What does your national flag stand for and mean to your nation.

mine has the four colors of the state, the red stands for the courage and sacrifice of the people,

The yellow stands for the sky and mindset of the people, and the Air command,

The green stands for the land and happiness of the people, and the Military land command.

The Blue stands for the sea and sadness of the people, and the sea command.

The black stripe represents the union of the colors, and the Espionage forces, and the white star represents the five Houses of the Government and the Gold star represents the need of the government to defend the mindset of the people.

the gold represent the nobility and the natural order we uphold while the white symbolises the purity of the nation and the eagle stands for the might of the king.

The White symbolizes Peace, the red symbolizes the blood of our people that has been spilled over the centuries, and the round thing symbolizes the sun of hope and the power of God. It also is supposed to resemble a sun rising above the ocean.

It's just the Russian Flag with the Nuclear symbol and such on it. "NUKIA" is also on it.

[Dolphin Nation]

The aqua represents both the water of the ocean and the name of the planet itself (Aqua), the red represents the liberty Cetaceans celebrate, and the Dolphin represents, well, the Cetaceans who live in our nation.

[Aenglesey]

The flag was supposed to depict the kingdom of Ænglesey, represented by the yellow cross, which symbolises the strength and sturdiness of the kingdom; and the blue seas that surround it. So - a strong kingdom surrounded by blue seas.

It was the banner flown by Edward I of the Kingdom of Wigbald as he conquered the other kingdoms that made up the isle of Ænglesey at the time.

[San Guillermo]

The current flag is a hybrid of what was the flags of the two predecessor states, the Riverian Republic (also known as Santos Rivera) and the Kingdom of San Guillermo.

The green field symbolizes fertility in our land.
Gold symbolizes wealth.
Blue symbolizes the water of the Rio de los Santos, of which Santos Rivera was named after.
The two gold bars symbolize Guillermo and Januaria, the islands which made up San Guillermo.
The three stars honor the three original provinces: Flores, Rocha, and Parana.
The Aramadian lotus flower symbolizes the monarchy, especially that of the Aramade family, the ruling dynasty.

[Swartaz]

The three stars represent the three republics, the blue stands for the purity and the pristine lakes of Swartaz, the white for peace, and the red for blood split in the independance fight.

[Zeodia]

The black, red and gold represents the germanic roots of this nation. The black cross represents militarism.

[Maraque]

The stripes represent the Estakuri, Cuerak, Atrulia and Rikiyan royal families while the crown represents the Darkaan royal family, as they are currently in power and govern the entire lands.

The symbolism is the five boroughs, united as one, in freedom and liberty.

The national flag of our state is a mythological figure which knows only the dragon be. Strong, proud, ancient as the world. And its color, black, reminiscent of a line of medieval knights persecuted by all, for strong, invincible, defending the weak and, therefore, envied by many.

The Seal: Stands for how the Government will prostitute itself to the people to fullfill it's wishes.
The White: Stands for the love of Fashion as well as the love of Christ and the sacrifice that he made so that we may live.

[The Darwinian People]

The Star represents a new beginning (breaking away for the Pavalarian Empire), the hammer and sickle represent the debt that is owed to the first working class based resistance movement (which is the sole reason the Commonwealth exists. The Red is for Socialism, the Green is for Environmentalism and the White is for Secularism. And the Commonwealth symbol is for our stability and unity as a nation.

The blue represnts peace, while the white represents freedom. On the Birnadian coat of arms in the centre, the chequers represent unity, while the dragon represents the determination of the Birnadian people to defend their country.

[Turq]

The national flag of Turq is actually a view I had of bright green grass, the sea and the sky. The colours looked so nice that I made the view into a flag.

[Sibirsky]

The lower right black portion stands for anarchy. While a government exists in Sibirsky, it is too small to be recognized as a government by the WA. The nation readily admits it. The upper left gold/yellow portion stands for capitalism and the former gold standard of our currency.

In the middle is the Libertatis Æquilibritas (the Equilibrium of Liberty), it is based on the circle A of anarchy, the yin/yang and the dollar sign. The Circle-A represents the total liberty and freedom only available in anarchist society, whereas the yin/yang represents the balance of a totally free market. The dollar sign represents capitalism in the free-market sense and the natural right to private property.

[The Union of Myanmar]

Current State Flag

The flag of Myanmar was adopted on 3 January 1974 upon the declaration of a socialist republic in the nation by General Ne Win.
There are 14 stars encircling a cogwheel and a rice plant.
The rice stands for agriculture, the cogwheel represents industry, the 14 stars represent the unity and equality between the 14 member states of the Union.
These socialist symbols stand for the workers and farmers.
The white color symbolizes purity, the blue symbolizes peace and integrity, and the red symbolizes courage.

New State Flag (In Effect 2011)

The new flag consists of three equally sized yellow, green, and red horizontal stripes, with a white star in the center.
Green represents peace, tranquility and the country's lush and verdant environment.
Yellow represents solidarity.
Red represents valor and decisiveness.
The white star represents "the perpetual existence of the consolidated Union."

Anyway more then happy to explain the Gog's flag


Grey is for the armed forces, this is the overall reason for the Empire's very being, without them it would not exist and the Founders will would of not come to being.

Each bar is golden due to the nation's growth and prosperity.

The first is the Administration, which makes the Founders nation work, without it the armed forces would starve, the people would freezes and the Founder would leave for greener lands, they make his laws practical, they make his will real.

The Middle is the Founder, it was him that carved the Empire out of noting years ago, his vision saw the Nazagog's rise to power and his laws made it rich and happy, the people are told he is a god, but rather they see him as the glue that holds it all together, without him they would be noting, with him they are Goggers and as such each house has a little picture to him (from his youth of course) on the wall, they don't pray to it, but they often look up and nod with a smile, happy the Founder is in there lives.

Finally the most complex and important bar is the people, the people hold the other two up, they are the clay to which the Founder sees the future and the Administration shapes to reality, as such for everything the people do not have, some freedoms and the like, they gain many others, plus the constant safety of the army, they know there job is to support and be useful, there rewards are prosperity and a very bright future for them and there children.

Lastly the sheer size of the flag, it dates back to the fact that the Nazagog flag is somewhat...bland, as such they decided to think big, literally, hence the flags over the top size, it can be impractical at times, but it keeps the eyes fixed on what is important, the Empire of the Nazagog.
