Does your nation have internet: Yes
Does your nation have net neutrality: No, as the only ISP is allowed to block any website and restrict data coming in and out of Tekirlemmih.
What are the top three or four ISPs in your nations: There is only one ISP, the government agency AFOI (Agency for Online Information), which is also in charge of censorship, regulation, etc.
Does your nation use the same internet as other countries or do you have your own version: In practice, Tekirlemmih has "two" systems of interconnected computer networks, the global Internet and a national computer network which can be seen as a closed part of the normal internet. The Internet is restricted to ordinary citizens, and a open access to the Internet is only allowed for government officials.
If you have your own version, what is it called: Tänatadskir, roughly translated as "National Computer Network."
Does the government regulate/run the internet: The government completly runs and regulate the Tänatadskir, and all information from the ordinary Internet which may gain permission from
Does the government regulate/run websites your citizens can use on the internet: The government runs several websites and all websites has to be approved by the government. The Government also regulates all the data coming in and out of Tänatadskir.
What is the punishment for violating the law on the internet: Unless they break laws which aren't just for the internet (open support for rebellion, criminal activities, anti-Tekirlemmih propaganda, etc.), it mostly depends on the crime. Usually it is a few years in prison with labour and State Loyalty Education, but more severe crimes may have longer punishment times or even capital punishment.

Q: Does your nation have internet:
A: Statecapistan is currently rebuilding its internet after the civil war had wrecked most of it, but it is up and running.

Q: Does your nation have net neutrality:
A: Net neutrality is guaranteed in the equality of opportunity clause in the Statecapistani constitution, alongside the rest of economic, social and cultural rights.

Q: What are the top three or four ISPs in your nations:
A: Providing, establishing and maintaining internet services in Statecapistan is the job of the Statecapistani government and so, it is our sole ISP.

Q: Does your nation use the same internet as other countries or do you have your own version:
A: We use the same internet as other nations.

Q: Does the government regulate/run the internet:
A: Yes and yes. De facto, not all of it however and not all the time, but especially in the case of criminal suspicion.

Q: Does the government regulate/run websites your citizens can use on the internet:
A: Yes and yes. Not all of them however.

Q: What is the punishment for violating the law on the internet:
A: Varies depending on the offense. Unregulated drug trade gets your website taken down, fines and expropriation of the contraband back under the state-sanctioned and -monitored control. Repeat offense might get you some prison time. Hate crime, defamation, threats and incitement likewise. Meanwhile, the red market online, especially in the deep web, is not tolerated and its Statecapistani merchants are actively hunted to reimburse their victims and lock them up for years.

Does your nation have internet: Yes.
Does your nation have net neutrality: Yes.
What are the top three or four ISPs in your nations: The government provides internet with a service called Moonbeam Internet (MBI).
Does your nation use the same internet as other countries or do you have your own version: Same as most other countries, the Interrealm Internet (which includes Earth's World Wide Web).
If you have your own version, what is it called: N/A
Does the government regulate/run the internet: We provide it to everyone, but we don't place any restrictions or throttle anything
Does the government regulate/run websites your citizens can use on the internet: Nothing is actually blocked, but it's of course illegal to hire a hitman, view/download/distribute child pornography (unless it's just like, teens sexting with each other, that's their business, purchase illegal items, etc. online. No one really cares about copyright though.
What is the punishment for violating the law on the internet: It depends on the crime. For things like say, purchasing guns (which are illegal) it'd be the equivalent of if you illegally bought guns offline, plus loss of internet privileges for an amount of time. Online only things (like violating someone's privacy with doxxing or revenge porn) will result in loss of internet privileges for an amount of time, that's based on whether or not you've done any other illegal thing online (and if so what it was).
To be perfectly honest, I am not good at understanding politics. Most of my knowledge comes from the news, my parents, my history course, and Wikipedia. So if you read my factbooks and I look like a complete fool with no idea what they're doing, it's probably because I am a fool with no idea what they're doing. I do hope it's not too unbearable.
