Immigration is extremely easy. Basically, all one has to do is take up residence within a community, and they are considered a citizen. We have no real requirement other than that; individual communities can decide for themselves the best method of communal integration as long as it doesn't interfere with our confederal code.

Border controls? We don't really have any border agents or border control. Whoever wants to come in, as long as they have no will to do harm, can come in.

The Aldivian National Guard, the military, is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the Republic's borders and applying all dictates concerning the right to enter and leave the country is adhered to.

[Evergar]

In the Holy Folkish Order of Evergar, border control is enforced heavily: all crossings which share the line with Bulgaria, Romania, and Ukraine have 24/7 military presence with regular armed border policemen, complete with small minefields, spotlights, machine gun-equipped and sharpshooter-manned watchtowers, and several small armored vehicles on patrol.

Official immigration has not been allowed, and nobody not native to the country's ethnic background and born outside its borders may seek citizenship. (Tourism and temporary foreign residency programs however are permitted.)

Mass-migration caravans are met with extreme hostility and treated like foreign invasions. Very few have ever happened, but the ones that did occur ended with massacres which repelled their movement. The international community have repeatedly condemned these reactions as "equal to or surpassing brutality of war crimes". (The Ultranationalist government has fiercely defended its responses each time, and with significant citizen support.)

[Pirusavia]

The Pirusavian Borders and Customs Agency, assisted with the Border Guards from the Gvardija (Police) and the Border Troops of the Pirusavian National People's Army of Pirusavia took care in ensuring the border and immigration safety. Although entering Pirusavia is very lax for foreigners but they still need passports, and anyone entering Pirusavia without proper documents will be instantly deported. The PBCA also takes part in the prevention of the spreading of foreign pests, invasive species, and diseases.

However, immigration is considerably strict. Anyone must have the documents from the country they came from and go through a process of naturalization (and sometimes reeducation), in order to obtain Pirusavian passport and ID card. Any illegal immigrants are subject to instant deportation.

The application of political asylum also needs to be approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and applicant must adhere to the national ideology of Pirusavia to receive rights.

[Bigpipstan]

We don't have a imigration agency becouse we have closed borders. We share no land border, so border control is handled by the navy with coast guard and air forces. Only the emperor is allowed to grant citizenship to foreigners.

[Deacarsia]

Immigration laws are highly restrictive in Deacarsia.

Among numerous other requirements, all potential immigrants must:

• Be practicing traditional Catholics
• Not possess any of various radical political beliefs
• Be of majority Deacarsic or Irish descent, alongside other ethnic restrictions
• Demonstrate good moral character
• Demonstrate a knowledge of Deacarsic customs and history
• Be in good physical and mental health
• Enter at designated ports
• Possess an immigration sponsor
• Possess steady employment
• Possess a minimum sum of money
• Pay various fees and taxes
• File various paperwork
• Speak either English or Deacarsic proficiently, and preferably both
• Possess an appropriate immigration visa and other documents

The borders of Deacarsia are extremely tight and secure. Border control officers are ruthless, and they handle their duties very seriously. Immigration, both legal and illegal, are practically non-existent, though historically large numbers of people immigrated to Deacarsia from Ireland.

[Pantocrate of Pindorama-Chikyu]

Tourists of any kind are welcome in Pindorama-Chikyū, although immigration is different. Most foreigners who live in Pindorama are here either to escape persecution in other countries, to pursue an adequate life, or were kidnapped to serve in Project Invicta. Those who have been kidnapped works either as breeders or as researchers. They must not leave the country without authorization from the government and are always under watch. Despite the lack of privacy, the kidnapped foreigners live a comfortable life and earn six-figure salaries.

Regular immigrants must meet some requirements, such as:

• Must not belong to the list of "Disgraced Cultures". If ancestry of these groups is found, we'll send you on a one-way trip to Patagonia.
• Must renounce their faith (required for Abrahamic and Dharmic religions). If you are found practicing your old faith, I hope you enjoy the heat of the Maghreb.
• Must take the "political awareness exam". The results will serve as a reference in the future and will not interfere with the chances of you getting approved or not.

[Coconut Palm Island]

In Coconut Palm Island, any person may receive citizenship within 30 days of applying, unless it can be proven that they are present to cause harm to a particular person or to the Island in general. Children born here are automatically citizens. Children born in other lands with one or two parents who are citizens may request citizenship (or, more accurately, their parents request it for them) and are automatically granted it.

Deportations do not occur. If an individual is deemed too dangerous to enter the nation, he is given appeals. However, if he looses all appeals, he is given the choice of voluntarily departing, or entering a rehabilitation center and being granted citizenship as soon as he is no longer likely to pose a threat.

[Grussland]

While immigration and border policy is set by the government and legislature, there are a number of agencies splitting the tasks.

Immigration in general is handled by the Grussland Immigration and Refugee Department (GIRD) with citizenship requests and evaluations handled by the Grussland Citizenship Board (GCB). Individuals can become citizens after legally living or working in Grussland for 3 years and passing a citizenship test. The GIRD itself is responsible for issuing long-term work or residency visas (including Permanent Resident status). Individuals interested in citizenship apply directly to the GCB, which administers the test and oath.

Border control is mostly the domain of the Grussland Frontier Service (GFS) for controlling access points and immediate law enforcement immediately adjacent to the border. However, the State Police are responsible for tracking down individuals and contraband that have made it further inland illegally.

Customs is the domain of the Customs Enforcement Agency (CEA) which operates alongside the GSF. GSF agents administer customs forms and checks for private travelers and families; the CEA manages enforcement and evaluation of individuals referred to it by the GSF as well as checks on business/cargo and related entries to the country.

Immigration and Border Control is held by the Imperial Federal Police and by the Imperial National Treasure Revenue Agency, and exceptionaly by the Imperial Defense Forces and the National Guard too.

Normally the borders, airports and ports control and entrance of people and goods from the exterior is held by the Imperial Federal Police - National Entrance and Exit Control Agency, which haves the power to monitor immigration and block illegal or irregular immigrants, monitor the legality and regularity of exports and imports, trough the control and presence checkpoints in the land borders, ports and airports. About this legality and regularity of exports and imports, these are standarts depending on the National Treasure Revenue Agency - Customs Department, which controls the entrance of foreign goods, their legality under the nations laws and if they complied with their tax obligations.

The National Guard may be used in special cases, being used to the restoration of normality and peace and order enforcement. The Defense Forces, however, can only be used in cases of clear risks to the national security and integrity, such as threats of invasion from foreign armed organizations or other extreme cases. There is the National Security and Defense System for cases like this, which integrate the inteligence and actions of the Imperial Federal Police, Imperial Inteligence Agency and the armed forces againts such threats.

Once inside the country, the control of illegal immigration and smuggled goods is common competence of the law enforcement agencies, with both the Imperial Federal Police and the Imperial Provincial Polices being able to conduct investigations and arresting illegal immigrants and to confiscate smuggled goods, for then send them to the competent authorities. Illegal immigrants are deported by the Imperial Federal Police, and smuggled goods are sold by the National Treasure Revenue Agency to generate revenue to the State or destroyed if they're illegal to be sold in the country.

The immigration laws of the Empire of HarYan are moderately rigid in general, but with many opportunities for certain types of immigrants. In general, there is easy access to citizens of certain friend countries, certain persecuted ethnic groups, investors with considerable amounts of money, very high-skilled workers, together with other exceptions provided by the law, and other that may be extended or removed by decrees and other executive and legislative acts. However, illegal immigration is not tolerated, and any illegal immigrant (except for refugees) is deported after being arrested.

[Olwe]

The Border Control Corps is a specialized branch of the Olwean Security Corps (police), the fourth branch of our military. They are responsible for patrolling borders (where applicable; if Olwe controls the entire planet there are no actual borders) and enforcing customs laws (certain weapons, drugs and similar items aren’t allowed in Olwe, and we also check to make sure your cargo doesn’t contain slaves; items with Christian and Islamic imagery on them, like crosses, will also be confiscated and adherents to those faiths are not welcome as immigrants). All other immigrants are welcome in Olwe; our borders are very nearly completely open. However, we prefer to process immigrants through the city of Acceptance if possible as our Ministry Of Immigration and Ministry Of Foreign Affairs are both headquartered there. It’s more convenient for both us and the immigrants if they first show up in Olwe there.

The Homeland Border Protectorate handles all immigration policy and is the sole border force in the nation, in coordination with the Nationality & Citizenship Bureau and other agencies. All immigration policies derive from legislation, Emperor's orders, among other officially-designated sources of rule. The main rule of immigration policy however, is the Code Of Immigration Standards which outlines procedures, rules, barred items, etc.

The Homeland Border Protectorate is a wing of the Ministry Of Defense and is ran solely by the military.

In Rho Ophiuchi, there is no Rho Ophiuchian border control on the borders of the country. Citizenship is acquired through claiming to be a citizen - no restrictions exist.

[Countesia]

Immigration and Border Control is managed and overseen by the Federal Ministry of Customs & Immigration. Countesia operates a policy of tiered immigration where priority is placed on an applicants level of skills and qualifications. Applicants that are "High skilled", such as medical workers and engineers, can expect a wait of 5-7 months to be granted a working visa, whereas medium, low and no skilled applicants will be waiting anywhere between 3-15 years to be granted a working visa.

Successful applicants have twelve months to find an employer willing to sponsor their visa, otherwise it will be declared null and void and the applicant must return to their nation of origin. Those who do find sponsors will have their visa upgraded to a working permit, which allows them to permanently stay in Countesia. After four years, the foreign worker is allowed to apply for full fledged citizenship should they chose. Those who don't do this have the further choice of renewing their working permit, or letting it expire and return home.

For those who see fit to skirt Countesias Immigration policy, and to violate its custom laws will find themselves dealing with the Federal Border Guard, the Ministry of Immigration & Customs affiliated law enforcement agency that is charged with keeping Countesias land and sea borders secure from illegal crossings, as well as providing security for Immigration & Custom border facilities. The Federal Border Police work closely with the Coast Guard to tackle illegal smuggling and immigration from sea.

[Independent Republic of Boldonia]

Due to the nation consisting of only two islands the coast guard acts as border patrol. Every foreigner except for US citizens require a passport to get in due to the fact that most Boldonians still use American passports and other identification papers.

[Tangatarehua]

Immigration is controlled by Te Tari Manene [the Department of Immigration].

People trying to enter illegally are usually turned away and then directed to how to do it by legal means because the immigrant population in Glowing Diamonds is big.

Our Gendarmerie the Carabiners are those tasked with border control along the Coastguard. Being an island Nation all entries are by Sea and Air.

Schengen Countries, rest of EU, UK, USA and Canada citizens need no visa to enter Catarra.

[Zeleniya]

The Zeleniyan Government entrusts immigration and border control to the Zeleniyan Federal Customs and Border Protection Service, a sub-department of the Zeleniyan Homeland Office. The FCBPS is responsible for maintaining the territorial integrity of Zeleniya through a mixed fleet of air, land and sea vehicles that patrol a massive land area the size of Western Canada (BC + NWT + Yukon + Alberta + Saskatchewan) and maintains numerous ports of entries that range from small border outposts to bustling border crossings and airport checkpoints.

In order to enter the country, the Zeleniyan Government would require a valid visa or a Zeleniyan Electronic Travel Authorization (ZETA) for visa-free passport holders, a health declaration form, a customs declaration form and a pre-entry screening form.

The Health Declaration Form (Форма декларации Zдороvья) typically asks the traveler questions mainly regarding previous encounters with disease-born environments such as ranches and farms (where foot and mouth may occur) as well as vaccinations against diseases such as malaria, yellow fever, among others. Those that have answers deviating from a typical no-streak are immediately moved to questioning, followed by quarantine and deep-cleaned, with every article they brought with them inspected and cleaned or destroyed.

The Customs Declaration Form (Форма таможенной декларации) requires that people entering the country must disclose a variety of things they will be bringing with them into the country, for example returning Zeleniyan tourists must disclose every purchased merchandise item they have bought. The duty free limit for Zeleniyan citizens is around Ƶ1,000,000 (US$ 1,000) per person, 2 liters of alcohol and 2.5 kg of NON-PERISHABLE food (perishable food can be brought in provided that it is not catalogued as a potential carrier of pathogens and invasive species which pose a threat to food security and the ecosystem of Zeleniya), also declaring on whether the merchandise are gifts or if they will be sold (the latter option means that a duty tax will be applied). Travelers must also disclose if they are bringing over Ƶ20,000,000 (US$20,000) worth of cash, cash orders or assets which will be converted into cash, any food items they are bringing into the country AND if they are bringing any illegal items (such as narcotics, items which are sensitive to national security, unlicensed weapons/ammunition, pornographic articles), whether it is knowingly or unknowingly into the country. Failure to truthfully declare anything will subject the traveler to fines of up to Ƶ100,000,000 (US$100,000), the seizure of any illegally undeclared items and/or 5 years imprisonment, depending on the severity. Knowingly bringing in illegal drugs into the country results in 200 lashes of the cane and then the death penalty, usually by hanging, per the National Security Law of 1947.

Filled by foreign entrants into Zeleniya, the Pre-Entry Screening Form (Форма предvарительной проvерки) is a basic background form that a person lists, which includes the information in their passport (name, DOB, home address, etc.) and information for their stay in Zeleniya. Per the National Security Law of 1947, the Zeleniyan Government requires that foreign entrants disclose on whether they or someone they know is known to be involved with any communist party or organizations that espouse Marxist-Leninist ideologies or anything or a similar extremist nature (i.e. anarchists, far-right, etc.). In addition the foreign entrants must also sign around 3-4 pages of documents stating that they will fully abide by any and all of Zeleniya's federal laws and that they understand the severe consequences that they will face if they commit any atrocious violations: this is intended to compromise any potential spies and ilicit agents (i.e. drug traffickers, terrorists, etc.) from any sort of diplomatic immunity granted to them by their home country. Every page of the 7-page Pre-Entry Screening has the following words clearly stated at the top and bottom of each page, to make it clear for those that do not yet understand:

DRUG TRAFFICKING, ESPIONAGE AND OTHER HIGHLY INCRIMINATING ACTS ARE PUNISHABLE BY DEATH.

Zeleniya has a unique port of entry system. We will be talking about airports in this case, though this system is also applied to sea and land ports albeit in different ways. Upon landing, passengers are directed through three stages of the entry process. The first stage is where entrants must enter through Health Screening, where they will give their Health Declaration forms and also walk through mist disinfectant machines which will destroy any potential pathogens that may linger on their skin and clothes.

BEFORE going into the second stage, there is a red line separating the First and Second stage called the "Amnesty Line," (ЛИНИЯ АМНИСТИИ) where people have one more chance to declare they may have illegal contraband (i.e. narcotics, pornography, weapons, etc.) in their baggage: they are taken to interrogation where they will be given only a verbal warning and any potential illegal contraband is seized and destroyed. Beyond the Amnesty Line, if they are caught with such things they will be subject to severe punishment, including the death penalty (mainly used for drugs).

The Third Stage is after travelers pick up their baggage. If they are clear and have nothing to declare, they go through the "Nothing to Declare" line, which has a series of super-powerful metal scanners and several sniffing dogs. If they are selected for secondary screening or have anything to declare, they go to the "Inspection" line, where customs officers inspect every piece of their luggage for declared items and illegal items. Undeclared and illegal items are immediately seized, with punishments laid down upon the traveler depending on the severity of the item (pornography usually results in a hefty fine while illegal narcotics usually means you're thrown into prison awaiting the death penalty). Other than that, if they are good, the travelers can freely enter Zeleniya, one of the most developed, safe and technologically advanced countries in the world with a very vibrant culture, beautiful nature and bustling cities.

[Nova Universo]

Immigration and border control is managed by the Entity Government State Office's Internal Affairs Group. The Entity's immigration policy is open: migrants from around the world are allowed to enter, stay and live in the city borders. However, they are encouraged to relocate to other nations in the Union due to the relative population density of the Entity.

Persons arriving in the Entity are given visas with conditions depending on type of entry. The Internal Affairs Group issues visit, tourist, family, residence, education, employment, business, refugee and asylum visas. The External Affairs Group issues transit, courtesy and diplomatic visas. These can be applied for at the Entity's foreign missions or at the border control checkpoints.

The visa application process requires an applicant to register their vital data and personal records. Once registered, they are given confirmation whether they can enter the Entity immediately or must wait for some time until the applicant's situation is resolved. It is quite rare for an applicant to be rejected, mostly due to technical reasons such as erroneous entries or missing records.

Citizenship (conferral of residence-national status) is a direct process. Applicants are educated in the civics and history of the Entity, then interviewed about their vital information and background data. When these are done, they are given confirmation whether the application is accepted or that they must wait for some time until the applicant's situation is resolved. Rejections are quite rare.

Border control is worked by the Entity Constabulary, whose duties are: to prevent illegal means of movement between the Entity and outside, and to maintain the defences of the Entity i.e. the moat between the Entity and Nova Tero and the barbed wire fence on the Entity's shores. They work with the other offices of the Entity Government to control particular types of cross-border movements.

[DiaperLand]

Family members and partners of current DiaperLand citizens are usually prioritized in our immigration system. People attempting to get DiaperLand citizenship must pass courses on history, patriotism and loyalty in order to immigrate, and they also must live in the country for at least one year under a probationary period. Border control will is headed by our Immigration office as well, and border agents will detain and expel any people without a proper tourist visa or paperwork proving their citizenship.

The Department of Passport and Visa Services (Spanish: Departamento de Servicios de Visas y Pasaportes) within the the Foreign Ministry is responsible for the issuance of passports, as well as all non-immigrant (i.e. tourist, education, employment) and immigrant visas.

The Customs and Border Patrol Agency (Spanish: Agencia de Aduanas y Patrulla Fronteriza) within the Home Ministry is responsible for managing immigration and border control by air travel, monitoring the entry points in the three international airports in Antüria, Pichilakenia, and Platasilla, respectively; the United Realms Navy manages the maritime boundaries.
