Pretty much any weapon is legal here with the possible exception of certain WMDs.

The people of Great Leicester have the right to bear arms - they exercise their right to bear arms by bearing bear arms.

There is no restriction on arms sales and ownership; flamethrowers and rocket launchers are popular weapons in the Third Empire.

Semi-automatic pistols/revolvers, shotguns, and certain rifles. Air guns would be heavily regulated due to the fact that they are becoming increasingly powerful to the point where they could very realistically be used in murder without causing much suspicion initially.
This nation in no way represents my IRL political views.

Since the Glorious Revolution of 1993, all types of conventional pistols, rifles, shotguns, SMGs, etc. are permitted in Germany. Some weapons, such as fully-automatic ones, however, can only be purchased by current or former soldiers. Flamethrowers below a certain power and capacity are also permitted, but explosives are very strictly controlled and can only be used under state (a.k.a. police or army) supervision, making them completely useless for self-defense and the like.

In principle, a Sidh may own whatever he can afford, down to fusion bombs and space battlecruisers. In practice, however, even rather conventional military-grade small arms are above the means of most citizens, nor do most Sidhae own any weapons out of a lack of need for them.

The existing restrictions on weapon ownership pertain mainly to heavy weapons and destructive devices (i.e., explosives), requiring a prospective owner to be certified in their operation and have the means to store their ordnance safely, which effectively exclude most Sidhae from such ownership due to a lack of personal estate that could accomodate adequate storage facilities.

Additional restrictions apply on the use of high-powered weapons in peacetime, restricting heavy ordnance to appropriately certified ranges.

Other than that, the bearing of arms isn't considered a right, but a duty, in that every citizen is required by law to master at least basic military skills including the use of firearms and refresh one's skills regularly. That said, most citizens do not own any weapons both out of a lack of necessity and the ready availability of civilian armories, shooting ranges and sim rooms where shooting enthusiasts may practice to their hearts' content for a nominal fee.
Freedom doesn't mean being able to do as one please, but rather not to do as one doesn't please.

A Cosparian citizen may purchase almost any firearm in existence, with the only federally-mandated criteria being 1) the prospective buyer must be 18 years of age or older, 2) the prospective buyer must have no outstanding crime record (i.e. no federal felonies or gross misdemeanors), and 3) the prospective buyer must show valid proof of identification. Fully-automatic firearms, however, are usually more restricted, and are generally only available to citizens who have completed 18 months of draft service and are in the reserves; a valid military ID are thus a requirement for purchasing an automatic firearm.

Any and all restrictions beyond this are up to the individual provincial governments to decide.
Disregard most NS stats, I don't play by those rules.

That private ownership of firearms is a privilege reserved for the Kingdom's elite is made evident when a license alone has no restrictions on what a subject may possess.

Non-lethals are permitted, but are subject to strict guidelines and areas of use. Lethals are prohibited and private ownership of one can result in large sums of fines and rehabilitation.

Citizens of Jebslund may own any firearm that does not constitute a violation of international (WA) laws. A license is required to own military equipment, and citizens who represent a clear and present danger to society, as determined by a psychological evaluation performed by three licensed psychologists, no more than one of whom may be connected to the applicant, and a 10-year background check (in which only violent felony crimes will be considered), are barred from owning any firearms except ONE (1) single-fire, muzzle-loading musket-type weapon and, at any time, TEN (10) pieces of ammunition and enough powder to fire them for hunting purposes.

Pretty much everything up to and including fully automatic assault rifles. Suppressors, SBR's, fully automatic weapons and so on are all legal without restrictions. Explosives are heavily restricted, but civilians can purchase less-lethal ammunition for 40mm grenade launchers, like smoke and tear gas, as well grenade launcher themselves, completely availably. Explosives require appropriate licenses, and taxes on the explosives themselves, usually for every 10 rounds of explosive ammunition and so on.

If it's not automatic, and the caliber is lesser than 8x60mm, it's legal.

These restrictions do not apply in the Hudson and Quebec Marches, where military-grade weapons ownership is mandatory (and free) and all inhabitants must be prepared to act as a militia.

All Decepticons must have either 2 Standard Blasters or greater, permanently attached; or one Double-Strength Blaster or greater, permanently attached. ~From the document: Minimum Design Specifications for the Decepticon Body

Beyond that, you can have any weapon you can get your hands on, from a pocket knife to a full-on modern nuke. There is no official registration, licensing or testing. It is typical for soldiers leaving the military to buy the mil-spec blasters they had been given. These are a grade up from Standard (which is also a powerful weapon, meant to be able to kill other Decepticons), and anyone who has a set typically knows exactly how to use it thanks to the military training he has.

Very few own bullet-shooting guns, which are useless against our armor and therefore only have value related to their histories or as curios from foreign lands - or if they can be sold off to sucker tourists as "Megatron's old bodies in gun mode."
