The cities derive their power from binary cycle geothermal plants and thorium-based fission, supplemented by solar and wind energy capture at the surface.

Primarily a mix of wind and solar, with hydroelectric, wave power, and we have a small amount of geothermal energy.

We are currently researching and developing nuclear fusion, and looking into rubbish power.

Nuclear is the predominant source of energy in our nation, with 82% of all energy produced in Gandoor coming from nuclear power plants.

14% is produced via renewable energy sources, such as hydroelectric power plants, solar power, and wind power.

The remaining 4% of produced via a combination of the burning of waste for energy and what nonrenewable energy sources we still use, which is mostly coal.

Gandoor began the process of phasing out nonrenewable energy sources in the early 1970s and between 1970 and the current year (2023), we have decreased the percentage of our energy that comes from nonrenewable sources from 87% to less than 2%.

Atlantis gets its energy sources from, not in order, green, hydroelectric and nuclear energy sources.
Uses certain NS stats.

Atlantis is an MT nation that is the third richest country in the world, behind only China and the United States. It is closer to the USA, UK, Italy and Spain (in that order, though Italy and Spain is probably tied) culturally than it is Greece. It is also a naval power.

And no, Atlantis is not underwater: It has a land area around the size of France.

Pros: Classical liberalism, democracy, the West, Brexit, Viktor Orban, free education, strong military
Cons: Authoritarianism, fascism, communism, multiculturalism, Islamism

In the process of fully convert our reliance on gas and coal to nuclear and other renewable sources like geothermal, nuclear, water, solar. Gas use will be extended, while coal will be no longer be used by 2020.

Coal was completely phased out in the year 2015. We now rely on these energy sources, Nuclear Fusion although fairly recent was implemented and it has greatly increased Exosar's energy potential, Geothermal Power is used as we are located on the Pacific Ring of Fire so Geothermal Energy is plentiful, We also use in defending order, Hydro Power, Wind Power, and other minor energy sources.

Vehicles, ships and aircraft run on petroleum-based fuels. Larger cities also have oil-fired power plants. Isolated homes and smaller communities use their own solar and/or wind-powered generators.

Nuclear power is too expensive. Hydroelectric power is considered an environmental nightmare. Our volcanic rocks are too hard to drill for geothermal power.

Entirely via renewable means such as wind, sea, and solar, with some nuclear power.

Research into viable fusion power is ongoing.
