By the order of his Majesty the Emperor, the Imperial Akaran Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been authorized to start an embassy program in order to further diplomatic cooperation between his Majesty's Government and other sovereign states. Any nation may apply, however, acceptance is not garaunteed.

Embassies may have a maximum of 50 staff total, including security and service. A maximum of twenty weapons are allowed, and weapons are limited to ballistic small arms and knives. A maximum of five vehicles are allowed, and no vehicle may have any sort of weapons.
