Dual citizenship is not permitted. Becoming a citizen of the Dominion is an optional rite that must be worked towards, and those who take the vow are expected to devote themselves to their fellow citizens and remove lingering connections to old homelands.

Ertae wrote:Because minors are not granted citizenship at birth, we do not try to maintain patriotism with mantras. If one chooses to become a citizen, they would recite the Citizens' Vow at their acceptance ceremony.

We allow it, with the understanding that crimes committed in our country will be tried in our country and will be given rights that all citizens use in criminal trials.

We would happily allow such.

Yes, with approval from the Minister of Citizenship, though politicians can't under any circumstances have dual citizenship.

Dual citizenship is acceptable for goswaþhan (commoners). Those who choose to be elevated to Agonnhan (elders) have to renounce their connections to other lands before they can speak at Agonnmet, pass judgement at Sut'hian (subjection), or impose service at Becfrazhen (calling).

It's not prohibited to have dual citizenship, but it's a good deal more complicated in most instances than having single citizenship. The Constitution specifies that if you live in Xanthalian territory, you're a Citizen of Xanthal by default unless you expressly decline it or you're a citizen of another country. If you are a foreign citizen there are still ways to obtain citizenship, but there's an actual process of application and approval, and as long as you continue to have dual citizenship your Citizen status isn't protected by the Constitution as it would be otherwise, so it can be revoked. It's worth noting that if you reside in a given State in the Federation for two years, you get Citizenship of that State regardless of your foreign status, which confers rights of its own.

We allow dual citizenship (double nationalité) and multiple citizenship, and they have the exact same rights as any other citizen.

However, we do have a program with the United States and Canada called Nationalité Partagée (Shared Citizenship). They key differences between this program are tax benefits, rapid path to citizenship and freedom to move anywhere around the continent. Participants pay an average tax rate between the three countries, different tax brackets ARE factored in to the average. This allows for participants to apply for jobs, universities, and other programs that would typically only be available in one nation. Participants in this program only pays sales tax in the country of residence. National subsidies for things like green energy are also extended to members of this program. This is not an optional program.

This is just an example and in no way represents the actual rates:
An individual applying would pay the average of Canada, Des Grands Lacs, and the United States, so in this example: he or she would be paying roughly a 19% income tax rate, to be collected by the country of residence.
+Canadian tax rate income: 19%
+Franco-Américain income tax rate: 17.5%
+American income tax rate: 21%

Minoa allows for dual or multiple nationality: there has never been a policy that require new Minoan citizens to renounce their old nationality (sometimes it is impossible to do so).

This is a complicated question. According to Hadin's constitution, there is a distinction between being a Hadinian national, and a Hadinian citizen.

A Hadinian National is someone who is allowed "permanent residency" in Hadin. The only strict requirement is that you follow the state religion, although in practice there are other factors that almost certainly help. Nationals aren't required to surrender their former ties, UNLESS the nation they come from doesn't have good relations with Hadin.

A Hadinian Citizen, on the other hand, must follow the state religion AND must be at least 50% Hadinian by blood OR have been born in Hadin with both parents being Hadinian nationals (or citizens) at the time of birth. Hadin has dual citizen programs with the other three member-states of the UNCA, although this is a very rare and elusive honor. It's also worth noting that dual citizens cannot take public office past the local level.
Just so you know, this nation, in character, is a highly sexist, highly theocratic, and highly authoritarian state. (Though under the new guy, it seems to be improving a little).

I disagree with a lot of what this nation stands for. It was invented for its intrigue and ample opportunities for satire, not for its ideals.

Yes, in most cases United Tasmantis allows for dual citizenship but there are a few exceptions. Citizens that stand for office or are elected into parliament or the senate must be sole Tasmantian citizens, alongside anyone working for a government department e.g military, spy agencies, Ministries etc

No. Citizenship is provided to a child of a citizen. If an individual at the time of their majority chooses to pursue another nation's citizenship they forfeit their current citizenship.

Citizenship in Equestria involves taking a loyalty oath to our ruler, Her Majesty Princess Celestia. We permit dual citizenship provided that whatever oaths of citizenship in other nations don't contradict or supercede one's oath to Celestia. Needless to say, dual citizenship among Equestrians is very rare.

Dual Citizenship is allowed and encouraged, with the caveat that all those in the Theocracy seeking dual citizenship pass certain loyalty tests. Beyond that, no barriers beyond those found elsewhere.
