My nation is a Parliamentary Republic, the President while directly elected has limited powers. In that the executive branch (The Prime Minister and Cabinet) is dependant and accountable to the legislature.

The legislature is called the Assemblée nationale (National Assembly) comprises of 143 members elected to a four year term from 34 electorates with three or five members each. The electoral system used to elect the National is a Single Transferable Vote. There is one MP for every 100,000 divided by three people* as outlined in the Electoral Act.

There are four political parties which have representation in the National Assembly they are the following and their current representation in the National Assembly.

Parti Libéral PL (Centrist)
Parti Social-Démocrate PSD (Centre Left to Left Wing)
Les Verts LV (Centrist to Centre-Left)

The last election for the National Assembly was held in 2016, which saw the Parti libéral win the largest number of seats, which is the best result for them since the 1920's (they are usually a large but third party). This was a result of a popular, telegenic leader Phillipe Tshisekedi (considered this nation's version of Barack Obama or Justin Trudeau) along with the support of the Corporate elite and press. Not to mention both the PCD and PSD have more right and left wing in their policies in recent years and both engaging in identity politics.

The previous government was a minority PCD government with Independent support under the former Prime Minister Francois Martini.

The Parliament House is similar in architectural style to the Quebec parliament and was roughly built at the same time in the 1880's. Although it is in the middle of Louisville the capital which has nearly 2.4 million people.

The Saurisian Consilio ti Sofosauria ("Counsil of Wisesaurs") is bicameral, divided between the larger but lesser House of Representatives and the smaller but more powerful Senate. There are 250 seats in total with 200 seats in the Chamber of Deputies and 50 seats in the Senate. There are no parties as other nations would recognize them, as loose organizations that share a set of common goals and that have flexible membership take their place. This was done in the aftermath of the political chaos surrounding the 2013 Consular election. Currently, the Market Prosperity Coalition dominates, which consists of centrist, center-right, and far-right Senators and Deputies, who believe the market should be free of government interference (how much interference varies heavily within the Coalition).

[Penguin Union Nation]

The Penguin Council, based out of Penguinopolis, is comprised of five penguins who are elected or re-elected by the public every six years. There are currently no term limits, but some have been suggested by the group themselves, and some have retired, for various reasons. The key representative of the Council is the Chairpenguin, who is elected among the entire Council.

The center-right wing coalition led by The Conservative Christian Democrat party. DCC has 57 seats of 180. The lib dems CDC has 33 allowing them to rule with some external supports from the centrist party 6 seats or 12 of the radical party (social-liberals). While the labour suffered an horroible setback falling from 62 to 33 seats. the remaning 39 seats are distributed among the green party 15, conservative people's party 12, communists 9 and former labour 3 seats.

The Shura Council is the sole parliamentary body in Tebuh and exists only to advise the Paramount Leader on political, religious, domestic, international, economical and all other concerns that may arise in the nation. It holds no real power.

Executive Council



The Rebel Coalition controls the Executive Council with 61 seats out of 100.

Labour secured the second largest representation in spite of coming third on funds raised. Their high levels of support in Starlingrad enabled them to buy a significant number of seats there at the expense of the Republicans, whose support was spread more evenly across the nation so translated to fewer seats.



The Executive Council is the governmental house of ZeeeeeWip and handles all of its day-to-day business. Bidding for seats takes place once every four years after all the parties and independents have had a chance to campaign and raise funds. In each constituency the party or independent candidate with the most funds is entitled to buy the seat.

Chamber of Laws



There is no overall control of the Chamber of Laws, but the Rebel Coalition are the largest party with 111 seats out of 250.



The Chamber of Laws is the legislature of ZeeeeeWip and has responsibility for passing laws, and in exceptional circumstances for debating and/or vetoing decisions of the Executive Council. Elections take place once every four years, with proportional representation used to allocate seats and most constituencies electing three representatives.

The next elections are in 2039 on the ZeeeeeWip calendar (late May 2018 in real time).

Grand Jury



The Grand Jury of ZeeeeeWip comprises 350 members of the public selected by random draw from across the demographic spectrum.

As the closest thing we have to a head of state, the Jury is responsible for passing judgement in cases of conflict between the Council and the Chamber, and acts as the highest court of law when necessary. Its President officiates at the opening and closing ceremonies of both houses, and swears in their newly appointed officers.
