-sex marriages are officially known as "Domestic Unions". Transgenderism is heavily discouraged in society but it is relatively okay to practice. Doctors are not permitted to perform sex change operations on anyone who is not born with a severe sexual abnormality, similar to the rules surrounding transspecies operations and negroplasty.

Being LGBT is accepted in Arailand, but at the same time there are no laws protecting LGBT people (You are allowed to be LGBT, but there's nothing that can be done if you are kicked out of a place that doesn't allow LGBT people in it). While homosexuality is accepted, Transsexuality is seen as irregular but is accepted nonetheless.

LGBT Rights

Members of the LGBT community have all rights afforded to citizens of the Commonwealth, non-citizen residents and foreigners. The LGBT community is a respected part of Kyrian society, and so they’re treated equally by the federal government, prefectorial administrations and the general citizenry.

Members of the LGBT community have the right to: marry, adopt a minor, be treated equally under the law, own domestic animals and household pets, own property and private capital, and so on. There are no special rights, privileges nor penalties afforded to members of the LGBT community.

Despite general acceptance of the LGBT community, portions of Kyrian society remains opposed to and discriminative towards the LGBT community and persons of these orientations. A number of churches and other religious organisations refuse to wed members of the LGBT community, and discriminating behaviour is not unheard of. The public education system is currently attempting to halt this behaviour in children and young persons.

Hello, I am an independent researcher, and I study an array of topics. This forum upon discovery had caught my interest and a lot of questions have come to mind. Now I will do my best not to take a position, for my purpose is to retrieve information from all sides of the common debate. Now I may throw in a counterpoint to enquire on, but this purely to get a full scope of things.

Alright, here is my first question. Although homosexuality no longer criminalised in the United States and in other western countries, the majority of the community say that there is still wide-spread oppression still existing today. If you are apart of the LGBT community or supporter, what specific instances to you indicate commonplace oppression?

LGBT rights are non-existent for Muslims and other people whose religion forbids this. For others whose religion does allow some or all of lgbt-ism, rights are given depending on what their religion permits. For irreligious it's a free for-all.

LGBT rights have existed since the trend started in the 1680s, and same-sex marriages have been legal since 1690. There are strong laws for the respect of LGBTs. And they are allowed to hold high government positions, too. Since the early 1700s, the LGBT community in Bluelight has been widely accepted here and incorporated into modern society without the need to protest rights, as people already respect them.

Orphanages may choose not to let LGBT couples adopt, and any marriage celebrant may refuse a same-sex wedding if they wish.

Homosexuality has never been criminalized in Antullia's entire history (barring the Theocracy of 1329-1335 when all sex not for the purpose of reproduction was banned). While at times attitudes have wavered a bit, there has never been any widespread effort to solely destroy the practice of two people of the same sex having sexual relations. Any sort of discrimination based on sexual orientation is banned, and prejudiced statements and actions considered hate speech or hate crimes. Prejudices are rarely seen outside of newer immigrant communities. Generally, such relations are normalized to the extent that the issue is no longer political.

The legal recognition of same-sex couples has been more tenuous. Historically, while such bonds were socially permitted, no legal recognition was applied, with men and women in them considered unmarried. Official legal adoption by the couple as a unit, rather than by one of the individuals, was not permitted, and generally only done by nobles in such relationships. Starting in the Eighteenth Century, however, this system began to be challenged as an expansion of legalism and state power led to the legal recognition of marriages gaining greater importance. In 1722, same-sex couples were allowed to adopt children of their gender; this was amended three years later to allow adoptions of children of the opposite gender if they had a relative of that gender willing to provide "advice and aid". This requirement endured until the Marriage Reform of 1756.

The Marriage Reform of 1756 occurred as part of a decade-long standardization of inheritance and property laws. While it was briefly proposed to establish complete marriage equality, this idea was dismissed out of hand by a sexist society that did not want to give wives equal marriage rights to their husbands. Therefore, the law dictated that same-sex marriages were required to designate one partner as the "husband" and one as the "wife", with the "husband" gaining the traditional rights over the couple's property. Despite protests and movements for social reform, this provision was not modified until marriage was abolished by the Revolutionary Republic in 1903. The creation of Civil Unions in 1921, amended to be called Civil Marriages in 1939, created the egalitarian unions between any two adult individuals regardless of sex.

The rights for transgender individuals have unfortunately not been as secured. In the pre-revolution period, the relative acceptance varied over the centuries, ranging from times when "third genders" were widely respected to eras when violence was the norm (usually depending on which theological faction was dominant at that time). After the Revolution, Anti-Gender Ideology became dominant, and prejudice against trans people increased. Ultimately, the Program for the Abolition of Gender outlawed being transgender in 1918. This remained the case, despite the PAG ending in 1934, until the Ministry of Health classified "Gender Identity Disorder" as a mental illness in 1943.

Over the next several decades, while general respect for challenging gender norms and non-binary gender expression grew significantly, but people wanting to entirely transition to the other gender remained victims of being treated as if they had a severe mental illness. During the 1960s, a movement began to end this practice, and by 1969 the Ministry of Health reclassified "Gender Identity Disorder" as less severe, allowing adult transmen and transwomen to legally physically transition and live openly. While trans people faced much discrimination over the next three decades, a strong civil rights movement arose to fight for their rights.

In 1994, the Ministry of Health ended its diagnosis of "Gender Identity Disorder", and the next year began allowing the Antullian Healthcare system to cover all costs of physical transition. In 2006, the government passed the Gender Identity Protection Act, which expanded non-discrimination, hate speech, and hate crime legislation to protect trans individuals as well. In 2008, they passed a bill to compensate individuals who were victims of the discriminatory pre-1969 policies. Unfortunately, transphobia is more widespread in Antullia than homophobia despite these policies, though luckily it seems to be fading with the younger generation. While no significant political force wants to repeal the GIPA, debate continues around the edges of policy.

Identical to the rights of heterosexual people. Things like pedophilia and the like are still crimes, of course.
Donald J. Trump was an exceptionally good POTUS, and I do not care if this opinion hurts your feelings.

In my experience, ultra-realists in RP tend to be the sort of people who see an RP as a contest to be won, rather than a story to be told, but because they lack honestly any story-writing ability, they seek to lawyer their way to a victory by drowning everybody in statistics and demanding everything run strictly by a laundry list of statistics and figures they dig out of obscure field manuals and tech magazines.

LGBT people in most cases are treated pretty well. Noone gets executed, jailed or whipped for being gay, and the government and important services cannot discriminate (although most private businesses can if they want to.) However, most don't as it loses them customers and money, and many are more likely to hire gay people then less.

Lindale has two main unofficial views that society holds, that you are free but generally how you act may differ in the public sphere than at home. You can do what you want at home, but you must meet the essential requirements of orderly behaviour dictated by much of society. Although the views on the Two Live philosophy are contradictory, there is a consensus that without this common ideal, cohesion would arise once an inevitable outside force attempts to dominate the present culture. So, LGBT or other factors such as ethnicity regardless are seen with this attitude. Everyone is accepting of each other as long as they respect each other, treating each other properly.
While there is no opposition to LGBT people and their right by the public, the government also provides equality to the extent to maintain this balance and now laws have ever been passes criminalising homosexuality. So, policies that are available to the general public still apply, with only exceptions under certain circumstances. For example, the practice of adoption or fostering of children and official recognition of relationships are legal but are given a different approach so to speak.
On the matter of child adoption, the case might not be rejected on the base of being a same-sex couple, but assistance by programs within child welfare services is encouraged. Social services offer semi-optional educational programs for all inexperienced parents including traditional couples, on the best way to help children when adopting them. This has been effective in affirming to same-sex couples that have the support they need.
Now same-sex relationships are legal, but the official marriage is not recognised. Same-sex couples who decide to marry instead are permitted civil partnerships, which offer the same legal benefits as married couples.
For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23
