So, if I can't claim only part of one area I'd like to claim Western Europe. (I've told the Unified American Federation that I wanted to claim the Basque Country, Navarre, La Rioja and Nouvelle-Aquitaine)

Borneo and Surrounding areas now open to settlement.

Since I’m in limbo right now as to where my nation actually is could I just have a chunk of Antarctica? I don’t want to take any good land from any new players so I’ll just have some ice if that’s okay
