The Socialist Government recognizes five national major languages, which is used commknly by the Okstov population: Okstov (by ~99%), English (by 94%), Russian (by 88%), French (by 72%), and German (by 56%).

The Okstovians began learning, and eventually speaking French and German during the Marx era, from the 1830s to 1883. As decades pass, the number of speakers grew from 31% in 1848 to 54% in 1978. In the Second World War, Okstovians fluent in German were conscripted by the Armed Force from 1940 until 1946, and were trained to become incognito spies or fake soldiers (usually high-ranking SS officers) in the Nazi German Army.

In addition to our three official languages, there is also a large amount of Korean speakers in our nation, which is understood by 19% of the population.
