Illegal.
One can get the death penalty for possessing any and all drugs unless sufficient evidence is provided that they are indeed for medical purposes.
One that possesses "medical" marijuana will be arrested on the spot, even if evidence is provided.

Drugs are illegal in Philippinae, including alcohol and tobacco. Anyone caught under influence of such drugs are publicly whipped and sent to reeducation centers. Drug traffickers are sold to slavery.

Illegal. The possession of drugs over a certain amount (depending on the drug) is punishable by death by firing squad. The only exception is if there is evidence of prescription of the drug by doctors, although anyone caught in the possession of 'medical' marijuana will be arrested as it is strictly illegal.

All drugs, be it recreational or medical, are prohibited from crossing Arstotzkan borders unless the entrant can provide ID of being in the health industry. Recreational drugs and opioids are banned in all areas of Arstotzka, but ecstasy has been seen moving across the border prevalently, lately.

Here, drugs are legal. For medicinal use, they are provided for free. For recreational use, they are taxed. We have low drug overdose rates because of the precautions we take. We have virtually no drug violence because we have taken drug pushing out of the hands of the cartels and given citizens a legitimate way to purchase safe drugs, all the way from marijuana to heroin.

All drugs are legal for purchase for those over 16. All drugs are labeled with the strength, concentration (if a power or liquid), and relevant safety warnings. Drugs are broken into 5 classes. The following is the order from least to most regulated:

-Unscheduled/Class 0(Zero): This includes non-mind altering drugs that can be sold over the counter, like ibuprofen and Tums. These can be acquired by any person, in any location. They are all provided for free by the government.
-Class P: Non-mind altering drugs that can be dangerous and require a prescription. These include chemo drugs, diabetes drugs, and athsma drugs. Usually, these require a valid prescription to dispense (these are class P1 drugs), but some can be dispenced in small quantities by a phamacist (P2 drugs). They are all provided for free by the government.
-Class C: "Extremely soft" drugs for recreational or medicinal use, such as marijuana, caffiene, non-addictive sleeping pills, etc. These can be purchased (for a cost) by any person, or given for free if an individual has a prescription.
-Class B: "Soft" to "medium" drugs, for recreational or medicinal use, such as hallucinogens, light opioids (morphine or weaker, like codiene) and light sedatives, light stimulants, alcohol, and nicotine. For recreational use, these can be purchased by a person 16 or over with a valid ID, at a pharmacy or liscensed Class B drug dispensary. A person with a valid prescription can get a Class B drug for free, even if they are underage, at a regular pharmacy.
-Class A: "Hard" drugs, like heroin and other hard opioids (anything stronger than morphine, like fentanyl, oxycodone, etc), hard stimulants (cocaine, amphetamines, methamphetamine), hard depressants (like diazepam, or alprazolam), and other highly incapacitating drugs (Ketamine). Class A drugs for medicinal use can be collected at a regular pharmacy for free by any person. For recreational use, they can be found at a "hard" pharmacy, or a government dispensary, for anyone 16 or older.

Cannabis (referred locally as ganja) is the only legal drug in Kabena, due to a large Rastafari population. However, all other drugs are highly illegal and carry the death penalty.

Cannabis is legal to possess and consume; along with alcohol, it is the most common recreational drug.

All others are illegal, with ecstasy / MDMA being the most popular illict substance in use by the general population.

All kinds of recreational drugs, even Marijuana, are extremely illegal. People who possess one will be sent to life prison or death penalty, depending on the severity of crime from the person.

All drugs (inc. alcohol) are highly illegal within the Islamic Republic, with mere possession resulting in the death penalty.
