Has your country banned them or signed some kind of treaty against them? No.
What are your nation's views regarding them and their use?
They’re a valuable and innovative aspect of modern warfare- while risky and never used near any civilian areas or friendly personnel, they can be vital to stopping an armored advance or crippling enemy capabilities.
Does your nation have any or produce any?
Yes, several kinds. We’re currently trying to combine aspects of cluster munitions and precision-guided weapons, in a similar manner to MIRVs.
Have they ever been used by your country in combat?
Several times during the pre-Exodian Skirmishes, but since Exodia’s founding, none so far.
Have they ever been used by a foreign country on your country for any reason?
They’ve been used against us by the Communist regime when we were still a rebel movement during the Skirmishes, thankfully with few actual casualties but with a prominent psychological effect.
If so are there any unexploded munitions still effecting parts of your country? No.
If so what is your government doing about it? N/A
Anything else I couldn't think of asking but you think would be interesting to share? As mentioned before, we’ve been trying to combine cluster munitions and guided munitions- our most successful attempt has been the R65-AY specially-developed cruise missile, which releases individually-guided bomblets through laser direction to both increase the area of effect of the weapon and also to act as “shields”, surrounding and protecting the main warhead from anti-aircraft fire.

What are your nation's views regarding them and their use? Due to the small manpower of our nation, any and all technological or equipment advantages we can acquire without needing more men is desireable.

Anything else I couldn't think of asking but you think would be interesting to share? We have never been at war, however have used cluster weapons on a handful of occasions against pirates. They are not incredibly useful against naval targets, however are devastating against morale and for that reason are incredibly effective against pirates without having to kill as many as a direct high powered strike.

Has your country banned them or signed some kind of treaty against their? No. But then again, we have no use for them at the moment - not much to do with snowy and rainy wastes such as ourselves (except timber)
What are your nation's views regarding them and their use? Fairly neutral, but we will use them if we need to. We don't have many in our armed forces.
Does your nation have any or produce any? We have a moderately sized stockpile, but we only purchase or manufacture them in times of war.
Have they ever been used by your country in combat? No. Not to date.
Have they ever been used by a foreign country on your country for any reason? No. We have not been in a single war since independence where one has invaded us.
If so are there any unexploded munitions still effecting parts of your country? Nope.
If so what is your government doing about it? See above

No, that's stupid.

Acceptable and fun.

Plenty. I got a wide variety of flavors of cluster bombs from HE to Napalm to Nuclear and even chemical.
Have they ever been used by your country in combat?
Of course.
Have they ever been used by a foreign country on your country for any reason?
Foreign? No. Domestic when shit went belly up, yep.

Probably. It's like a surprise in every surface trip.

Nah. Too much work to clean up the surface wasteland.
