Lancov is a Tier 1 Society. Slavery is banned by the constitution, which goes so far as to call the practice "abominable." Lancov claims the right to enforce this universal law in international waters, and we even charter privateers to harass slave ships and free slaves. Lancov grants asylum to any escaped slave who reaches our territory.

The technocratic Kingdom of Flamell is a Tier 2 State.
This practice was banned during the 18th century and every man and woman located as a slaver will face 10 to 20 years jail time. Any slave brought to Flamellian shore is considered a free man or woman and is to do as he please regardless of debts, contracts or other restraints put on his behalf by foreign authorities of any sort.
However, this is our decision to make and we don't judge any foreign countries for their decision. It is no reason to restrict trade or any other form of communication between nations.
Furthermore, the Kingdom of Flamell will not take an aggressive state over this matter for any side as we see slavery as a national problem, not an international one. The matter is far from a complex consisting of cultural heritage, tradition and national buisness models.
The personal opinion of his Majesty Lucien Renault second of his name etc... is that Slavery shall never find any root within his kingdom and policies regarding it was highly sharpened during his reign.
Still, even a committed anti-slaver never shook at the international neutrality of this matter.

Tier 6 due to prison labour for convicted criminals. Holding a non convicted person as a slave is a serious offence that can earn one decades in prison. We don't have a vast amount of criminals though and we don't have laws that are designed to jail people for very small offences, so most of our criminals do deserve their fate.

Tier 2, as peacekeeping policies prevent us from interfering in the affairs of foreign nations with force. Labor for convicts exists however, there are strict regulations on the amount and type of labor, so as not to impose slavery-like conditions.

The Incorporated States of XY is Tier 7: For true to our libertarian values XY Inc allows citizens to do almost anything but oppose the state. Thus they are no legal restrictions on slavery. That said though due to our nation being a corporatocracy with a consumerist culture, excess slavery is generally looked down upon due to being viewed as bad for business (as slaves can't spend into the economy and are thus not consumers). slaves thus constitute only a small percentage of the population, and slavery does not play a major role in the country's culture or economy.

Qasheer is a Tier 7.5 Society. Qasheer have a long history with slavery, even before the Islamic conquest and the Christian crusade. Slavery however does play a major role in culture, as monarchs and most nobilities would likely to own a personal slave (people call them personal servant). In regard to the slaves in Qasheer, Qasheer have constitute regulations and laws which defend slave's right as part of Qasheeri's citizen. Rights to vote and rights to report have been given to them, and Qasheer's force can intervene if reports of abusive behaviour against slave have surfaced.

Autonomies inside the Qasheeric Federation however begs to differ. Republic of Hangok is a Tier 1 Society and have made slavery illegal since 1956, the same year when the Republic of Hangok gained autonomous power from the federation. Another autonomy, the Western Republic is a Tier 2 Society. Even though have called for illegalisation of slavery, the enforcement have not been made due to their long history with slavery.

While it does not practice slavery, it has no real statutes against slavery and openly condones lower-tech nations that employ it within "acceptable standards." One could thus approximate the nation to be a Tier 3 Society, although it could be reclassified as a Tier 8 Society for supporting slave states.

Our Imperial government was founded during a war to destroy slavery, and as such we are a Tier 1 Society. Over the past 150 years, we have made it so that no country in our world is Tier 7, Tier 8, or Tier 9, with the Liberation of Mauritania earlier this year bringing an official end to legal chattel slavery.

(We do not employ any form of conscription or prison labor. The only thing we have that could be considered slavery is that several high ranking government positions can technically be appointed without the apointee's agreement, but there are only five individuals who occupy powerful positions they didn't want to be in.)
