Greetings, nations of NS! My name is Seppo Lehto, and I am the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of United Viksberg. I am here to announce that Viksberg, with the acceptance of our Queen, has decided to open an embassy program. We seek to establish better relations with foreign nations with the help of this program.

The Kingdom of United Viksberg is a Federal parliamentary constitutional monarchy located in Northern Europe. Viksberg has land borders with Germany and the Russian Federation. Viksberg's population is 54 million. The two official languages are Finnish and Swedish, but numerous other languages are spoken too, such as Norwegian, Danish and Icelandic. The capital city is Forssa, but the largest city is Stockholm. Other major cities are Helsinki, Oslo and Copenhagen. Viksberg is quite conservative, and the leading party is the Conservative Union.
