First and foremost, a few of your questions go out of character, though I'll be lenient and attempt to answer them in in-character...

1. Soleanna is in southern central time or just central time, as Soleanna is located in the southern-north central portion of Alsase.

3. The horrid events, which you speak of may be before the establishment of Soleanna. Though I can make the assumption to why my father decided Grand Duke/Duchess as it gives a more benevolent intent.
4. In which I've taken power? Soleanna is far different from the typical calendar modern nations follow, with a rough translation this would be 2079... You're moreover referring to the Solarian Calendar which is based by timelaspe of Divine Plains of Solaris, which you may say is our God. By your calender, I have reigned for two weeks.
