Currently the Ngaalxan Space Program consists of some serious astronomers and two other guys who make model rockets out of cardboard. Oh, and one other guy who actually went to space on a Russian space flight.

The Kingdom of Terabithya actually lies on another planet. However, you don't need to go through outer space in order to reach Terabithya. There are portals/bridges all over the Earth (and possibly other planets too) to Terabithya. The Kingdom pursues a spaceflight program for both unmanned and manned flights to moons and other planets.

The KWA is an established spacefaring society which was founded several hundred years ago by exiles from the Alexandria Rungworld, following the Subversion. We exercise full control over Kali's two moons, Ipso and Cairne, in addition to sharing the rights to extract and process resources in our star system with our neighbours. We maintain a small space force, sufficient for deterring the pirates, raiders and scavengers who prey on our merchant and mining operations, but the shipyards of Ipso are currently building 52 vessels (and refitting another 12) as part of a major expansion in our military capabilities. The orbital rings around Kali and both moons are wholly owned by the Kalian government, as are 80% of the rotating habitats in the "Local Swarm" surrounding our planet and 22% of those currently built in the "Greater Swarm" around our local star. Finally, we are joint partners in the Galarn System Hyperspaceway Program and have been the loudest voices in calling for expanding both the number of connections and the maximum capacity in order to boost extra-system trade

The colonists on the exoplanet Procyon Prime have a very developed space program, named the Procyonic Spacefleet. The most notable craft in the fleet's possession are the Pioneer-class Shuttle, now obsolete, which brought the first colonists from Earth to Procyon Prime, and the flagship PSS Knight, equipped with the most recent Hyperdrive XVI engine, allowing travel across the galaxy in several days.
The Procyonic Spacefleet has also recently begun to aid the space programs of less-developed nations and planets, so long as the recipient nation shares the Procyonic values of compassion and justice.

Whilst lore-wise, space travel had become a common method of transportation, the need for a Soviet Space Program is here nonetheless. The Soviet Cosmonautics Research Agency (SCRA) is part of both the Republican Space Fleets and the Ministry of Space Industries. SCRA tends to get its funding almost exclusively from the Ministry, although, every now and then, R&D Corps from the RSF would fund the SCRA for their experiments deemed necessary to 'keep up with hostile technologies'. Although one of the more demanding in terms of funds for government agencies, the SCRA tends to research for any practical civilian purposes when necessary. A sizable majority of the technologies used by the RSF have practical civilian purposes, they made space, aerial, or even aerospace travels easier and cheaper (in terms of resource and finance) than ever before. This is largely thanks to the public support they enjoy and the tendency for the Soviet government to combine its favourite service branch, the Republican Army, with any of the three other branches of the Ministry of War. Notably, they usually perform their tests around gas giants, as this serves to ensure that Sovietstani space battleships can withstand any conditions, thus serving for propaganda purposes as well.

Two of the most notable achievements by the SCRA (back then, they were known as the Directorate for Cosmonautics and Exploration (DCE)) are:

1. Gravitational Generator
This was one of the hardest problems to tackle for completely fully-purposed space warships. For the majority of the time, most of the spaceships (both civilian and military) are shaped either rather linearly like the letter I or thin perpendicular lines like the letter T. A double-deck spaceship was simply not possible due to this limitation. A space warship wouldn't come into fruition with this problem hanging around, as one light hit on the space warship basically renders the ship useless. However, modular designs accompanied by spread out gravgen would easily tackle this problem. The gravgen was used for the first time when a new spaceship, Project K1004 was tested as a technology demonstrator for not a double-deck, but rather, a triple-deck spaceship. It was tested on the orbits of the Earth and was controlled remotely. A missile was launched to test this model and found out that, not only was the ship functional after dealing a heavy damage, the debris from the ship clustered together, and it solved the problem of the seas of debris in the orbit. When mounted on a ship, gravgens didn't only come as wires installed inside the decks, but they also have recreational purposes, one being orbital surfing, where one's spacecraft would race within a gravitational field, sometimes using gravitational pulls of a cluster of generators to serve as a catapult. Other than that, these gravgens often serve as buoys for space ships, where the instrumentations crew would measure the gravitation differential to return their direction to the original course or direct them to a friendly spacedock.

2. Atmospheric Drive
Gigantic spaceships (of any purpose) or even a space station did not have the capability to enter the atmosphere, thus rendering them only useful for a single purpose in one field of battle only. One of the biggest headaches this problem has caused was when Sovietstanica was unable to mobilize its forces to Mars effectively, as the planet was heavily guarded with Anti-Spaceship batteries. As a result, this problem demanded a solution sooner than everyone had thought, and the Air Force Engineering Corps had to reconfigure a space corvette into a full on air battleship. Eventually, they decided to disassemble some of the cargo decks on these spaceships and installed a series of piping for the air intake. These spaceships had stabilizers (similar to those of a regular naval ship) installed to generate the normal force necessary to not sway the ship on one side. Air pressure was controlled from the deck to help direct the stabilizer fins when they've reached the Kármán Line of a (or rather, any) planet. These airships managed to hover around a few hundred meters from the ground, and the Air Force was tasked for the transportation between the spaceship and land for the Army to go into battle. Other than that, they served as a support for the aerial invasions of Mars, and within three weeks, several quadrants were released from various non-Terran human factions and were annexed by the state the very next year. The creation of the atmospheric drive eventually leads the door wide open for airship technology, as this apparatus managed to marry space travel with air travel (or space warfare and aerial warfare depending on who's looking at it). The creation of the atmospheric drive was an important one, as damaged space warships can now enter a friendly planet, even those without an artificial ring, and be repaired and refit there, rather than spending unnecessary fuel to return to a specific planet. This was one of the many factors for the expansion of the People's Republic during the Sixth Republic era.

First artificial satellite in 1963. The Wessex satellite studied the ionosphere for a few months.

First men in space, first reusable spacecraft, and first EVAs, all in 1973. A spaceplane was launched and carried the three men to orbit the Earth. Flight Lieutenants John Baker (RAF), Anil Singh (RIAF), and Milton Flemyng (RNAAF) are the first spacemen to participate in all three events for the Blodeuwedd IV mission in 1973.

First Earth orbit space station in 1981. The United British Commonwealth of Nations Space Station Terra (UBCNSS Terra) was primarily operated by the UC, and invited allies could also participate in UC space mariner programmes. Japanese-North American spacewoman Flight Lieutenant Kei Nagase (RNAAF) is the first woman in space and the first person to live in a space station for an extended period of time. This later led to a one-time scientific extended stay for spacemen of both the UC and Japanese space programmes in 1985.

First lunar orbit space station in 1993. UCNSS Avalon station. Helped get the NAU and the UC to the moon. Group Captain James Clipper (RNAAF) is the first man to orbit the moon.

First lunar landings in 1995, and still ongoing with the last one in 2016. Soon to finish the first lunar base in 2021. UCNLS (Lunar Station) New Jamestown is about to receive final building modules and upgrades to its nuclear reactor and helium extraction drills. The first men and women on the moon were Squadron Leader Thomas Avon (RAF), Flight Lieutenant Nathan Legg (RNAAF), Flight Lieutenant Lesedi Khumalo (RSAAF), and Flying Officer Arjun Agarwal (RIAF), in 1995 for the Étaín I mission.

The Beowulf (NAU-UK) and the Kali (UK-India) landers (somewhat joint, but ultimately separable missions) on Mars and Venus, respectively, were the first UC automaton landers on those planets, respectively. They gathered environmental data, respectively. The Kali lander lasted 120 minutes, and the Beowulf lander lasted 48 hours because of damage on landing. But they sent pictures and did a initial rock analysis. Soil analysis missions for both planets with the same programs are about to launch, in 2021.

The Ivorian space program is one of the world's most active. In 2019, it launched 32 satellites into space, the second-largest in the world before China (35) and ahead of the United States (30). In 1992, the Ivory Coasts launched its first satellite, Chad I, becoming the thirteenth country to do so independently. In 2006, the Ivory Coasts became the fourth country to independently send humans into space. As of 2017, six Ivorian nationals have journeyed into space, with two being women. In 2013, the Ivorian Oluwande 2 achieved the first propulsive landing for an orbital rocket. In 2015, the Oluwande 3 was the first orbital rocket to be reused. In 2016, the Ivory Coasts became a member of the International Space Station program, having flown 18 resupply missions to the station and provided the Afolabi module in 2018 since then. In 2019, the Ivory Coasts launched Timbuktu 1, the first space probe with a solar sail. It is expected to reach Pluto in just six months.

Our most top-secret military experiments are conducted aboard the space station to avoid the prying eyes of spy satellites and reconnaissance aircraft. It also doubles as a floating bunker in case of war or apocalypse, and has its own onboard greenhouses and farms.

The space program of Hatsunia is known as the Hatsunia Aerospace Science and Development Agency (HASDA). It is responsible for space science, the exploration of other celestial bodies, and aeronautics research. Negishima Space Center in Hatsunese Micronesia is the original orbital launch site, but more launch sites have been built in recent years. HASDA's first satellite (High Altitude Test Satellite Utilizing New Experiments) was launched on August 31, 1960. The first crewed spacecraft, Saki, was launched in 1984, and the space station Mirai was constructed in the 1990s. Early tests with reusable rocketry started in 1991, followed by a partially-reusable orbital launch vehicle debuting in 1997. In 2001, the first Hatsunese people landed on the Moon during the Kaguyahime-01 mission, which was named after the eponymous lunar princess in The Tale of Princess Kaguya. Accomplishments in robotic interplanetary exploration include Hayabusa, an asteroid sample return probe, Akatsuki, a Venus orbiter probe, MELODY (Mars Exploration with a Lander-Orbiter DYnamic), a Mars rover and orbiter mission, and Mio, a Mercury orbiter. The Michibiki satellite constellation provides an independent positioning system with global coverage, and the Sekai satellite constellation provides worldwide low-latency internet access. HASDA has also developed low-emission hybrid electric aircraft.

HASDA currently uses the Mikumaru (未来丸) launch system to transport passengers and cargo into space. It was developed by Mikubishi Heavy Industries in partnership with Crypton Future Media, which provided the avionics and software, as part of the Project DIVA (Development of Interplanetary Vehicle Architecture) program. Mikumaru has a capacity of over 100 metric tons to low Earth orbit with full reusability, a vast improvement over previous launch vehicles. It consists of two stages (with the upper stage acting as a "spaceship") which use methane and liquid oxygen propellant, produced in a carbon-neutral manner. Since the first test flights in 2007, the Mikumaru has enabled a revolution in low-cost spaceflight, with mass space tourism, the construction of large space stations and lunar bases, and crewed interplanetary travel. On August 31, 2016, the first people landed on Mars. Crypton Future Media has plans to send a Mikumaru spaceship to each of the planets of the Solar System and build a Mars settlement with a theme park, all by 2039.

Does anyone remember the boneheads from 1997 who accidentally nuked the Sea of Tranquility? That was us! But we have moved on from that initial setback to achieve many essential space-based victories, like seizing the Death Star, invading Planet Mars, building a massive space elevator, and sending an asteroid to hurdle helplessly toward the Earth. Eh, well the last achievement may not sound like much, but the good part is we proved we could do it! And now that we know we can send asteroids falling toward the Earth, we know we can prevent it from happening too. Also, we have our own space station, or Dual-purpose Astronaut Transporter and Incubator (DATI), named the Hoosier. (Hoosier-DATI...get it? Oh, we crack us up!) You can even see it from your own backyard! Hoosier-DATI appears in the night sky as a streaking orange-red fireball seemingly plunging toward the surface before "pulling up" at the very last moment. This is because it is on fire and in an extremely erratic orbit. But we shouldn't worry, our brave scientists tell us, because they will tell us when it's time to panic. Till then, just breath a sigh of relief as if you didn't know about all the raining terror from above your friendly neighborhood Kennyites hath wrought.

Are they independent, government backed, or both? Can you name any notable astronauts? Any notable rockets or other vehicles? Have you been to other worlds? You don't need to answer all of these. Just answer the one you want to. Lunatera is beginning its space program. We have built a space port at Port Asteri. We have developed the Hasta 11 rocket. Tests have been positive and soon we can launch people. We hope to get to the moon within a decade. We also have plans for space stations. One imbitious idea is to build a giant cartwheel space station that could house a settlement of civilians. Opening up space to settlement. If successful, we would welcome all settlers from all lands as humanity spreads.

Yes

Themia, like any other nations on the surface of plane world Tarchon banded together to penetrate the "ceiling" since 1952 but failed every time. Those who live in the bottom level of Tarchon however can explore the outerspace, since they run the core engine of Tarchon.

The Durrnilian Space Program has built a space station in 2003, landed a man on the moon for the first time in 1983, and launched the first Durrnilian in orbit in 1962. The primary spaceport in Drew Durrnil is the Vœkà Space Station, near Vœkà Bęch, Vœrà Republic. The primary rocket used in flights to the Durrnilian Space Station is the Màtœ 5, a 2-stage reusable rocket. A lunar base has been finished in 2019, and there are now routine flights to the moon. The primary rocket for Moon and Mars missions is the Sœpà Màtœ, a powerful version of the Màtœ Rockets. We have launched several Mars rovers and 1 Mars Helicopter. We have a Space Force, too.

We have a rapidly growing government funded space program, being the only current nation on our planet to run an active space program we have unrestricted access and use it extensively for military and civilian purposes but we lack any orbital weapons and have yet to visit another celestial body.
