Does your nation have internet: Yes
Does your nation have net neutrality: Yes, in the sense that dropping in on the internet is free regardless of socioeconomic background... However, before anything is posted, and this is necessary for posts to be made, the state has to make sure that it contains no explicitly speciesist speech such as using the words 'pig', 'dog', 'pigdog', or other such words as if they are insults, including the words 'animal' or 'animals' as an insult
What are the top three or four ISPs in your nations: Only the state maintains Internet connection
Does your nation use the same internet as other countries or do you have your own version: Our own version, to avoid any uprising of speciesism within our populance
If you have your own version, what is it called: I couldn't say the literal name or acronym of the service provider since it's in Vietnamese (we are allied with Vietnam, so it is a sort of tribute to the country); however, it would be something like 'First Animals' Republic Connection'
Does the government regulate/run the internet: There is censorship of speciesist and anti-vegan language within the Vegaslovakian Internet network, however, you don't have to actually be in the government to send posts/websites into their servers for the reviewing process before they are published.
Does the government regulate/run websites your citizens can use on the internet: No. Or, at least, it isn't mandatory for members of the government to create pro-Vegaslovakian websites, nor is it mandatory for them to create any websites at all.
What is the punishment for violating the law on the internet: Assuming the laws are implemented, rather than growing careless about Internet laws, you'll be found out and, if caught, sentenced to a reeducation camp designed to expunge speciesist thoughts from the corrupted officials' mind.
