How to get a visa, and how much does it cost? You must get an appointment at a Portuguese embassy and pay a non-refundable application fee (varies by nation). There are several supporting documents you need:

Other weapons are fine as long as they are not bigger then AK 47s and are openly declared. Heroin, meth, cocaine, and two other drugs are banned, but other drugs are fine if declared. Slavery is banned.

If you overstay your visa you will most likely be deported, if you overstay your visa under 30 days, you won't be barred of entering any Cirietian state, overstaying more than 30 days will already bar you from entering almost all states for at least one year and overstaying the visa for more than 270 days will lead to you being prevented from entering the country for 10 years, some states have some differences on the number of days you need to overstay to be bared, but the rule of overstaying over 270 days is consistent in all states.
