Sir,

Thank you for your expedient response. I have relayed both requests directly towards the Emperor of the Sorbs and his various administrative and bureaucratic staff who will come to a decision and will directly inform you through a message relayed by this embassy and myself.

I would hope these expansions of relations and ties between your Kingdom and Her Royal Majesty and our Empire are successful, and would expect nothing less than full-acceptance upon which time a decision is made. I also look forward to working with my reciprocal diplomatic counterpart to-be, the likely Rt. Honourable Ambassador Stefanie Kastner.

Please inform me if I may be of further assistance. I will be in full-capability to assume the full suite of my ambassadorial diplomatic duties by time of tomorrow evening and will then begin my work and tasks in full capacity therein. I will also be available for direct meetings and in-person correspondence beyond that time and am willing to do so for any request.

Salutations. By way of Ambassador of the Emperor of the Sorbs to the Kingdom of Mizialand Karolina Haar we have been informed of two requests made by members of the government of Mizialand.
After some review and consideration, both have been accepted in-full.
To wit,

The Emperor of the Sorbs has accepted the appointment of Stefanie Kastner to the position of Ambassador to himself and his Empire on behalf of the Queen and Kingdom of Mizialand.
Potential sites for the location of the embassy are currently being considered, including potential positions both within and immediately without of the outer historical Bastion Fortifications of the Imperial Estate of the Empire of the Sorbs.

Further, by his personal decree, Bronza, Emperor of the Sorbs has accepted the invitation for an imperial and house visit, himself additionally being the head of the house, to the Kingdom of Mizialand.
Several members of the House Haar have elected to join the Emperor in the visit, however due to several preoccupations and the large size of the current living members, the House Haar will be able only to attend in small part.
The date of arrival is to be scheduled in the intervening time. It is likely to be scheduled to occur within the near-coming weeks depending on availability.
Direct conversing of the scheduling may be done remotely by way of a secretary of His Imperial Majesty with an individual of similar duty from Mizialand in order to more properly select a date to schedule that is most acceptable to both parties.

May Mizialand and her Queen prosper.

Her Majesty's Government is also elated to note that the invitation sent by Her Majesty has been accepted. We look forward to a mutual date(s) during which this proposed visit may be planned. Her Majesty's Government is keen to keep the visit during the first few weeks of April in order for it to coincide with the 107th Celebrations of the establishment of the Kingdom of Mizialand. Further details as required may be planned in the intervening time.

PROCEDURES FOR PRESENTING OF CREDENTIALS BY AN AMBASSADOR IN HELEVENTIA

1. Ambassadors Taking up Appointment in Mizialand

A new Ambassador will be met on arrival in Heleventia by a Protocol Officer, provided that the date and hour of arrival have been notified to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in advance and that the Ambassador arrives by air, sea or train within the period from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.. If the Ambassador is travelling by road, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will facilitate Ambassador’s entry into Mizialand by informing the frontier authorities of his/her arrival, provided that the date and hour of his/her passage of the frontier have been notified to the Ministry well in advance. From Heleventia, a helicopter will be arranged to take the Ambassador to HRH Queen Sophie VIncent's Royal Palace in Euskania where the letter of credence will be presented. After the ceremony the Ambassador will be taken back to the Embassy in Heleventia

2. Calls at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

On the Ambassador’s arrival in Heleventia the State Protocol Department will arrange a call at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as soon as possible to present a copy of the above Letter of Credence and also, if necessary, a copy of the predecessors Letter of Recall to the Chief of Protocol. The Chief of Protocol introduces to the Ambassador the ceremony of the presentation of Credentials to HRH Queen Sophie Vincent.

3. Presentation of Credentials

The following ceremony is prescribed for the presentation of Credentials to HRH Queen Sophie Vincent.

3.1. At the appointed date and hour, the Protocol Officer calls on the Ambassador at the Embassy or at the Ambassador’s residence. A non-residing Ambassador is sent for at his/her hotel. The Ambassador is transported in a limousine , bearing the flag of the Ambassador’s country, to Heleventia Airport and then by a helicopter to the grounds of the Queen's Palace in Euskania. After exiting from the helicopter, the Ambassador will enter in another limousine.

3.2. The Ambassador may be accompanied by spouse and one member of the Embassy’s diplomatic staff.

3.3. A Guard of Honour accompanied by the military orchestra waits in the courtyard of the Queen's Palace . The limousine stops in front of the
Office of the Queen and the Ambassador, greeted by the Chief of Protocol, proceeds directly onto the carpet.

3.4. The Commander of the Guard of Honour reports to the Ambassador. The Ambassador nods his/her head in response. The military orchestra plays the National Anthem of the country represented by the Ambassador and that of the Kingdom of Mizialand.

3.5. The Ambassador, accompanied on his/her right by the Chief of Protocol and followed by the Commander of the Guard of Honour, proceeds to inspect the Guard of Honour. The Ambassador makes a short stop in front of the flag and bows to the flag. After the inspection, the Commander salutes the Ambassador, the Ambassador nods his/her head in response. The Ambassador proceeds towards the Office of the Queen and followed by the accompanying delegation enters the Office of the Queen.

3.6 The Ambassador and the delegation are received by the Aide-de-Camp to HRH Sophie Vincent introduced by the Chief of Protocol. The delegation is lead from the vestibule up the steps to the foyer. The Ambassador and the delegation are introduced to the officials of the Office of the Queen and asked to enter the Ambassadors Hall.

3.7. The Ambassador faces the entrance of the Queen’s Office. The accompanying diplomat and/or spouse are standing behind the Ambassador athis/her left.

3.8 HRH Sophie Vincent together with a high-ranking official from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs enters the Ambassador’s Hall from the Queen’s Office.

3.9 The Chief of Protocol introduces the Ambassador to HRH Sophie Vincent by saying in French, Dutch and German : “Your Royal Highness, Sole Ruler of the Kingdom of Mizialand, Your Royal Majesty, I have the honour to present to you the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to be accredited from Soracana Islands, Ambassador H.E. Sudagundi Pratasani”.

3.10. After the introduction, the Chief of Protocol will signal the Ambassador requesting him/her to introduce himself/herself to the Queen saying: „Your Royal Highness, I have the honour to present to you ……{mentioning the Letter of Credence} appointing me as Ambassador
Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the … to the Kingdom of Mizialand, {and in case if there is one - the letter of recall of Ambassador’s predecessor}. Let me also express {regards/greetings of the Head of State of Ambassador, f. ex. „the
warmest greetings and sincere regards of my president“}.“

3.11 The Ambassador walks up to the Queen and hands over the his/her Letter of Credence and in the relevant case also the Letter of Recall of the predecessor.

3.12 Official photos of the Ambassador and the Queen are taken.

3.13 The Ambassador introduces his/her spouse and accompanying diplomat(s) to the Queen.

3.14. The Queen invites the Ambassador and entourage into his office for an audience.

3.15. After the audience the Ambassador and his/her entourage enter the Ambassadors Hall and the Ambassador signs the Queen’s Guestbook.

3.16. The Ambassador will be seated in the limousine waiting outside the Office of the Queen. The Ambassador will be accompanied
by the Chief of Protocol or Protocol Officer while the members of the Embassy enter the other car(s).

It is a pleasure to be writing to my fellow foreign minister today, I am doing so on behalf of His Majesty King Alfred II and
his Prime Minister, to notify you of our intentions of furthering relations by sending a diplomatic mission to your beautiful
country. We have appointed His Excellence Philip E. Kristensen to the role of Ambassador to represent us during this
mission. The Ambassador's wife and son will be accompanying him to Mizialand

Supporting Mr. Kristensen will be a total of 20 staff, 6 Diplomatic staff, 2 Service staff and 12 Security staff. All staff have
been security vetted, which involves a full criminal background check, I am satisfied that they will not pose underlying
harm to life nor property. We plan to hire service staff from the local labour force in Mizialand, I would like request a
contact person who can conduct security checks on candidates as per our policy, we would be obliged to pass on
details to the relevant authority should they be found to have an active warrant.

All security staff are employees of the Diplomatic Security and Defence Service, they are all firearms proficient and are
police officers. The total weapons inventory we will be bringing is; 12 N19 semi-automatic pistols, 5 Nissen C3
semi-automatic rifles, 12 collapsible batons, 12 Overgaard M6 tasers and 20 x Nissen Skralde flash grenades. Additionally,
we will be bringing 3 SUVs and 1 Light Armour sedan and 1 estate car.

You will find attached to this letter our completed embassy application and a letter of credence for Mr. Kristensen.

PROCEDURES FOR PRESENTING OF CREDENTIALS BY AN AMBASSADOR IN HELEVENTIA

1. Ambassadors Taking up Appointment in Mizialand

A new Ambassador will be met on arrival in Heleventia by a Protocol Officer, provided that the date and hour of arrival have been notified to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in advance and that the Ambassador arrives by air, sea or train within the period from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.. If the Ambassador is travelling by road, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will facilitate Ambassador’s entry into Mizialand by informing the frontier authorities of his/her arrival, provided that the date and hour of his/her passage of the frontier have been notified to the Ministry well in advance. From Heleventia, a helicopter will be arranged to take the Ambassador to HRH Queen Sophie VIncent's Royal Palace in Euskania where the letter of credence will be presented. After the ceremony the Ambassador will be taken back to the Embassy in Heleventia

2. Calls at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

On the Ambassador’s arrival in Heleventia the State Protocol Department will arrange a call at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as soon as possible to present a copy of the above Letter of Credence and also, if necessary, a copy of the predecessors Letter of Recall to the Chief of Protocol. The Chief of Protocol introduces to the Ambassador the ceremony of the presentation of Credentials to HRH Queen Sophie Vincent.

3. Presentation of Credentials

The following ceremony is prescribed for the presentation of Credentials to HRH Queen Sophie Vincent.

3.1. At the appointed date and hour, the Protocol Officer calls on the Ambassador at the Embassy or at the Ambassador’s residence. A non-residing Ambassador is sent for at his/her hotel. The Ambassador is transported in a limousine , bearing the flag of the Ambassador’s country, to Heleventia Airport and then by a helicopter to the grounds of the Queen's Palace in Euskania. After exiting from the helicopter, the Ambassador will enter in another limousine.

3.2. The Ambassador may be accompanied by spouse and one member of the Embassy’s diplomatic staff.

3.3. A Guard of Honour accompanied by the military orchestra waits in the courtyard of the Queen's Palace . The limousine stops in front of the
Office of the Queen and the Ambassador, greeted by the Chief of Protocol, proceeds directly onto the carpet.

3.4. The Commander of the Guard of Honour reports to the Ambassador. The Ambassador nods his/her head in response. The military orchestra plays the National Anthem of the country represented by the Ambassador and that of the Kingdom of Mizialand.

3.5. The Ambassador, accompanied on his/her right by the Chief of Protocol and followed by the Commander of the Guard of Honour, proceeds to inspect the Guard of Honour. The Ambassador makes a short stop in front of the flag and bows to the flag. After the inspection, the Commander salutes the Ambassador, the Ambassador nods his/her head in response. The Ambassador proceeds towards the Office of the Queen and followed by the accompanying delegation enters the Office of the Queen.

PROCEDURES FOR PRESENTING OF CREDENTIALS BY AN AMBASSADOR IN HELEVENTIA

1. Ambassadors Taking up Appointment in Mizialand

A new Ambassador will be met on arrival in Heleventia by a Protocol Officer, provided that the date and hour of arrival have been notified to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in advance and that the Ambassador arrives by air, sea or train within the period from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.. If the Ambassador is travelling by road, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will facilitate Ambassador’s entry into Mizialand by informing the frontier authorities of his/her arrival, provided that the date and hour of his/her passage of the frontier have been notified to the Ministry well in advance. From Heleventia, a helicopter will be arranged to take the Ambassador to HRH Queen Sophie VIncent's Royal Palace in Euskania where the letter of credence will be presented. After the ceremony the Ambassador will be taken back to the Embassy in Heleventia

2. Calls at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

On the Ambassador’s arrival in Heleventia the State Protocol Department will arrange a call at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as soon as possible to present a copy of the above Letter of Credence and also, if necessary, a copy of the predecessors Letter of Recall to the Chief of Protocol. The Chief of Protocol introduces to the Ambassador the ceremony of the presentation of Credentials to HRH Queen Sophie Vincent.

3. Presentation of Credentials

The following ceremony is prescribed for the presentation of Credentials to HRH Queen Sophie Vincent.

3.1. At the appointed date and hour, the Protocol Officer calls on the Ambassador at the Embassy or at the Ambassador’s residence. A non-residing Ambassador is sent for at his/her hotel. The Ambassador is transported in a limousine , bearing the flag of the Ambassador’s country, to Heleventia Airport and then by a helicopter to the grounds of the Queen's Palace in Euskania. After exiting from the helicopter, the Ambassador will enter in another limousine.

3.2. The Ambassador may be accompanied by spouse and one member of the Embassy’s diplomatic staff.

3.3. A Guard of Honour accompanied by the military orchestra waits in the courtyard of the Queen's Palace . The limousine stops in front of the
Office of the Queen and the Ambassador, greeted by the Chief of Protocol, proceeds directly onto the carpet.

3.4. The Commander of the Guard of Honour reports to the Ambassador. The Ambassador nods his/her head in response. The military orchestra plays the National Anthem of the country represented by the Ambassador and that of the Kingdom of Mizialand.

3.5. The Ambassador, accompanied on his/her right by the Chief of Protocol and followed by the Commander of the Guard of Honour, proceeds to inspect the Guard of Honour. The Ambassador makes a short stop in front of the flag and bows to the flag. After the inspection, the Commander salutes the Ambassador, the Ambassador nods his/her head in response. The Ambassador proceeds towards the Office of the Queen and followed by the accompanying delegation enters the Office of the Queen.

3.6 The Ambassador and the delegation are received by the Aide-de-Camp to HRH Sophie Vincent introduced by the Chief of Protocol. The delegation is lead from the vestibule up the steps to the foyer. The Ambassador and the delegation are introduced to the officials of the Office of the Queen and asked to enter the Ambassadors Hall.

3.7. The Ambassador faces the entrance of the Queen’s Office. The accompanying diplomat and/or spouse are standing behind the Ambassador athis/her left.

3.8 HRH Sophie Vincent together with a high-ranking official from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs enters the Ambassador’s Hall from the Queen’s Office.

3.12 Official photos of the Ambassador and the Queen are taken.

3.13 The Ambassador introduces his/her spouse and accompanying diplomat(s) to the Queen.

3.14. The Queen invites the Ambassador and entourage into his office for an audience.

3.15. After the audience the Ambassador and his/her entourage enter the Ambassadors Hall and the Ambassador signs the Queen’s Guestbook.

3.16. The Ambassador will be seated in the limousine waiting outside the Office of the Queen. The Ambassador will be accompanied
by the Chief of Protocol or Protocol Officer while the members of the Embassy enter the other car(s).
