This is a message from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
I, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, am pleased to announce that Viksberg has decided to open a second embassy program. If we didn't respond to your application in the last program, don't post on this program. I will personally contact you to let you know if your embassy request has been accepted. If you already have an embassy in our nation, please don't post here again.

The United Democratic Republics of Viksberg is a federal dominant-party semi-presidential constitutional republic located in Northern Europe, led by President Juha Ojala. We have a population of 67 million people. We are known for our guns, income equality and our beautiful weather and environment. Our official languages are Finnish, Swedish and Russian, but Danish, Norwegian and Estonian are widely spoken as well.

We will accept embassies from any nations, regardless of ideology.

Embassies will be located in our major cities:

Our nation's laws apply to the ambassador, if they leave the embassy territory (ambassadors have some diplomatic immunities, which will be listed here later). However, as your embassy and it's territory are also your nation's territory, your laws apply there.
