The Communists are still second largest party, with 1/4 of the seats in the Supreme Soviet and 1/5 of the seats in the Soviet of Nationalities, but they're continually outvoted by the NL (New Left) SDPN (Social Democrats of Natelanda) coalition.

Social Democrats follow the Communists with 1/5 of the Supreme Soviet and a startling 1/3 of the Soviet of Nationalities, which allows them to overcome (in coalition with the New Left) any Communist Roadblocks to their policies.

Then are the minority religious and capitalists, who have collectively almost zero power in national politics, although they retain control of a few regional governments.
