Currently Active Anti-Kliian Rebel Groups and Figures of Importances

The Army of True Freedom: Generally referred to as the EVL (in Latin, Army of True Freedom is Exercitus Veri Libertas) is a group of anywhere between three hundred and one thousand members that tend to attack government buildings during important meetings of Parliament, especially if the meetings involve the Pontrius. For this reason, Parliament gatherings where the Pontrius will be present are kept very secret and generally are not held in Parliament Hall.

They were probably founded sometime in CXCVI (year 196 on the Kliian calendar).

Past Attacks:
Congelationis I, CC (January 1, 200)- Pontrius Halvius Balnae was killed along with twenty-seven members of the Parliament during a high profile meeting involving a decision about whether to further raise the Kliian tax on grain. Six days later, the EVL claimed credit for the attack and it was confirmed when the body person who set off the bomb was found and was confirmed to be Janum Vela, who was a very famous member of the EVL.

Satus-Puncto LXVII, CCIII (September 2, 203)- Pontrius Golgo Nanae assassinated by EVL member Fabius Vela, son of Janum Vela. Fabius was set to be publicly executed three days later, but the EVL set of a bomb at his prison minutes before he was to be killed, and he escaped unscathed. He is currently still sitting atop Kliia's Most Wanted list.

Since then, they've continued to set off small pipe bombs at random parliament meetings periodically, generally only killing two to five people each time. They are still an active threat, but CCIII was their last high profile attack, which was twelve years ago. The Kliian government suspects that an extremely large EVL attack may be imminent.

Captivus: Captivus is a rebel rapper who seemingly came out of nowhere in CCIII right after the EVL's assassination of Golgo Nanae. He has released three albums through the black market which, despite the Kliian government's best efforts, are still circulating. It is likely that a fourth album is on the way.

Captivus, as he states very often throughout all of his albums, calls himself what he does because Captivus means prisoner or captive, and he feels like he is imprisoned in Kliia. He sings his songs in English rather than Latin, probably to further obscure who he actually is as nobody, to the government's knowledge, knows English in Kliia. His albums are sold with translation sheets so that listeners can actually understand what he is saying. It is unknown what Captivus' real identity is, but it is suspected that he could be one of four people:
He could be Garius Westus, who has a minor position of authority in the EVL.
He could be Ferae Quintius, who was a member of Kliian parliament who defected out of the country after disagreements with Pontrius Golgo Nanae.
He could be Terrence Kirby, who is an English general who is known to enjoy rap and who has spoken out against Kliia in the past. Strange planes have been seen flying over Kliia close to times where Captivus' albums' circulation peaked, and they could be British planes airdropping copies of the album to rebel groups or just random citizens. Of course, strange planes have also been reported at other times besides the albums' circulation times, so it could just be a rumor.
And lastly, he could be Fabius Vela. Vela escaped his execution, and the EVL claims that he now holds and extremely high position of authority in the EVL's ranks. It is highly likely that Captivus is Fabius Vela.

Thwarted Rebels

Effugere: Effugere was also a rebel music artist. He did rock n' roll mixed with electronica. He released two albums between CCX and CCXIII before being arrested during a show and publicly executed in CCXIII (two years ago).

Effugere also wrote in English, and before he was captured his identity was a mystery. After his arrest, he was revealed to be Latius Crish, who was actually a low-ranking member of Parliament at the time. Before his capture, it was speculated that he, too, could be Fabius Vela or Terrence Kirby. Effugere means "to escape." This makes sense, as he constantly voiced about how much he wanted to escape in his songs.

Frangebimus Kliia: Frangebimus Kliia was an advertisement used by a small group of rebels who wished to overthrow Kliia. The group didn't have a name, but they are commonly referred to as Frangebimus Kliia, as that was what was on their advertisement flyers. They were planning a full scale invasion of the Kliian Capital Building, but they were thwarted on Libertatum XXVII, CLXXXII (October 27, 182) before much damage could be done. They did manage to gun down six Parliamentary officers and set off a pipe bomb that killed a Kliia Court Justice, but overall they are pretty forgettable in history. Many Kliians have taken to called them the Deficio Rebellionis, or Failed Rebels/Failed Rebellion.

1. Forever Knights

Europe-based human supremacist group, bent on "purging the world of monsters". They see aliens, theriantropes and other non-human sentients as abominations that must be destroyed. With their major leaders either killed or executed, any remaining members have gone into hiding.

2. GHOST Corp.

An evil company led by vampires based in southern Europe which aims to revive capitalism and bring back an age where money rules evrything. Destroyed shortly after WWIII.

3. Free America Movement

Rebel organization in America that oppose colonial governments of A m e n r i a and N i h o n there. Rag-tag army of militants with a post-apocalyptic concept. Still active today.

[Socialist Union Of Deutschland]

In the Socialist Union, there are no famed celebrities, due to promoting social competition, radical individualism, favouritism, and narcissism. There are no official Anti-Government Rebel Groups in the Socialist Union. However, the only rebel groups that do exist that are not recognized are separatist groups that aim for their own nationality's independence, groups such as the Bavarian separatists, Austrian separatists, and Prussian separatists.

[Technoscience Leftwing]

The revolt in Roseville is an attempt by the separatist speeches of a group of monarchists under the leadership of field commander Yegor Babakhin.

* The participants of the conspiracy, according to a previously prepared plan, arrived at the island from Eurasia separately and at different times, applied for permanent residence, and on obtaining citizenship gave a false oath of allegiance to the Community’s ideological principles.
* Like all citizens of the island, they received from the state arsenal small arms for self-defense, ammunition.
* Having created a group, ostensibly to study and preserve Old Slavic culture, the conspirators regularly gathered in Rosewil campus, explored the area, outlined a plan for the uprising - to seize the village and the adjacent area, establish the Svyatya religious and monarchical region, gain a foothold and call on their like-minded a number of Slavic countries. The conspirators hoped that in the absence of a standing army on the island, the population would not be able to organize themselves to repel the insurgency.

The course of events on February 6:

* At 7:00 am, armed separatists seized the clubhouse in Roseville, raised the imperial tricolor over it, and published a manifesto of the independent Svyatya region on a social network. Some of the residents, having learned about what is happening, left the village, others continued their peaceful work.
* at 10:00 am Kim Dubrovsky, a citizen of the Community (in the past, too, a major of the Eurasian army, but with progressive views) published on the social network an appeal for the creation of a temporary subculture, the Red Militia, to repel the insurgency.
* By 3:00 p.m., the Red Militia subculture consisted of 354 people, a flash mob with a weapon was appointed at 4:00 p.m. near the metropolitan administration building.
* By 6:00 pm, three militia columns arrived at Roseville and surrounded the village. Seeing the tenfold numerical advantage of the militias, the separatists laid down their arms.
* At 21:30, the captured rebels were taken to the detention center of the city of Futurograd, for subsequent deportation to the countries of the Communist bloc, which has an agreement with the Community on the interaction of the police.
* at 24:00, Kim Dubrovsky published a post on the social network about the dissolution of the Red Militia subculture in connection with the disappearance of the separatist threat.
