Well we're an island so this caravan would have to be a boat but I digress. Let's assume it's a migrant boat like the Somali ones in the Mediterranean and they don't personally arrange it beforehand.

They would be ID'd and turned back, they would have to re-try but through legal methods such as using normal plane and sea routes, or arrange it with Immigration control before they arrive (if using a private boat.)

If they attempt to get in using a personal or migrant boat again without arranging beforehand and having their papers ready, then they are permanently banned.
