The homeless people get some money to live a second chance in life... if they’re a citizen.

If the person has had criminal records before, severe or otherwise, they have to be a legal Sepulcrist in order to get a second chance.

The homeless are mostly banned from the cities and most villages don't want them either. Usually, their best option is to sell themselves into slavery to a wealthy landowner or merchant, to live in the forest as an outlaw, or to join the military or a monastic order

In our nation there is no such word, any person who may be left on the street will be treated as displaced and will be given accommodation and food among other services completely free including education so that they work and become professionals since not studying will be a disgrace to the family and the country

In Turth, there aren't many homeless people, because of our wide social welfare system. And even if not for it, our people are nice enough to give some money of their own.

At some point you have to admit being homeless is almost a choice in Lanoraie. With an extremely large welfare umbrella, it's virtually impossible to be unwillingly homeless. 500k in debt with 4 illegitimate children to feed and no job nor car because you have no usable limbs? And also have a drug addiction? There's places that can and will take you in. In fact, there's a few government-run facilities that are required to take you in until they have secured you everything you need for success. Access is abundant and readily available, even in small villages. Being homeless isn't viewed as something to hide (nor is it illegal), and it can be as simple as dialing a non-emergency line and getting a ride from the police to the nearest shelter/safe haven.

That being said, some people may lack the gumption or desire to receive the help they may need, to which they are viewed in a sympathetic but somewhat hesitant-to-help view by the typical population. This is partially due to there being a subculture of rebellious teens who intentionally vacate their homes to live the transient life--this group typically including kids with behavioral or mental issues, or ones who simply desire to not fit in with any other subculture that's accepted in society.

Homelessness does not exist in Platinia. Everyone has a free place to stay. If someone was homeless, then something has gone horribly wrong.

Since Zamanbalad is an internationally-unrecognized nation that illegally occupies a large portion of Southern Adrionis, most people are homeless by default. The majority of Zamanbaladi residents live in cars or mobile tents.

Due to New Goldman's relatively large welfare programs employed by both private industries and governmental agencies, homeless people are pretty few. The small number of homeless are treated with government paid homeless homes, in small communities knowas "Relief Villages". They have the necessities they need and they are to undergo rehab if they have a history of abuse.

PEOPLE'S FEDERATION OF REINKALISTAN
Treatment of the Homeless and Materially Destitute

Housing is, theoretically, free within South Reinkalistan. This is in accordance to the 1971 Constitution, that stipulates {any citizen of the People's Federation of Reinkalistan is entitled to [...] a well-maintained place of residence}; as such, homelessness is actually quite rare. The issue, of course, is that in some areas, housing crises due primarily to natural[/unnatural] disaster can lead to temporary issues. However, the state is committed to not allowing people to live on the streets. If you are recently deprived of a place to live, contacting essentially any local administrative authority will permit you to enter a temporary shelter until you are assigned a new residence. These temporary shelters, however, have the potential to be few-and-far between, and are not well-maintained; this is mainly due to the general lack of homelessness within the nation. This ill-prepared infrastructure does face the downside of giving the recently-homeless a few rough nights [or even a week!] of general neglect. THE PARTY has promised to amend this through the expansion of temporary shelters over the next few years.
THE PEOPLE ETERNAL
" We will not bow to your dictation. We are free. We bled to be free.
Who are you to tell us what we may and may not do? We stopped being your slaves an era ago. "
South Reinkalistan is a massive, ecologically-diverse nation notable for its roving student militias and widespread hatred for the elderly.
In the midst of a room-temperature cultural revolution that's lost its momentum, the Party carefully plans its next move.
As the brittle bones of fragile empires begin to crack beneath their own weight, history's symphony reaches crescendo pitch. The future is all but certain.

There are unfortunately people who lack adequate housing and shelter in the North American Union, and for a variety of reasons. There is a mix of public and private assistance to the homeless and help them get out of poverty.

In terms of housing and urban development policy in the NAU, each province has their own programs and policies to help the homeless. A growing trend is the "housing first" movement, where the homeless are given housing to give them a foundation for rebuilding their lives as well as help with employment.

At the general level, the All-Union Housing Authority helps coordinate financial aid to people in need of housing, such as rental assistance, subsidized home loans, grants for hostels and homeless shelters, and underwriting insurance for provincial housing projects, public and private or both.

As part of fiscal federalism, the general government is pushing to alleviate onerous zoning regulations to promote increases in the housing stock, to provide more homes and make them more affordable, with more general funding in exchange for alleviating bad local and provincial zoning regulations or encouraging mixed-income, dense urban areas.

It's different for every regiya. But generally in Crimea people ignore homeless people, in Greater Kharkiv people usually kick homeless people out of the cities, in Rostov homeless people are practically non-existent.

There are no homeless in our nation.

As most homelessness is an intented byproduct of capitalism - to coerce submission to capitalists by crrating a group of 'examples' and effectively threatening those unwilling to bend to exploitation with a most abject and degrading form of poverty - our syndicalist economic system by default results in far less homelessness.

Couple that with extensive social programs (all necessities, including food, water, and housing are constitutionally guaranteed rights), an employment/training guarantee and living wage to ensure nobody suffers from 'unemployment rot' - the mental and physical degredation brought about through being stuck idly unemployed on unlivable 'benefits' - and extensive addiction and health services (all socialised), effectively all root causes of homelessness are addressed.

Housing is all but guaranteed by the Zeganasian government. Low-to-no income housing is organized in tower blocks, urban and suburban. Rent starts at Ð25 ($125.50) a month and goes up as 25% of your income, it starts at that price as Zeganas's universal basic income is Ð100 ($502) a month.

Exxosia's homeless population has become so small and the reasons for their homelessness so diverse as to not allow for the creation of any formal strategy.

Arguably, the response has been to alleviate the causes of homelessness so as to not add to their number while taking a pragmatic response to the existing homeless dying off or getting out of homelessness by private means and not being replenished. Over the years, this has resulted in a considerable reduction in homelessness year-after-year.

Many towns and local governments throughout the Empire maintain poorhouses in order to provide the homeless and destitute with food, a place to sleep, and a token wage in exchange for labor. While these poorhouses are not exactly luxurious, the consensus among the tenants of such institutions is that they're much better than starving.
