The Constitution of United Federation of Orion prohibits slavery in all its forms. The Federation is also signatory to the Universal Convention on the Rights of Sentient Species (UCRSS) which declares the prohibition of slavery as one of its founding principles, recognizes the act of enslavement as a crime against sentient life and creates a mechanism for member-states to cooperate in their fight against slavery on an interstellar scale.

This makes the United Federation of Orion a Tier 1 Society.

Atlantia is a Tier 2 Society. While it is firmly against the practice of slavery within its own borders, it does not particularly care about what happens beyond.

Khoronzon is a Tier 9 Society as defined by the FKA's slavery tier system. While the private ownership of slaves is heavily restricted in scope, there exists a hereditary slave caste numbering in the hundreds of millions known as Helots, who fall under the category of thralls which additionally includes two other, smaller subgroups - Pariahs, lobotomised criminals sentenced to a lifetime of forced labour; and Ghouls, semi-functioning rejects of unsuccessful live experimentation. Both the aforementioned non-Helot thrall subgroups are extensively composed of former Helots, as they typically get turned into Pariahs should they step too far out of line, and they make up the bulk of the live human test subjects from which Ghouls are made. As mentioned previously, private ownership of thralls is rare and near-exclusively composed of personal Pariah servitors used by high-ranking officials. Instead, they are a state-owned labour asset, delegated for undesirable, low-skill, non-automated tasks. Their ranks are also periodically culled in mass blood offerings during certain religious events.

One caveat to this is that if slavery is to be strictly defined as the forceful subjection of sapient beings to unwilling labour and servitude, Khoronzon could tentatively qualify as a Tier 5 Society via loophole reasoning, as the sapience of Helots - let alone that of Pariahs and Ghouls - is questionable at best. Newly-converted Helots have their mental capacities heavily eroded by mass psychological torture beforehand, while the conditions that their descendants live under are geared towards shaping their development in a manner that vastly limits their cognitive functions, resulting in a quite literally subhuman population with very little capacity for independent thought. The Tier 5 ranking is due to the fact that regardless of the considerations of thralldom, corrective labour camps exist for the purpose of criminal punishment, thus meeting the criteria of approximating slave-like conditions.

Antibuda is a Tier 2 Society. Although we are strongly against slavery, we simply lack resources to go out and stop it worldwide. Besides, Antibuda is set in an nearly identical timeline to ours, so almost nobody uses slavery anyways.

well, slavery is illegal (you risk a life sentence if you enslave someone), but some criminals (rapist, murderer, rebels, terrorists, exc...) are sentenced to forced work, where they are treated bad if they dont work (but no one die or be tortured). So i dont know which one is my level.

ThESEYS was founded by ex-slaves, who sought to serve one another. The culture is permeated with notions of enforced servitude, and society as a whole reaps the benefits thereof.

On the other hand, slavery itself is not legal - although this nation of nationless individuals has few resources or geopolitical standing to enforce that prohibition.

In modern times, Narvatus is a tier 2 society and has been since its criminalisation of slavery 180 years ago, but has a lack of motive or resources to fight any occurrences of slavery abroad.

Before the criminalisation of slavery, Narvatus was a tier 7 society due to a limited amount of serfdom occurring in the more fertile southern areas the country, which are limited in size.
