Sex and gender
Women are typically seen as homemakers and mothers before anything else, homosexuality is dreeply frowned upon and it is legal to kill your homosexual children and family members escpially if they disgrace the family somehow, the government encourages LGBTQ+ inidivduals to go seek medical help from psychiatric facilities, failure to do so will result in arrest and execution. Transgenders are not tolerated at all and most psychiatric facilities hand them over to the government for extermination, transgenders are deeply hated by the population.

Refugees and religion
We feel a strong sense of solidarity with Arab nations suffering from conflict and welcome any Arab refugee to enter we also accept indivduals from places like Afghanistan and Burma at times as well however pirorty is given to Arabs escpially Syrians, Palestinians and Iraqis. We would not likely accept non-Arab or non-Muslim refugees. As for religion we are a pluralistic society however the Shia sect (including Alawites and others) and Judaism are seen as one in the same evil. Shias are seen as a Persian cult as stated and Arab Shias are seen as race traitors. It is also illegal to convert a Muslim and for a Muslim to leave Islam. In general most people get along however.

Political correctness has been denounced as a tool of suppression by the Freehold. A society gripped by political correctness is a society that breeds deceit and deception, for if you are prohibited from speaking what you think, you are forced to become a liar, or be censored.

As to the matters provided.

On race and colour, the Freehold asserts this biological truth. The human races, namely, Caucasoid (European, Arabic, and Semitic), Congoid (Sub-Saharan African), Capoid (south African), Australoid (indigenous Australian), and Mongoloid (West Asian, Central Asian, East Asian, South-East Asian, Native American, and Polynesian) are biologically distinct races, better categorised as sub-species, better related to one another than to any other racial group, and who are individually divided into ethnic groups of greater internal similarity, each of whom evolved to adapt to the environment they migrated to over thousands of years, thereby altering their physiology, both internally and externally, altering their cognitive ability as demanded, skin colour, bone structure, behaviour such as aggression, and other traits, whilst remaining capable of interbreeding without the production of sterile offspring, a trait common in many other sub-species groups such as birds and wolves (or other dogs).

Not all humans are the same. Individual humans are unequal. Some races are more intelligent than others. Within the Freehold exist those primarily of Caucasoid background, accounting for well over half of the population, the majority of which are Arabs, and Congoid background. There are few Mongoloids, and virtually no Capoids or Australoids. The Ephyral ethnic group, sometimes known as the Ephyral race, is a member of the haplogroup I branch of white Caucasoid Europeans. The culture of the Freehold is that of this group, and it is recognised that the cultures and civilisations of all others within the Freehold are inferior.

Descriptively, mainly in English, the use of the term 'black' is deemed valid as a descriptor of any Congoid or Capoid individual. 'White' is viewed as applicable to European Caucasoids. 'Brown' as applicable to paler Congoids or to Arabs and potentially Semitic peoples. The Ephyral regard offence regarding the truth of the nature of your existence to be ludicrous and childish, and those who claim that they are offended are dismissed out of hand as having no worthwhile opinions. Indeed, it has become a mocking tactic used by some to thank those who claim they are offended, to spare the Ephyral from having to engage with them further.

The Freehold still employs slavery, however this policy is aracial. Despite this, many try to claim that the fact virtually all sub-Saharan Africans are enslaved is a sign of racism. However, saying such does not impact the Freehold in the slightest. Racism is not viewed with the same negative connotations. It is asserted that anyone with an IQ at or below around 85 is simply too cognitively inferior to be of any function as a free individual in society. Congoid sub-Saharans routinely produce individuals with an IQ of around 70. If free, they would be a greater burden on the Freehold and their productive citizenry than if left enslaved to the most basic jobs, requiring only bland repetition and virtually no complex or even simplistic thinking.

Sex and gender are regarded as interchangeable, but the Ephyral also accept gender as the mental state of your biological sex, and the two are inseparable. Women are raised to fulfil their most successful biological roles, wives and mothers. Men are raised to be providers, leaders (if showing the aptitute), and defenders. This is in line with human nature through evolution, and can be seen in virtually every ape species. These values are instilled through two concepts, translatable as "masculine" and "feminine" but also inscribed with other meanings. It is a well known fact that when engaged in roles thought to be gender-specific, individuals report greater happiness as they are performing what their innate biological interests are. Whilst male individuals are different from one another, as are female individuals, this is only within the boundaries set by the reality of their sex, and they are biologically unable to break them. A woman who never experiences the desire to have a child for example isn't making a choice, she is evidently biologically defective.

The Ephyal whole-heartedly reject the idea of transitioning, or indeed the concept of gender identity. Those claiming to be outside of this paradigm are sectioned for treatment. Homosexuality is a vastly more complex discussion, as the Ephyral don't operate on a heterosexual-homosexual dichotomy but rather a hierarchical one, that permits a man to have sex with another man so long as whomever is the free citizen is not the one being used as a woman. Actual sexual preference, with the defect of wanting to reproduce with the same sex, is regarded as an illness however, and is treated also. Bisexuality, though not dissimilar from the Ephyral condition (though far too simplistic to be an apt descriptor for it) is simply rejected outright. The Freehold does not market itself as pro-LGBT, and instead openly defies the logical existence of these groups as anything to be 'identified' as by one's own admission and with any sort of pride.

The expected duty of a man is to become self-sufficient, acquire property to become a freeholder, marry, have children, and provide for his family. If necessary, he shall answer the call to service in defence of his nation and family. The expected duty of a woman is to marry such a competent man, and in doing so join her family with another, and act as a faithful wife and a dutiful mother to the children she will help raise, alongside her husband to inherit what they have created together.

As for refugees and religion. The latter is simple. Ephyra as an inferred freedom of religion because it has an indifference towards religion. However, there is proactive stance. Terrorism and radicalism from every faith is fought simultaneously, but there is no tip-toeing around any reality that some faiths produce more terrorists than others. In such a case, the sects known for producing it are identified as extremist and terroristic by their very nature, and fought with extreme prejudice whilst leaving the greater religion untouched and free to practice their faith privately. Certain acts associated with their religion may or may not be banned. Such banned sects include Salafism for Islam, and Zionism for Judaism. For both Judaism and Christianity it is much more difficult to identify sects that are inherently violent and terroristic, but the result of this has been a relative success, with greater acceptance of secularisation, allowing the majority of people to worship as they please.

One major issue yet to be overcome is the reality that well over half of all Muslims world-wide, including those living in the Freehold, favour Shariah law as the law of the land, a concept entirely abhorrent to Ephyral values. This has been fought in recent years with state education, but the success of this has yet to be seen. Espousing Shariah law is treated as a threat of violence towards non-Muslims and is therefore an offence that can be met with prosecution. The same measures apply to those demanding Christian or Jewish law, but as these are less enshrined than Shariah, it is not fought as a bloc movement.

Refugees are not accepted unless the Freehold recognises a benefit in doing so. If no such benefit is recognised, they are turned away. Immigration is highly vetted in the Freehold, and there is no support whatsoever for allowing potentially millions of third-worlders of backwards and violent cultures to swarm into the Freehold and do as they please, with no accountability because they're undocumented.

Nekos living in Arpino are sort of given an easier life and people (although willing to talk to anyone) are more willing to have conversations with Nekos. in Arpino there is high religious tolerance of other religions though. People are open to refugees.

In Amenria, a person's race is not exactly something to be proud or ashamed of (though white people tend to be seen with suspicion). As such, calling someone with African descent "black", for example is normal. Any racial slurs that originate from elsewhere are not used here because Amenrians are so nice and understanding.

Gender:

In Indonesian and spoken Chinese, gender is not included in pronouns either, so there isn't a problem there.

Religion:

All holidays are explicitly named. Some slang to refer to followers of certain religions (e.g Mary or Maria to refer to Christian women) exist, but followers of said religion here don't really mind.

Species:

It's always best to address someone of a certain species by the name of said species (e.g calling a Tetramand so instead of "alien" or calling a vampire so instead of "dracula" or "nosferatu"). This is because some words might be considered as a slur by some members of the species and not others (e.g most vampires consider "bloodsucker" to be derogatory, but a few might consider it as nothing more than a nickname).

New England is officially secular, and discourages the generic use of religion-specific language. "Happy Holidays" has been the standard for decades. Current guidelines are for media to avoid irrelevant descriptors, such as identifying a suspect's religion or national background. Referring to a suspect's race is accepted if the suspect is still a fugitive, as knowing what the suspect looks like may aid in their capture.

We aren't politically correct at all, at least when it comes to the spirit of the concept. Most who are "concerned that others might be offended" have some kind of odd reasons for that concern that we cannot even fathom. We, on the other hand, don't give a used oil filter whether someone is offended in and of itself.

What we DO care about is the fact that here, insults are not responded to with silly little protests and whines in the media, but by the insulted one pasting the offender with a torrent of blaster fire. Battle then continues until one or the other is either killed or driven off. This means that we will be careful not to insult someone to his face, or in a place where the news of it is likely to get back to him, unless we actually want to fight him. All insults, even "mild" ones, may result in a live-fire battle. (To shy away from battle when insulted is to brand oneself a coward, and here, such a reputation could easily shorten your lifespan. You would also be kicked out of your gang and have a very hard time getting into another. This is very bad for your income as well as your personal security.)

That said, we do not have any concerns about most of the matters in the OP. We do not have races, we are all Decepticons and that's that; our colors come in the form of paint and we deliberately try to avoid any duplicate paint jobs; and we are asexual and non-gendered. Therefore, those who are of species that DO have races, non-repaintable colors, sexualities, and genders are all subject to all sorts of insults and discrimination because they are necessarily biologicals, and everyone knows that biologicals - or as we usually call them, beta creatures or beasts of burden - are subject to every conceivable (except sexual, since we're robots and don't care about that) form of discrimination, depredation, and degradation, mostly because we know that they are exceptionally WEAK in comparison to us, and therefore, are fair game.

Refugees are discriminated against and insulted in every way because they are everything we stand against made incarnate. If fleeing war, they are cowards and unprincipled. If fleeing famine, then they were too stupid to raid some country that had food, or better yet, figure out an irrigation system before it got that bad. If they're trying to avoid poverty, obviously their country couldn't raid worth a darn, so it is either weak or cowardly! Refugees are just doomed no matter why they came here. Oh, and if they came HERE, ON PURPOSE, despite knowing our views of them, then they're stupid and coded out of glitches!

The bottom line is that we think even less of refugees than we think of the products of the Cloning Center, which are grown specifically to serve as slaves. Refugees are captured en masse by whoever gets to them first, and are sent to the worst mines to slave the rest of their short lives away - and that's if they're lucky. We see no problems with using them as live targets for Genocider cadets to practice on, or using them as subjects at the Biological Research Division, or sending them to any other such fates. Obviously, we have no problem with insulting these worms, and they should be very glad if all they end up having to do is pretend that they're fine with whatever bad thing we might call them.

Religion? If you're not at least nominally a Megatronist, you have far bigger worries than how we refer to you. Infidels are rooted out and executed.
